DHGate.com order [protected]

On July 16, 2017, I ordered a DIDUN watch rose gold sport clock. Your website states that it has arrived. It has not arrived.

(2) From the photo, I may not be receiving what I ordered? My order was for a watch with an entire gold face and frame. Se page 1 of 4 of my order.

(3) The small picture on my order reply shows a gold frame but not a gold face.

I have had a very bad experience with dhgate. They have sent a counterfeit (fake) hard disk (wiich is a crime), and refuse to help the solve the matter. I do not recommend dhgate to anyone.

I ordered this dress, received it, and promptly emailed One-Stopos to request their return shipping address so I could send the dress back (immediately). The gems on the dress are falling off! The dress was not as advertised. I made this request in April. It is now July. In short, One-Stopos will not give me their address and I cannot find it anywhere online, and DHGate will not help me, stating I have to go through the seller. I have:

After months of back and forth emails with One-Stopos, they offered me $30 for the dress (I could keep it and they would refund me $30 of the $76 I originally paid). I said no, I wanted the guaranteed refund, as well as their address. For months I have asked for their address and their guarantee of a refund. Because I was getting no where, and have a friend who bought the same dress and was experiencing the same trouble with the return, I wrote a bad review on DHGate hoping to get their attention. It did...but now they are holding my money hostage: First, they said they will not accept my return, and now they are saying they will only give me the address if I take down my review FIRST. I do not trust them to do this.

I have reached out to DHGate for help in mediation from the very beginning of this nightmare. DHGate closed my account (though I was trying to get a refund), and are now saying that they cannot help me, that I must only deal with One-Stopos. This is beyond frustrating.

DHGate is allowing unscrupulous business practices by the people who sell on their site and are not helping the buyer, as their business promisses. I have cut and pasted the emails between One-Stopos and myself and sent them to DHGate for evidence, though their representatives will not help.

I simply want the guarantee I was lead to believe would be there. I work hard for my money. If a company says they will refund their product, especially if it cannot be worn because the gems are falling off, they should refund the item. Period.

Dear Riane at DHgate.com: That "online chat" link is not a valid link. DHgate is not helping me.
I have been working with One-Stopos since the dress was delivered, but they are not behaving reasonably or ethically. They most recently said they will refund me (only) $10, and that if I don't agree to that "you will get nothing."

Please, DHgate, help me get my refund. Your customer service statement says you will help and you are not.
I feel as if I am getting the same disservice from DHgate as I am Receiving from One-Stopos.
You are leaving your trusting customers without merchandise they can use.
You are leaving your trusting customers without a refund for merchandise they cannot use.
I am losing a lot of money without your help, help you promised.
Please. Get me my refund.

DHGate.com cancelled orders I would like a refund

Hi there a few weeks back i orders a few items off dhgate.com and they where cancelled id appreciate it if i could get a refund back into my account im really getting frustrated with the whole fact that it got cancelled its takin so long to actually work out how to complain like this there should just be a straight forward button i dont no how to use a computer properly im very upset an affended that is so hard to complain like this. Im never using this sight after this problem is hopefully resolved please reply an resolve my issue ive already lost enough sleep over it. It feels like your keeping money from me.

My Credit card details are stuck on this website I have been on live chat many times and have just been told to wait 24-48 hours for investigation and that has been going on for around 2 months I don't know what else to do but contact here, every time I contact dhgate they fob me off with I have to order something then remove them but there is no option, I really hope you can help.

This is not resolved at all, DHGate maliciously stores all information without consent and has removed all 'delete' options for customer details. I'm disgusted by this total breach of both privacy and common security so will delete the account and use other suppliers.

DHGate.com complaining about the seller who didnt acknowledge my confirmed purchased order

Ive made a purchased order under the seller named store444444. I purchased some purses to him but until now i didnt received an email or reply to him. Im worried if i am a victim of a scam. I gave my credit card details and the order was already confirmed. How dare this site allow scammers to sell? Don't you ask your sellers personal information so you can traced them if they are real or just scamming people? That's my number one complain to your site. Now im asking you to refund my credit card or charge back to my credit card account for the purchased that I made yesterday. Its just $22 but its still a big money to me. Please see the attached file of my proof that i was being scammed on your seller.

I would appreciate if youll do a promt action on this matter and please email me as soon as possible to [protected]@yahoo.com

DHGate.com solar pond pump order [protected]

We ordered the Solar Pump and paid by Visa Card. We received an email to say the Order was confirmed. We received a message to say our payment had been received. We received a message to say the order was on its way. We received a message to say the order had been cancelled by DH Gate because we had not paid.
Our Bank Statement shows we have paid the amount of $17.70 on our Visa Card.
We have been waiting for 3 days for a reply from you. Your service is shocking, your Live Chat line does not work, have tried that for 3 days. We would like a refund of this money right away and do not want to deal with you ever again. Lost all faith in your company.

DHGate.com fidget spinner cubes

I purchased 200 random colours fidget spinner cubes. The picture showed 6 variations.

I received 192 squashed tightly in a box, all corner item boxes squashed.

I received these amounts
Style 1, 133
Style 2, 15
Style 3, 43
Style 4, 1 (this one wasn't even shown)

There were 3 styles not included.

Besides all this the quality is rubbish. They are flimsy and the patterns are smudged on some.

I received them today but didn't confirm it as I am NOT satisfied.

I have contacted them back and forth and he is not accepting responsibility for any of it.

The photos show the amount of item boxes that fit into the box. 192.. not 200.

What do I do now?

I placed an order of 3 items on the 27/4/17 and unfortunately I have only received one item. The whole process is very concerning and I am going to seek further advice if my items do not appear by the end of this week. According to your records one item has been received, one is in transit and there other was a delivery attempt- which is not the case as nothing has been posted through the door!

DHGate.com asics running shoes, payment

Early this year, I placed an order with dhgate for asics running shoes (Order# [protected]). I attempted to pay with credit card but dhgate website did not accept my cc payment and offered a bank-transfer option with bank account information and a reference number. I made a bank to bank transfer of the amount of 85 usd using wisetrasfer and waited few days for the payment to go through. I contacted dhgate to check on the status of my order but they denied receiving the payment. I checked with my bank and wisetransfer and received verification that the payment had already been completed and was deposited on april 4, 2017 via worldpay ap ltd/duetsche into dhgate bank account: the hongkong and shanghai banking corporation ltd [004], account# 624-[protected]. I verified that the receiver bank account was correct, as provided by dhgate, that the account did belong to dhgate, and that my order number is correct. I checked with dhgate numerous times over a period of two months, and the reply was the same that they never received my payment. I reported my concern to wisetrasfer, who in return investigated the payment's whereabouts. Wisetransfer again affirmed that the transfer was completed and provided me with further evidences from duetsche bank and worldpay ap ltd. I submitted the new evidences to dhgate, but yet at no avail — dhgate continued denying receiving the payment, even though evidences where observed. I tried to make sense out of dhgate denial and get some answers from them, but at no avail. At last, wisetransfer asked me to request a copy of dhgate' bank statement for the period from 31/3/17 to 7/4/17, with the objective that if dhgate's claim is correct, then their bank account statement will not show the details of my payment. Yet dhgate refused to cooperate, ignored my request for copies of bank statement and insisted: “we checked all the payment record under this account, but no one is matched. We do not receive this money, please confirm with your bank, thanks!” after this email, dhgate no longer replied or showed any interest in providing any explanations or documentations confirming their claim and countering the documents that proof the money was received into their account.
Dhgate is perhaps not considered a scam, but is evidently an unethical business seeking additional profits from unprincipled revenues other than clear sales, and it thinks that customers outside china cannot reach them through legal actions to obtain their rights or get back their lost money. But they are wrong, because I am in the process of presenting dhgate actions for international legal consideration, holding it responsible for its actions, and introducing its arrogance to the international communities. Anyone who feels was violated, scammed, or mistreated by dhgate, please feel free to contact me and join me the drive against dhgate.

I am not surprised to read your complaint. After I resolved the missing payment issue with DHgate three months after placing the order for my Ascis, I finally received the pairs. They were undoubtedly counterfeit. After having a long battle with DHgate over the payment, I decided to drop the issue and to blame no one but myself for making an online purchase from a China-based business far out side of our legal or ethical perimeters. I gave the pairs to someone in need and went out and shopped for a real Ascis in a sports shop. DHgate is not a fraud in the Chinese-business' eyes. They are but a 'smart' business making good profit off the 'fools' as they perceive us.

I just received a pair of womens Ascis Gel Noosa running shoes they are not size 8 I own many ascis and these are very large they look fake the laces are practically paper I attempted to have online chat no luck so I filed a credit card dispute with my bank I should have know anything this cheap to good to be true they are sitting here in a box that doesn't resemble my other asics boxes I swear these are counterfeit they are junk...I just email as my credit card company said the Corporatte office of Ascis for feedback...these thieves should be on 60 minutes and exposed.

DHGate.com they owe me money

I found this website and decided to check the reviews first. There was a lot of reviews and it was 50/50, many people were happy and many were disappointed. I decided to take a risk and placed my order. Bought a toy for my son and was promised fast delivery.
At the beginning nothing actually bothered me, customer support always replied, they replied to all of my questions and seemed friendly. But one day they contacted me and said that my order was cancelled because it was no longer available.
I asked for a refund and they said of course. Actually I never received my money back and one day these guys suddenly stopped replying. I have already reported them to BBB, left several bad reviews and I will not stop until I get my money back.

I order my wedding dress on March 4, 2017 and it's been over a month and I'm 5 days away from my wedding and still don't have my dress. I ask for a refund and he told me if I didn't have it in 3 days he would refund it. It's now been 5 days and still have no dress. He put my wrong address on the shipping label and when I brought it to his attention he wouldn't change it before shipping it out. He's been lying and lying and I'm highly upset because I'm out almost 200.00, 5 days away from my wedding and no money to buy another dress. All he keeps telling me is to wait wait wait. I feel I'm being treated very unfair being that I choose this site to purchase from and can't get any help on my dress. I would never recommend this site to no one. I'm going to make YouTube video and post on all social media until I get this word out about this site and they lose all business.

DHGate.com worst company

I've placed an order with DHgate and about two weeks late I received a notification stating that my order was cancelled.
I contacted DHgate and asked about the reason and their rep said he'll find out and contact me back later.
Several days passed and no one bothered to call or email me, so I had to contact them myself. Asked the same question and they were not able to explain anything. They said I'll get my money back soon and when I asked them what do they mean "soon" they said they don't know. These people were not able to tell when would I get a refund. They are terrible and totally unprofessional and must be out of business! I will not order from them again and they better give my money back!

On the 14-02-2017 I order 10pics iPhone 6 Plus from dhgate.com but my payment wait very Long still haven't confirm until on the 15-02-2017 the dhgate safety guard ask me either to sumit my authorised code or sumit my credit card detail so I sumit my authorised code to them after Few hour the safety guard still want me to sumit credit card detail so I also follow them ask me to do and on the 16-02-2017 the safety guard still not enough still ask me to sumit my pevious 3 credit card detail to them I don't know what them trying to do because I use A credit card to do the transaction them should ask me to submit A credit card the safety guard still say pevious I use 3 different card to online buy thing this to do is for security I don't know dhgate why ask customer to do like this if the credit card is not mine than how can dhgate were successfully take the money and some more at dhgate bought thing around one year if I am not the card owner how can the dhgate were get the money I have to let all the people know don't believe this Apps I got at alibaba, Taobao and qoo buy things before but then never ask me to submit this and submit that and on the transaction the apps got one time password I just key In than my order were approve so dhgate say security that is their problem is not customer problem I only can say dhgate security not very good

I wanted to purchase some of these bows but after asking a few questions realised they were counterfeit, even though they are advertised as and show pictures of the packaging as original jojobows. This is incredibly misleading and had I not asked, would have purchased thinking I was getting the real thing. Please respond to this complaint. Thank you

DHGate.com several knives didn't receive

Went through a seller on the site which I purchased several knives from last year . The site claimed to use the trusted method of shipping DHL which I've used previous and always received my purchase . I used this seller because they claim to use dhl which they charged me for, then a week later they tell me they are shipping it via e packet . Had they of told me this from the start I wouldn't of used them at all and now customs have seized my purchases . I would like this problem rectified please either my items I paid for, or my money back

Let me first address this by stating that to say I am dissatisfied with your services would be an understatement. I can not even express how upset I am with your process. Your website claims that if items do not arrive as described a FULL refund will be processed. You claim to have refund guarantee- that's garbage!

I received a poor quality watch- a watch that I was tricked into thinking was AUTHENTIC; however I should have noticed the deal was too good to be true. The watch not only makes a loud ticking noise when worn, it also has very loud springs- it disrupts everyone in a quiet room. My main reason for this email is too address the SAFTEY CONCERN- I ALERTED YOU THAT THE WATCH BECOMES VERY HOT AND SMELLS LIKE BURNING. This concern of mine was ignored- you put my safety in line. I am debating on creating a formal compliment against DHGATE for selling dangerous items- ones which can serious injure someone at night.

I recommend that you put your company's profit to the side for a second, and prioritize my SAFTEY.

I expect to have the full amount refunded- I will let this event slide. However, if you refuses to cooperate, I will have to take further action. I am also going to bring the watch to an expert to see if this battery was even safe, and allowed to be mailed. If not, I will send a copy of the report. I prefer to not involve my credit card company and have to report you for selling a dangerous item- but the choice is up to you.

On November the 28th I placed both orders. It is now January 8th and I have not received either. Nor have I had any proper questions answered by either party involved in these orders. Forty days is ample time for shipment, including custom screening. I have not been given any tracking information or answers on refund request. I do not and will not recommend purchasing Chinese products through DHGate in the future. It's an absolute nightmare to do business with.

DHGate.com 1 month and order not processed

I ordered a product on 11-28-16 order number [protected]. 2 weeks later the seller (brandskincare) has still not shipped the order, the seller said the product was 'presale', on 12-12-16 I requested a refund using reason 'out of stock', and the seller declined the refund!

It has not been 1 month since I purchased and the order has still not been shipped and I have still not received a refund.

I sent a message on 12-12-16 to DHgate to inform them of the situation. I received no reply.

I contacted DHGate yesterday [protected]) and spoke to representative Sid online, who assured me they would contact the seller. I asked for an email of confirmation that this had been done. I received no email.

Contacting DHgate about this issue is absolutely useless and the seller has refused to reply to my messages since 12-12-16.

What am I to do?

I'm shocked that a seller can hold my money for 1 month and not process the order, and can actually decline a refund. I have no choice but to contact a ombudsman to make a complaint. This is the second time in 2 months DHgate has took my money. I'm seriously beginning to wonder if this is a Scam site. Absolutely no customer service help.
