Old Time Pottery review: Harassment 1

Old Time Pottery allows employees to bully and harass each other without any write ups or reprimands. They also condone sexual harassment. If you ask current/former employees they will tell you that this is true. They will fire the employee who made the complaint and promote the one who did the harassment. How does this seem right in a work environment? Old Time Pottery is not all that nice as customers think they are.
