OliverGrace food quality

Coffee was extremely cold, took a long time to get hot but it wasn't fresh . Salad was over dressed and tasted like eating straight salad dressing. Manager notified salad replaced still did not have quality I am used to at Olive Garden.Bread sticks cold and dry. We chose not to order more. And left hungry. We did pay full price and left server a tip. It will be a long time till we eat there again. This was Olive Garden in Columbia mo .

OliverGrace Returned merchandise and never received credit for it

I ordered the Sabrina jumpsuit in late March and it took over 2 months to receive it. I finally received it and it didn't fit and was poor quality, so I had to return it. There was no customer return label in my package so I sent an email to them and they sent me the RMA code and label to use. The merchandise was returned on 5/31/16, they confirmed they received the merchandise via email on 6/17/16 and that I would be escalated for a refund. To date, I have not received the refund and my credit card company, Bank of America has been no help in resolving this and they are making me pay the $144 even though they have all documentation stating it was returned.
Both companies have terrible customer service and it has been a nightmare to deal with them. Never order from Oliver Grace and will be cancelling my credit card with Bank of America too.

I had a nightmare with this company. Tried to charge back via CC company and they wouldn't help. I made a complained on the site of the California Attorney General and I had all of my money back in less than 2 weeks. The Atty Gnr office responded within 3 business days, and Oliver Grace was writing/contacting/offering refund within the following week. Easy resolution - they appeared to have shut down operations, though, so not sure how you would now reach them.

OliverGrace Not receiving the merchandise

My name is charles, and I work for abc. I received an email from one of your customers, tracy radcliffe, who never received her ordered merchandise, which she ordered in july. here is her contact information— 6 dawn place mill valley, ca 94941 and her phone: [protected]. she was charged $194 in july, and never received her items. ms. radcliffe has attempted to contact the company, and has received no response back. at this point, she would like a full refund.

OliverGrace Liar company!

About three months ago I returned some items and I'm still waiting for my refund. I have ordered some clothing from OliverGrace and because of the bad quality returned everything back and they keep saying they received nothing. What a scam! Contacted the shipping company and they said that OliverGrace received the stuff a long time ago! What is wrong with these people? They try to scam me or what?

OliverGrace False information about shipping

When I made an order I thought they had free shipping and that there will be no problems with returning in case of something was wrong. I made an order and then I noticed that they charged extra money fro shipping! Contacted OliverGrace customer support and heard only excuses. At first they were quite nice, but when I asked my money back they spoke very rudely and told that it was only my fault and that it was nothing about free shipping on their website. Then I went to their Facebook page and left a negative review, but they deleted it. All if my emails are ignored and they refused to help. Never again!
