This people SCAMMING people by promising the services which they CANNOT deliver at all.
I have been scammed by them for $100 (USD)

I seen their website, Quite convincing, I was looking for email server that was.

I chat with Mr. Naveen before putting the order, He promised me 75k email/day with INBOX Guarantee,
I was IMPRESSED!
No wonder I tried to put order on website, by some reason my order dint go through by Credit cards. So I said Naveen that I am going to put money on your business bank account, He said me no. put the money on my personal account and he sent me bank details:

Later I have received server details, I logged in, Created the campaign and uploaded the almost 127K contacts. Then BOOM! I sent emails.

I see that email were going so I was happy and I was satisfied with that I paid for.

But later.. When I completed the campaign I saw the reports and I was astounded! Because I sent over 50k emails and I saw 400 emails opened.
I was wondering why that has happened, the contacts which I have uploaded was verified,

So I contacted support, there was again Naveen, So I said everything what has happened, He said I need to provide him Domain to update the DNS. So I have given new domain which I had purchased a week ago. He updated the DNS and again I started again. No wonder I thought everything I been settled now.

I started the campaign, But this time I sent over 127k emails .

But this time there was ONLY 55 EMAIL OPEND! How it could be possible? also

SURPRISINGLY I GOT 2 LEGAL NOTICE EMAIL FROM ENOM SAYING I AM DOING WRONG THINGS, IF I DON’T STOP THAT MY DOMAIN WILL BE BLOCKED, BUT THE THING IS THAT IT WASENT ONLY FOR DOMAIN FROM WHICH I WAS SENDING THE EMAILS BUT ALSO FOR ANOTHER DOMAIN FOR WHICH I WAS DOING EMAIL MARKETING.

I dint sleep and I put support ticket, AGAIN THERE WAS NAVEEN! I explained him everything, he took one whole day to respond to me. Unexpectedly he said ignore this email don’t worry it won’t happen, I said brother I got legal notice, This time they have warned me, If I don’t stop this they can terminate both of the domain without telling me.

I was surprised! HE SAID ME TO BUY NEW DOMAIN AGAIN. I said how it could be possible, every second day I will get complain, then you want me to purchase domain every alternate day, you told me that if there will be such case you will be taking care of that’s what you have promised me, you will be changing the IP and everything, Then why you don’t do it now.
Then he disappeared for a whole day. When I reached to chat support, THERE WAS ALSO NAVEEN, I talking to him he was ignoring, Finally he game phone number to talk to his name was HITENDER,

I talked to him he said he will be providing me new domain from his side, I said OK lets see that. We had conversation at 9PM and he said give me time upto 12 in the morning, we will rectify it. I said OK.

Again new morning, I had some work so I dint contacted them during day, I contacted them at 6 PM evening, AGAIN THERE WAS NAVEEN! He first took 15 minutes to reply me on chat. EVERYTIME I REACHED THEY IGNORED ME. Finally he talked to me and he said he is working on it so give me some time, SO AGAIN I WAITED..WAITED…

Finally I reached HITEN at 11 at night and he gave me very unexpected answer he said, THERE WAS PROBLEM FOR MERCHANT ACCOUNT SO WE DINT BOOK THE DOMAIN FOR YOU, SO WAIT TILL TOMMOROW. How it could be possible whereas in the support ticket NAVEEN answered me he booked the domain already, and he is working on server.

Another amazing thing, I said HITEN to refund my money, he said how we could refund the money because we also have paid to datacenter, I said you provide money return guarantee, he said NAVEEN did say you that, I said that wasn’t NAVEEN brother! your website says that, WHATEVER SERVER YOU PROVIDE COMES WITH SEVEN DAYS MONEY BACK GUARENTEE, HITEN dint knew that, I was surprised.

NOW THEY TOOK MY MONEY! ! THEY IGNORING! THEY DON’T PROVIDE SERVICE! THEY DON’T RECEIVE CALLS!

So all together THEY ARE SCAMMER!

There show they are big company, but there are only COUPLE OF HEADS.

So beware from them! Don’t do the transactions with them, don’t do bank transfer to them because we cannot dispute on that.

But I am gonna put consumer case ON THEM, because I have all proof with me to prove that

THEY ARE IGNORANT FOR SERVICE! THEY SCAM PEOPLE ! AND DON’T DELIVER WHAT THEY OFFER!

After reading this complain they will start defending themselves! They will start crying saying BLAH! BLAH! BLAH!

But listen! Until I get my money back I am gonna forward these complain on most of the forum to let people know you are SCAMMER! UNPROFESSIONAL! They are selling something they don’t even know that!
