I used a coupon code and the code did not appear on my order when switching to the order screen, so I chose to pay at the restaurant to see what happened. I had the coupon code pulled up and before I could show the lady, she insulted my intelligence by telling me what the coupon said, like I didn't read or comprehend what the coupon said. She mentioned the wrong coupon, which was not the one that I actually was using. When I showed her the coupon I had, she read and reread the coupon fine print like I hadn't read it before using it. Then tells me there was nothing she could do because the coupon had to be used online. I told her that's what I did and the price reflected on one screen showed the discounted amount where's as the next screen did not, which is why I opted to pay at the restaurant to see if it was something where I had to show the coupon before the discount was applied. So I asked her was there a manager I could talk to and she went to go find one and then came back and took the coupon amount off. Her attitude was garbage and her handling of the situation was deplorable. I mean, as an attorney, it would be less of me not to read every detail of the coupon before trying to use it so that I could be assured that it'd be applied. But she definitely tried to make me feel like I was stupid and couldn't comprehend a basic coupon. Utterly ridiculous.

It was absolutely the most pathetic meal I've ever eaten it was freezer burnt which for one shouldn't have been if it's supposed to be I made from scratch cuz it's not it's frozen the soup tasted like s*** the only thing that was good out of the whole damn thing was the salad and it was subpar as well and then I get a $94 bill for three lasagnas and that's including tip and I would love to be refunded on it because your place f****** sucks I wouldn't offer to lunch

We ordered as usual, people filtering into the closed area. Same waiter took our order and then another party of five.

That group received appetizers, more than one, and wine and we are still waiting for ours.

A good, I mean a good time elapsed and nothing.

My wife didn't want me to make a scene, so we just sat.

Eventually, everything ordered appeared at the same time.

Now, I usually get Fagioli soup, as this time, and usually have two bowls.

Essence is, my entree is sitting there cooling off by the time, I had
finished getting the second bowl consumed.

The bread sticks arrived when we had just about finished our meal,
needless to say, they were left..

This is the second time I have contacted Olive Garden on this visit, from
this site

The visit occurred during your promotion, buy one, take one.

By the way, the wife got Lasagna and had to pay $3 extra for each..

To be fair, we believe Olive Garden should replace the $25 gift card
we used, and we are not asking for the beer and soft drinks to be rebated.

Another thing, for me, I really don't like to see a bunch of tattooed arms and ring
nose. Yes, I'm old school, ring removed while working and perhaps a long
sleeved shirt.

My rigatoni was still warm but should have been served hot.

My husband and I love Olive Garden and always order the Panini and salad. We don't mind that you raised the price, but the current panini is fried too hard and the sections are too large. We are unable to eat them now without using our fork and they are fried too hard to cut with a fork and knife. Who came up with this idea? We are sorry our old panini and salad are gone. I am a frequent Olive Garden eater. Last night we had ordered salad and when we asked the salad to be to-go'd the server just handed us a to-go box and left. I believe the usual practice is to pack a fresh salad with dressing and croutons on the side, at least that's what we have always received. But, this time we had the salad mixed and soggy with the dressing and croutons and couldn't be eaten later, obviously because it was soggy, stinky and loose. This is unacceptable given the good reputation that Olove Graden has and the amount of money they charge you. It was our anniversary and throw us off to some extent.

On 8/2/2019 my grandkids an i went to the olive garden in Winston Salem. I had called in a order for the three of us. When we arrived at the restaurant my granddaughter had to use the restroom. When i opened the restroom door the smell that hit us in the face was horrible. It was a smell that was undecrible. There were paper towels all over the floors, toilet tissue was every where. Some of the toilets hadn't been flushed. The sink was nasty an the soap holders were nasty too. I held her up to use the toilet an i just took tissue out of my pocket book to wipe her with. Because the sink an soap dispensers were so dirty i used my own hand sanitizer to wash her hands an mine. We brought it to the cashier attention an it seem as if it went in one of hears an came out the other. I gave her my name for my order an she grab the bag an threw the bag up on the counter top. I told her i needed to check my order first to make sure everything was correct inside the bag. Well she said with a disrespectfull voice "THAT WILL BE $28.95 " then i asked her who was she speaking too? She said it again. I told her "I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE SPEAKING TO AN I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR PROBLEM IS THIS EVENING BUT YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE AN WATCH YOUR TON OF VOICE" Then i told her everyone's food was cold. They only exchanged my grandkids French fries but nothing else. When i got home i was very piss off. I don't think my family an i will be visiting that olive garden anymore.

So, I wanted to order a pick up order at Olive Garden and decided to look for a coupon and found the sign up for the EClub get a free appetizer. Well I did and checked my email for the coupon, nothing was there. Well my wife said try downloading the app, I did that and tried signing up for it there also. It stated I am a member already, well I figured if I added my dinner with the appetizer on the app it would give me the discount. Well it didn't. So I called the restaurant and explained what happened she stated let me talk to the manager. He gets on the phone and I told him what happened and he's like it takes 72 hours bud don't know what to tell you. I said that's kind of [censored]ty because I didn't see 72 hours which why would someone sign up for something like that to wait 72 hours? Well your manager was pretty dam rude by saying don't know what to to tell you your going to have to wait. Well guess what I will not be coming back today was a stay at home order my wife's favorite place to eat. We go there 1 to 2 times a month. We will not be going back. I know we are only one family you lost but keep up your [censored]ty cons and your crappy management and eventually it will catch up to your company. I will let everyone I know about this.
