Only Phone Network Rip off company

In January of this year I ordered multiple pieces of equipment from Only Phone Network for accessories to be used by my employees, i.e. batteries, car chargers, additional wall chargers. The order was placed on-line with a company credit card.

About 2 weeks later, my order was received; however, the car chargers were not the ones ordered. I called the number provided on their invoice multiple times and found the line either busy or no one answered. After 3 or 4 days of continuous calling someone finally answered and referred me to their 'customer service' department. What a joke! I explained the problem and was told that once the wrong items were returned a credit would be issued, replacement chargers sent and my account recharged.

As instructed, I boxed up the car chargers and FedExed them to the address on the invoice. After numerous attempts to deliver FedEx returned the package to me saying no one was at the address provided. I then resent the package via US.

It is now April and despite calling and e-mails to this supposed 'business', I still don't have the items that were paid for nor do I have credit for those returned.

Take my advice and avoid dealing with the company at all costs. They have proven to me that they are a FRAUD.

I had made a purchase online of a phone cover which was suppose to take 3-7 business days. After two weeks I emailed them to see where my order was and was told it was on back order. I later received my purchase another week later which consisted of a phone cover, but not the one that was pictured on the web site. I emailed the company with details of what happened with no response. Then, I called the customer service after reading reports on the poor service and confronted them while asking what the guarantee is that if I return the item I will actually get a full refund. The lady almost seemed confused and struggled to make it clear that I would be getting my money back. This item is no longer even available on the website and I will not return the item as I feel that my money won't be coming back. Horrible service, and definitely not worth the hassle.

The Only Phone Network (OPN) has been beaten up pretty thoroughly here and, perhaps allowing for the fact that many of the complaints seem to have been submitted by the same person, they may have it coming. I had a more positive experience with them, though.

On 11/15/10 I placed an online order with OPN for a car charger and a particular case for my Samsung phone. As others have noted, OFN didn't send me a confirmation of my order and they charged my card immediately. They shipped the charger promptly; I got it in a timely manner and it's fine. Their web site hadn't said anything about the case being out of stock or back-ordered; I learned that was the case on 11/30 when I called to ask when I might get the case. I had to wait only about three minutes on hold before I spoke with a polite gentleman who told me that the case was back-ordered and offered to ship one of their other case styles that they did have in stock. He estimated that they would get the case I ordered in 10 days and so I decided to wait.

Comes 12/15 and still no case. I called OFN again and again had to wait only about three minutes before speaking to someone. The guy I spoke with apologized for the delay and said that they had had problems with the supplier for the case I ordered. This time I decided to substitute another case for the one I originally ordered. The guy gathered the similar cases for my phone that they had in stock and I chose one from the ones he had in stock. He said that he would ship it that day and he did; it arrived today, 12/19. It's a perfectly adequate case.

So, yeah, OFN really should send email confirmations of orders, and should indicate when an item that someone orders is out-of-stock, and it's not nice to charge a customer for an item that is out of stock, especially when they don't know how long it will take for the item to arrive. My experience, though, is that OFN was reasonably responsive in light of what may have been real supplier problems. I had no trouble contacting a human being there and they did offer, early-on, to let me substitute for the item they didn't have. I don't know that I would order from them again, but I don't think that they are crooks, or any of the other colorful terms that have been tossed around on this board. My .02.

On 02/04/2017 I placed an order for mobile phone accessories. On 02/05/10 I followed up to see if the items had shipped. The CSR told me they had shipped but failed to let me know they were on backorder. If I would have known the items were on back order I would have canceled the order. The Vendors website does not display the quantities in stock nor do they contact their customers in case of delays. On 02/09/10, I spoke with Pablo who was rude and cut me off, then I asked for a Supervisor. I then spoke with Sara who was a supervisor that stated my expectations were too much since I only placed the order on 02/04/2017. I explained to her that I understand orders take time but I placed this order with overnight shipment. A courtesy call from the Vendor would have been nice stating that the items were back ordered. None the less she was rude as well so I asked for the owner, but apparently they do not have an owner or any other supervisors. I also heard laughing in the background which made me hang up. This company is less than par. Management needs to understand customer service.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT do business with these crooks. They took an order and never shipped the all of the items that I ordered and paid for. I complained to the credit card company and they submitted the shipping proof for the items that they did send and claimed that there was nothing that they didn't include. Even though I had an invoice from them showing that one of the items was on back order, the credit card company ruled in their favor. They only screwed me out of $16 but they're crooks and from what I've been reading from others, I'm not the only one that they screwed over. Maybe if enough people read these complaints, their business will go down the tubes and then, they will get what they deserve.

I used onlysolstice.com to order a phone cover and some screen protectors for my samsung on 4/6/10. I paid additional fees for third day shipping and I just now got a confirmation email stating that my order had been shipped on 4/28/10. I called customer service just now to ask them if they could use my order number to track my product and it turns out they sent me the WRONG number so I'm assuming they sent the order to the PO box the order number was linked with which is a city about 15 minutes north of where I live.

I was told to wait until Saturday to see if the order comes and if it doesn't call on Monday and they'll send it again. He also said that he would refund my shipping. I had never herd of this site until I came across the site in a google search, foolishly doing no research until my order was over a week late. I have little faith in what I was told about my order. I didn't think it would take this long for it to come and that the 3 day shipping was probably foolish because I live in the Tampa area in FL. Turns out it was foolish simply because these guys are CROOKS.

Placed an order through Only Phone's "Only Impression" site on 01/05/10. On 02/08/10 I called to check the status because I hadn't received anything yet. I was told the items had been back ordered and that they would ship in 3-5 business days. It's now 03/23/10 and I still haven't received anything. When I try to call the company, I am put on a caller waiting list and when it's finally my turn, I am disconnected! This company is a scam! Do not purchase from them! I will be reporting to the BBB.

I placed an order at www.onlytouchpro2.com only to receive a partial delivery from Only Phone Network out of Florida. My order was for a one each hot pink and black covers for my HTC touch pro 2 cell. I placed the order on 2/3. I received the partial on 2/9. Inside was a hot pink cover that was too small for my phone. So knowing how some CSRs operate I went back to www.onlytouchpro2.com and did screenshots of both products I ordered showing the product numbers that coincide with the detail on the shipping receipt.
Then I called to tell them they sent the wrong product. Of course Jason tried to immediately say you ordered the wrong product. I then kindly explained to him that I had screenshots with prod #s that coincide with the electronic receipt received at the time of order and the shipping receipt. He quickly goes you can throw that one away and I'll resend the correct cover. Then I asked about the other black cover. He informed me that I should receive it the following day. I called today, 2/11, because I hadn't received it. He said I should have it in a couple of days. So I asked for a tracking #. I pulled the detail from the tracking invoice at www.usps.com showing the order
was delivered on 2/8. Problem ... they sent it to my home address. The first partial order was sent to my work address as requested. So why did they send it to my home address? When I asked him about this he goes "Don't you live there? You need to call the post office." So I said and if they say they delivered it as the system shows and I'm telling you it was not received then what? He responds "We'll replace it." At this point HE is sounding annoyed. Well I'm ticked. I call the PO they confirm delivery. I call OPN back only to be connected with Jason ... for the 4th time. He puts me on hold. After 5 minutes I hang up and call back. Jason again ... hold again. I hang up and
file a complaint with the BBB.

Do not under any circumstance place any orders with this company.

I placed two orders for chargers etc for my new htc hero phones, and got a payment processed email from paypal but nothing from the company. I sent repeated emails to them but no response. I finally got hold of a live person calling the phone number on their website (not the one listed in the paypal transaction page). The person who answered was obviously interrupted from a coffee break or doing her nails or some other much more important task, but did condescend to assist me. I told her I had two orders through paypal and no confirmation or anything from only phone. She said oh that's on back order. It took several rounds of questioning to determine that two chargers were on back order and they had supposedly sent the other items. There is a USPS tracking number that I am going to follow up on. It may have been mis-delivered. I might possibly receive the items I purchased. Or maybe not.

In any case, do yourself a favor and avoid these people, find a business that actually values you as a customer.

I placed an order through their onlyfascinate website on Jan. 7. Luckily I remembered to print off the confirmation page and I paid through Paypal because I never did receive a confirmation from them directly. After not hearing anything for a few days, and finding all sorts of information about them online in the meantime, I sent them an email on the 13th asking for the status of my order. I sent them another email on the 16th, this time letting them know that I would be filing a dispute through Paypal if I did not hear back from them. I received an email on the 17th stating that they are having problems with a carrier and that my item was on backorder for another 7-10 days. They offered to send me a free item valued at $9.99 "for my inconvenience". They also had a note in the email that they were experiencing problems with their email provider, which I guess was to explain why it took them 4 days to respond. I asked that they go ahead and process a refund because I couldn't wait for the item to arrive at that point (and didn't want to given what I had read about them). This time they responded very quickly (within 20 minutes) and let me know they would process the refund and I should have my money back within 3-5 days of the request being received by the accounting department. It has now been 11 days and I haven't received any money back. I have tried contacting them again but get no response. Since my email telling them I would be disputing the charge seemed to get them to reply, I included that in this message as well, and also let them know I would involve the state Attorney General if needed. We'll see if that gets a response out of them. I would strongly encourage people to not order from this company. They have excuses for everything but never seem to follow through. I'm not going to hold my breath on ever seeing that money again.

Only Phone Network Fraud and cheating

On March 10th I purchased an LG VU cover online at www.onlylgvu.com.On March 12th, my Visa was charged 14.98 - the total of my purchase.I did not receive confirmation of my purchase, nor did I receive an order or tracking number.

On April 9th, I called the customer service number to find out why I had not received my order. While waiting for a representative to answer, I googled the company and found the reports listed here concerning bad customer service. I had approximately 30 minutes to view these reports while waiting for someone to help me, so I was ready when the phone was finally answered.

Let me say - they do not know the meaning of customer service. The representative was polite, but obviously busy and I was not important to him. I explained that I had been charged for merchandise I had not received and that I had received no contact from them. Another 3 or 4 minutes went by while I waited for him to look the order up using my name. I thought he had cut me off, but he was just silent. When he came back he told me he was sorry but my merchandise had been back ordered and they would notify me when it shipped. I was ready for this thanks to other reports on this site.

I told him I had been waiting for 30 days and I wasn't willing to wait any longer. Cancel the order and refund my money in 3 days or I would file fradulent charges with my credit card company against them. He immediately told me it would take 7 to 10 days for them to refund my money. I replied ' You have had my money for 30 days. I have had nothing from you during that time and now I have spent an hour on the phone trying to find out about this order. 3 days is more than enough time unless you want to deal with my credit card company.' He replied that he could process my refund in 24 hours and he would be happy to do so, 'just for me'.

We'll see... I hope they know I was serious.

Only Phone Network Terrible experience

Ordered from this web site on 3/3/09. Never got a confirmation page or email with an order number. A week and a half goes by and I had not received my order, so I called. There was a voice mail greeting saying, 'Apparently we are unavailable...'. I thought that was odd for a business. I located an email address and wrote an inquiry instead of leaving a message on 3/13/09. Since I didn't know my order number, I provided the rest of my info, including name, address, and time frame of my order. I got an immediate response saying 'we are unable to process your request at this time. Please provide your order number, name and address, [etc.]' So I wrote back, giving everything but my order number. I get another email saying that they cannot find a record of my order. This was odd, because I know I placed it, and got the page that said my card had been charged. I got pissed. 'Sorry we can't help you at this time, your name is not in our database'. Right. That was 3 days ago, March 13th. When all was said and done, I told the rep that if I see a charge on my credit card for this company, I would pursue fraud charges. This was all too fishy.

Today, March 16th, I received a package that included two of the three items I ordered. The missing item was said to be on back order, but had no date or time frame of when I could expect it. My package arrived 13 days after I ordered it. When I took a look at the ups shipping date, guess what? The 13th, the same day I was told they had no record of my order. They took 10 days to ship my items and only did so after I confronted them about not receiving either a confirmation or my products. Interesting how suddenly they DID have record of my order after a threat of a fraud report.

I emailed again today to ask when the item back ordered would be available. I have received no response.
I am not confident I will ever receive the back ordered item.

Do not, I repeat, do not order from this company. I ordered 2 items a month ago and did 2 day shipping. I never received an order confirmation of any kind. One item came and they said (when I was finally able to get ahold of someone) the other item would arrive the next week. Still no item. If you call you get a recording that they are closed (this is during business hours). I have since ordered what I need from a reputable company and received it in a timely manor as promised. I am currently in a dispute with them via pay-pal. Horrible company

Ordered a case for my phone. They had a great price and I was happy...until I got no confirmation email. I had printed out my confirmation screen wit order number. So I waited a couple of days still no email. The charges had gone through on my card so I called and asked about my order. First was informed that the order number that was printed out was not right. Then tried telling me couldn't find order until mentioned had gone through on my card. Then was told would def be there tues or wed. No order comes so call back and am informed it is on back order and they don't know when it will ship out. Waited another week still no order called again and was told same thing. Finally I just cancelled my order. Guy told be would be credited back to my card in 3-5 days and hung up on me. Not professional at all.

Thought I found some bargains for my new phones. What a joke. Received about 50 % of the order correct, having to substitute for some items, and still waiting after 3 months for the last item. Issue with the last item was that their system showed they shipped it, but at least the packing slip showed that it was on back order. This had to be faxed to them to show that the items were not shipped.

These people do not answer emails. I have sent several, but no reply. Their phone system has hung up on me on 3 different occasions after waiting for at least 10 minutes. there is no real professionalism with the folks that answer the phone. also, they are not able to tell me when the items will be sent.

This place is a joke. I would rather spend a little extra money to get a better company to work with.

I had ordered 4 phone covers from www.onlyrogue.com and they charged my card for the full amount, only sent me 1 cover & told me the other 3 were on back order-- and that was back on 2-8-10, it's now 4-28-10 and I STILL haven't received the other 3 covers and absolutely NO information on the covers on back order. This company is ridiculous in their business practices and I'll never EVER order from them again.

I too was scammed by this website. I never received my order. A month went by with no communication, no cell phone case as ordered, nothing. I admitted a dispute to PayPal for my money back. Today - over a month later, I received my money back, with no communication, no response, no apologies...NOTHING. Do not EVER use this website to purchase anything. They have cheap prices; however, they do not supply the items you pay for.

They are a terrible company because they aren't a company at all. They are apart of a major theft ring that was busted two years ago but are now back on the streets doing the same thing they were arrested for. Feel free to look it up.

My experience with customer service is much more positive. My contact people were Tom and Kimberly (I HAD READ ALL THE COMPLAINTS AND WAS GUARDED...TO SAY THE LEAST).

I ordered two holsters (brown and black). Didn't receive the brown one I wanted, but did receive one that "would have worked" - Tom didn't get it corrected, but Kimberly did most promptly.

I'd say give them a chance if a this site is your only reluctance.

Tom told me to keep the incorrect holster (which didn't seem right), Kimberly sent me a postage paid mailing label to return (at no cost to me for restocking, postage OR anything else) the incorrect holster. I received the replacement, with the return postpaid return address label.

I'm pleased--and am always on-the-ready to chastise when appropriate...GIVE THEM A BREAK.
