Olive Garden service

There were 10 of us dining at Olive Garden Saturday night celebrating my birthday. We had a reservation for 6:30. The service was so terrible that it took an hour just to receive our soup/salads and even longer to get drinks from the bar that were ordered prior to our food order. All we kept hearing were excuses and "we will get it as soon as we can". A couple different people from our group attempted to talk to the manager on duty and he wasn't much better anout getting things taken care of for us. Overall it was a miserable experience and several members of our party said they would never eat there again

At our Olive Garden when you have a party of 8 or more they take a reservation. That wasn't the issue, it was the snail service we received after we sat down

Olive Garden pasta bowl as advertised on tv

Recently, I went to one of your Olive Gardens because it said 10.99 pasta.

We soon found out this was just for pasta any add one were more expensive. This is bad advertising and miss leading.

Spoke with manager he was uncaring and said next time read the fine print.

This left a bad taste in my mouth and bad business.

I probably will not go back

Olive Garden gluten free pasta

For a long time my son who suffers from several food allergies was able to eat the gluten-free rotini safely at Olive Garden . Without any warning whatsoever Olive Garden change the recipe of the gluten free rotini to contain egg . My son has gone into anaphylaxis from consuming egg in the past, and today unknowingly consumed the gluten-free rotini. The only reason I realized it contained egg was because I am vegan and I had also ordered the gluten free rotini and I noticed it had an egg taste to it. We had to rush out of the restaurant to seek medical care because there was no warning or notification that the recipe changed . We are extremely frustrated and upset that the recipe was changed but more importantly that no warning was given and his life was risked because of negligence on the part of Olive Garden . If no reparations are offered we may have to resort to legal action .

Olive Garden salad

First we sit on the table and the table was sticky look like was not clean than we orders the drinks and a took longer to brough out are drinks then they bring a salad and in the salad my husban found a hair was nasty we call the waitress and she only say sorry that's all she said she offer us another bowl of salad that was it the manager did not come out or say any thing

Olive Garden sample with three selections

The food was over cooked and tough. The waitress was unconserned. It taken more than thirty minutes to receive my drink . The revaoli was hard. The lasagna frittata were tough. The waitress didn't even ask how the food was. Due to having to be seated at the table and I had asked for a booth and was told none was available, yet, other customers were seated in booths. This is one of the worse dinning experience with Olive garden that I have ever had. I will not recommend this Shreveport Louisiana restaurant to anyone else.

Olive Garden chicken scampi/server

I've ordered the chicken scampi for years. The menu lists red onions as one of the ingredients. When the dish was served there weren't any red onions. Not a single one. I asked the server if I could have some. She proceeded to argue with me that the dish never had red onions in it. She said she'd ask the cook if he would prepare some, even though they'd never been served in it before and she adamantly disagreed with me that the menu listed them in it! When she came back, she said the cook said the peppers and onions are mixed together and he just pulls them out of a can and didn't get any onions. Out of a can? Her service was as lacking as her knowledge of your product. A disappointment for sure.

Olive Garden hair found in food, bad waitress

On Monday, October 8th at 11:30 a.m. my husband and I went to the Olive Garden in Madison, TN where we eat weekly. We ordered the dinner entree of chicken alfredo and alfredo with chicken and shrimp, as well as an appetizer. We purchased the dinner entree so we could also get the $5 take home entree.

The waitress took our drink menu then brought us a tea and a dr. pepper. When I told her we would like an appetizer she jerked the ipad on the table around and said you order it here. I apologized as I did not know we were supposed to order the appetizer ourselves. She took our order then left, later brought the salad and bread. She brought us back two extra drinks and without a word left again. Another server brought us the appetizer. I was out of tea so I added splenda to my 2nd glass of tea and it created an immediate foam which spilled over the table because it wasn't tea it was coke.

Then our food came, my husband was given the dinner portion of alfredo and I was given the lunch portion which I told the server that wasn't what I ordered. She said tell the waitress. The waitress didn't come back for a while so I went ahead and started eating my food. I got about 5 bites when I found a black hair about 2 inches at the bottom of my dish. About 10 minutes later the waitress came back and I said can I have another drink? She said I brought you one. I said that is coke not tea which is what I had. Also, we have a small problem with my food. I want to make sure I was charged for a lunch portion not a dinner portion even though that is what I ordered. There is a hair in my food. The waitress picks up the dish, never says a word such as I'm sorry and leaves. Ten minutes later she brings me a dinner portion of chicken alfredo which I was not about to eat after finding that hair. I ask for a to go box which the waitress brought back and immediately said that will be $67 dollars. She did not give us a receipt or even address my question as to what I was charged for or the fact that I had found a hair in my food.

If we had not been in a hurry to go to the Pet Store and get back home in time to get my grandchildren from school I would have taken the situation up with the manager. At that point we were so frustrated we just left. Very disappointed in the service, food, and customer service at what was one of our favorite places to eat.

Olive Garden phone order

On October 5th, 2019, I placed a phone order. Upon picking it up and going home I noticed the majority of my order was completely wrong. I ordered a kids meal of chicken tenders and pasta with MEAT sauce, and they gave me regular marinara. Then I ordered an adult ravioli entree with marinara sauce ON THE SIDE, which they put ON the pasta. In addition I ordered an herb salmon entree that was cooked incorrectly and was rubbery and gross and did not taste right. This was a very disappointing meal for my family. Upon receiving the request to fill out a survey on the website, I reported what happened and rated my experience. They NEVER even contacted me back. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and meal I received.

Olive Garden I purchased a spaghetti meal with shrimp and salad

I purchased my meal with shrimp n salad a nice pasta but got all the way home and noticed we had no breadsticks and it was raining so bad we couldnt go back hopefully they will. Reach out and give us our breadsticks. We wouldve gone back but they were closed [protected]@yahoo.com I usually get
Everything I ordered with salad and breadsticks in the bag with my pasta but today I guess they totally forgot ill look nexttime I order cause it makes everything u order come together. Now I have pasta without breadsticks my kids fav part.

Olive Garden salads included with meal.

On October 5Th my wife, Niece, her husband and I stopped to have a meal at the brand new Olive Garden restaurant in Vineland . Each couple chose to split a meal, one chicken farm, and one tour of Italy with salads and bread sticks which we do at another Olive Garden located in Mayslanding N . J . with no problem . When we put in our order and made a request for two extra plates we were told that our order only included one plate per serving and just one salad . After debating this with another worker we were brought two extra plates . When our meal was served we only received one salad and one bread stick basket, we questioned this and was told the bowl had an extra serving in it, and we did have extra bread sticks . We ask for a refill of salad which we received but when we received the check we were charged for two salads . After returning home I checked your online menu which states free salad and bread sticks with each meal, curious why we were charged ? I

Olive Garden services

On 10/01/2019 My friend and myself went to Olive Garden for lunch. I ordered the chicken Marcarreta when the waitress brought it to me it burnt, dry, and it did not look good. When the waiter came back i told her abd she looked at me as if i had problem. Ihad to lift up the chicken and show her where it was burnt and how the meal just looked. She did not once apologize or anything she grab the food and she go ask her manager. She did not even ask me if i wanted another or something else. I has to tell her to bring something different. As see was leaving our she started to open up cabinets slaming to shut. She never broght the manage over nor did she ever apologize for the food. She did eveb bring a bag over for to put the food i order to or the my food thar i did not finish eating because it toke a long time to bri ng my food. When we left one of the other waiter notice our hands for full and brought us a bag and put our food in it and this was not our waiter. Before we left I ask to speak to manager. The manager was not concern at to what toke today. I go to Olive Garden a lot that really but a bad taste in my mouth as to way I was treated and the bad customer service. The Olive Gardner was in Reynoldsburg Ohio.

Olive Garden to go order at olive garden

I used a coupon code and the code did not appear on my order when switching to the order screen, so I chose to pay at the restaurant to see what happened. I had the coupon code pulled up and before I could show the lady, she insulted my intelligence by telling me what the coupon said, like I didn't read or comprehend what the coupon said. She mentioned the wrong coupon, which was not the one that I actually was using. When I showed her the coupon I had, she read and reread the coupon fine print like I hadn't read it before using it. Then tells me there was nothing she could do because the coupon had to be used online. I told her that's what I did and the price reflected on one screen showed the discounted amount where's as the next screen did not, which is why I opted to pay at the restaurant to see if it was something where I had to show the coupon before the discount was applied. So I asked her was there a manager I could talk to and she went to go find one and then came back and took the coupon amount off. Her attitude was garbage and her handling of the situation was deplorable. I mean, as an attorney, it would be less of me not to read every detail of the coupon before trying to use it so that I could be assured that it'd be applied. But she definitely tried to make me feel like I was stupid and couldn't comprehend a basic coupon. Utterly ridiculous.

Olive Garden entire meal lasagna chicken alfredo soups

It was absolutely the most pathetic meal I've ever eaten it was freezer burnt which for one shouldn't have been if it's supposed to be I made from scratch cuz it's not it's frozen the soup tasted like s*** the only thing that was good out of the whole damn thing was the salad and it was subpar as well and then I get a $94 bill for three lasagnas and that's including tip and I would love to be refunded on it because your place f****** sucks I wouldn't offer to lunch

Olive Garden quality of the food and the waiter

My name is Celena Strickland. I went to the American Fork Utah restaurant

Maybe it was a new waiter but he was all over the place. Had to keep asking for what we wanted several times.
Instead of my sister and I getting to enjoy each others company and being able to visit. We had to keep stopping someone to bring us everything, from silverware, to a side of dressing that I order 3 or 4 times. We had to keep asking for bread sticks. My order wasn't correct. But I ate it anyway. We were going to order dessert but we gave up on that. The waiter would walk off before we were able to finish talking to him. We just had to wait and wait for anything that we needed. I couldn't eat when we did get food because I didn't have silverware. My sister did. anyway we spent the whole time trying to get our meal so that we could relax and talk. So it just wasn't fun or relaxing.

Please bring back shrimp stuffed shells. That plate is so awesome... why take it away? I told a lot of friends and family to order that meal.

Olive Garden the server miss hassan and the manager jorge aleman

I was at Olive garden on Monday the 16th of October the one on Jefferson street, Falls church. that is the location we go to every time. we've never had a problem till that day. 1st I got the wrong order therefor they had to change it because the waitress (Hassan) was not paying attention when I was giving my order. My husband got his dinner on time and he finished his plate and I still did not receive mine. she did not even apologize for making a mistake. I had to cancel my dinner cause I'm not going to sit there and eat by my self. 2nd when I was walking out she came to me and said: "Mam your payment didn't go through." I said: " It said successful when I made the payment are you sure." and she tells me:" Oh Let me check I did not see it". Seriously! she was assuming that I did not pay my diner. so I logged in to my bank account and I had to show her and the manager that the payment went through. after that I told her that she made a lots of mistakes and sh did not apologize for any of them. she started laughing. when I complained to the manager MR Jorge Aleman. He didn't even listen to what I had to say. He kept saying:"I got it ..I know" OVER and OVER again. Even My 6 year old child said." we have never had any problem before".
1st - My dinner with my family was ruined
2nd - I did not eat dinner
3rd - she accused me of not paying
4th - the waitress did not apologize for any of her mistakes
5th - the manager "Jorge Aleman" did not listen to my concern at all. and did nothing about it.
OVERALL worst day ever. and I'm never going back to that location at all.

Olive Garden waitress

Visited Oliver Garden tonight at 9-17-2019 at 18:34:24.
Our waitress was so "high" on something she was "jerking". I noticed the table next to us was talking about this and also noticed the waitress behavior.
I asked another waitress who did our dessert order where our waitress was a she said she had trouble with an order. On the way out I complained to the manager and told him our waitress was high on something and he said they were dealing with it. My opinion is that she should never have been allowed to wait on customers in that condition. She was jerking something terrible. I am very surprised that she was
allowed to work in that condition. Makes me not wanna go back and I'm not the only person in the restaurant that noticed this.

Olive Garden food

Me and my two sisters were on vacation in Pooler Georgia we stopped at the Olive Garden and ate. We ordered the new shrimp scampi dish with tomatoes and asparagus. It was awful the spaghetti was bland and overcooked the vegetables were cooked I think in olive oil and no seasoning at all the shrimp tasted as though it was frozen We only had salt and pepper to add at seasoning and it still tasted awful I did tell the waitress to let them know in the back that shrimp scampi is cooked with butter and garlic not just thrown on top of spaghetti bland The salad was great but the food was very poor to the point we will never order the shrimp scampi againWish I had taken a picture of it for you to see

Was on vacation in Pooler Georgia with my sister we chose to eat at the Olive Garden and we allOrdered the shrimp scampi dish upon receiving it the spaghetti was overcooked and bland the asparagus and tomatoes I think we're cooked in olive oil and we're bland the shrimp tasted as though it was frozen and thrown on top of the spaghette. I let the waitress know To tell the cook that shrimp scampi is cooked in butter garlic and basil we did eat the vegetables and shrimp but did not eat the spaghetti we will not order it again luckly the salad was excellent as always

Stayed in Pooler Georgia for vacation with my sisters we chose to eat at the Olive Garden all three of us ordered the new shrimp scampi dish when we received it the spaghetti was overcooked and bland the spaghetti was overcooked and bland the vegetables I think were cooked and olive oil and bland the shrimp was on top of the spaghetti and tasted I told the waitress that shrimp scampi is cooked in butter and garlic with some basil that please tell the cook in the back how to cook shrimp scampi the service was good but the food was poor will not ever order it again

Olive Garden change of recipe

Last month (august) had the occasion to eat at the E Flamingo and E. Sunset, locations. The meatballs were bland and not tasteful at all and the sauce was tasteless as well. I have been t Olive Garden many time and always enjoyed the meals at OG, the meatballs have always been the star attraction for me. Olive Garden behavior, service, food-terrible experience

August 23, 2019, Check # 52985 Table 114 Total amount of the bill $ 93.92

We were celebrating with my husbands mother's Mothers Day, ( I know it's late) but she kept insisting that she loved Olive Garden, so we set up this day to take her. We entered the restaurant and told them we would like a booth, she pointed in the bar area and said is this ok, we said yes and she wanted us to sit in the middle area, well my husband is a large man and we said oh can sit at the next one where there is more room, and she made a huffing sound and said well I guess but I don't have a waitress for this table, we said its only one table down.
That shouldn't have happened and was very unnecessary for her to speak to us like that. Not 5 mins later did they sit someone down in the booth she wanted to give us, idk understand what the difference was.

Next came the waitress, Jasmyn J, she was ok, didn't check on as often as she should have, my husband drinks a lot of tea and soda and there were several times he didn't have a drink to drink. They didn't make him happy.

We were not very impressed with the food to say the least, usually Olive Garden is my favorite place too, that's why we used my 2 $ 25 gift cards with our bill, but that was a waste of my gifts since the food made us sick.

The salad was ok, not enough dressing on it and the lettuce was brown and wilted.

The bread is always awesome but not this time, it had to much garlic salt on it.

We ordered an appetizer but it didn't come till after our dinner entrées came. That and the desserts was the only thing we really liked.

My mother-in-laws entrée was bland and didn't have enough sauce on it, barely worth taking the leftovers home to eat let alone buying another portion for $ 5 to again later. No Thank you.

My husband's meal was dry, chicken was cooked to much, no taste.

I don't eat meat but I do eat seafood, so I got the shrimp scampi, hardly had any sauce on it, it was so dry, I didn't want to take any of it home. The asparagus in it was hard (was it even cooked) I didn't see any of the good top pieces and there were only maybe 7 1/2 cut pieces to begin with.

I have to say I was very excited when we were getting ready to go to eat, but I gotta tell ya, its the worst dinner I have had there, and the cleanliness of the bathroom really sent me over the edge and decided we were never going there again.

As soon as we got home, I got sick and everything I just put in my mouth came out.

I may consider trying another restaurant in Richmond, but I'd have to research the reviews first.

I think we deserve to get a refund for the entire bill.

Olive Garden Chicken margherita was disappointing

I enjoy Olive Garden and very much looked forward to our lunch on Sunday, August 18. Decided to try something new; but when the Chicken Margherita arrived, I was sooooo disappointed. Plate looked like something was missing. There were three small, thin planks of zucchini which looked like they'd been cut in half. Not much sauce on the chicken, and frankly there wasn't much flavor. I did not comment at the restaurant because I was with a group, but I actually left the restaurant hungry. The salad was good. For the price of this entree, there should have been more zucchini. It would have also filled the plate and made a better presentation. I knew there would be no pasta, but I would recommend an inexpensive (99 cent) option to add a small serving of pasta with the sauce on it. There was definitely room on the place for pasta or more zucchini.

My husband was a little disappointed in his Chicken Piccata. It was very good, but he would have enjoyed more sauce. He had expected pasta to be served with it (as at many other restaurants). In fact, when we discussed it on the way home, he said he thought they'd just forgotten to put pasta on our plates and didn't want to complain.

We pass two other Olive Gardens to meet friends at this location. It always good. This time, we were very disappointed.
