This is a fraud company reading all reviews no one has rec'd their headphones and I'm guessing never will? I canceled same day notified PayPal and my bank and filed a dispute.

My advice is to never order products from sites other than the companies website and use PayPal and a credit card for protection against these companies overseas. This product was on Facebook where I have ordered before with no issues my mistake.

I ordered my headphones in November. Here we are in February and inothing. Furthermore the customer service department keeps giving me the run around stating that “... my concerns have been passed on...”, and that “... someone will contact me within 24 hours...”.
Such nonsense. This is a scam company plain and simple from a foreign country.
Facebook is not doing anything to help and in my opinion is just as responsible for allowing this illegal company to place ads on its platform.

This is unbelievable and company even did not reply except web base answers, I don't think this is a trustworthy organisation to deal... I have paid and waiting such a long time for the items and always system shows in progress and even no dates or no proper comments from them, bull [censor]. my order number is [protected] and order has been placed in November 2017.

No customer service. After 12 weeks and a complaint to pay pal. I received my head phones. Controls are not easy to use. Not adjustable in anyway, making them uncomfortable. I would not recommend the company or this product.

Worst possible consumer experience EVER! I RECOMMEND NEVER to purchase anything from this company. More than two months delay in receiving goods, poor customer service communication, blocked my communications on their Facebook page so that you only see positive comments (fraudulent actions by the company) and NO RESPONSE TO SUPPOSED "30 Day Guarantee" and yes, it's an extremely poor quality product.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS COMPANY -- PATHETIC!

I purchased a set of "conductive bluetooth" headphones from Wish Addict. The cost of the headphones was $85 including shipping and handling. I would like a full refund since the item I received does not live up to the advertising.

1) The headphones I received are not adjustable.
2) The headphones I received do not fit well, partly because they are not adjustable and partly because my glasses interfere with the headphones. Even without my glasses on, the headphones to not fit well.
3) The headphones I received appear very cheap and are cheap-feeling; not at all expected for a total cost of $85.
4) The button controls are difficult to use and not at all intuitive. The buttons are so small that I cannot use them while the headphones are on my head. I have to take them off in order to adjust the headphones and then, of course, I need by glasses to see the buttons.
5) Perhaps because the headphones do not fit well, and, perhaps because they are "conductive, " the volume level is not acceptable.

Considering all of the above, I would give the Wish Addict "conductive bluetooth headphones" an estimated value of $9.99, including shipping and handling.

I am working with PayPal to get a refund of my money.

Yep, I am also a victim of Wish Addict. I have had the exact same experience as the rest of you with the exception that I ordered three headsets and believe it or not, I did receive one headset. I had a fight on my hands to get the one headset which I ordered back in September and ended up receiving on the 20th of November. I am now in the process of trying to get a refund for the other two. The other interesting thing I noticed is that the headsets are valued at $19.00, I paid $79.99USD each and to be completely honest they are cheap rubbish. I will never order anything from this company again and I am also disappointed with FB. Lost trust means lost business!

I too am a victim of this scam, for the same product, the headphones. Have been through the same process, of getting responses with fake tracking numbers as well. I have contacted paypal to try to resolve it.

I, too, haven’t received my headset, and after several attempts at communicating with “Wishaddict”, I was
given a non existent tracking # and promises that my order has shipped. I’m filing a complaint with AMEX
to try to get my money back after ordering these after I saw them on Facebook. If Facebook is delisting people
for what is said on their website, then why don’t they “delist” these obviously crooked scam artists? Answer
becomes crystal clear without much thought: AD MONEY ! No more orders from me through Facebook or
“WISH ADDICT” (I “WISH” I hadn’t been scammed by these crazy crooked foreigners!)

Yes, unfortunately these guys are giving me the run around for a pair of those bone conductor headphones. Seems that I have been scammed here as well. Even up to the point of giving me a bogus tracker number that was "not recognised" when plugging it into the TNT website. I sent a number of emails to wish addict to get to the bottom of it and they send emails back that purport to be customer service based responses. However, when I start to harden my stance up by bringing up international consumer and commercial legal obligations the tone of the emails changed somewhat. Very disappointing that this happens. I am about to engage Paypal to see if I retrieve my hard earned cash.

They're scammers, unfortunately I found out too late. I never received my headphones and didn't use PayPal, so probably I won't get my money back. They send my parcel to El Paso but the delivery address was Bangkok according to the tracker. When I created a support ticket they send me a tracker that my parcel was delivered by Thai Post with exactly the same delivery times. After calling Thai post they said the tracker number was invalid and not in their system. Clearly a scam. Spread the word. I made a complaint on Facebook but this lame butt platform doesn't take action because they earn a lot of money from their scam and are in a way involved if they don't even investigate.
