Very poor customer service in dealing with completing job. Garage cabinets still need to have repairs after 7 months of waiting. Epoxy garage flooring failed to adhere after 2 weeks. Still waiting for 7 months, and still not finished project.
Owner will not return calls or return to finish job. Garage floor is a mess. I would never recomend this contractor to anyone. Beware!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Customer service could be improved. Could do a better job adhering to agreed to schedule. Attention to detail is also lacking. Customers oversight is a must to assure satisfaction. Low bidder that produces acceptable work.
Never had a problem, I have and still have One Day Shelving cabinets and closets in 5 homes that I own(ed) since 1998, not only in Calabasas but also in Simi Valley and Santa Clarita. Family owned, very personal owner and crew.
I have used One Day Shelving on my house and my rental house. Amazing work and would highly recommend to anyone. Clean, beautiful work! The end results show how much the company loves what they are doing
