inconvenient design
I tried the online divorce service called OnlineDivorce. It was hard a bit to understand where is the needed application on the site, finally, I decided to write my inquiry on the "contacts" page. Two days (!) after I received an email from the service agent and thus began my online divorce process. I might say everything went fine, my complaint only concerns a complicated design and long wait for a response from support.

K guys it aint funny. I'd like to use your service but can't even register! Where is the button? There is only "log in" button. I looked over the whole site and didn't find it. Where is it? There is none on top of the site, there is none down there as well. What am I suppose to do now? Please fix this or you'll lose the client. And probably a lot of other as well
