After many months of dealing with this site and i have bought alot of cards and made many purchase , suddenly they decided to deacticate my account without any accepted reasons !

I have reached customer service and they said that they found wrong activities .. really ?! How can any reasonable person accept that !

You have to tell me what is these activities first, and you have to warn your loyal customers about any activities that you say they are wrong ,

I want my account as the data of the account is very important to me ,

I submitted tickets and emailed offgamers support but no reaction.

No response to the tickets and not on the email

I never had problems with Offgamers in the past, but now i paid money for a useless product.

They are investigating the issue for 4 days now... Why take so long...

I tried to buy binance giftcard from them tried to buy 3.5k worth of giftcard and I’ve informed them about that and they said i can order from the website and they will deliver the order after i paid they ordered me to do kyc and i did that and guess what i had to wait 24 hours and after i checked my orders i found my order was cancelled when I contacted them they said i had to wait two weeks max to get refunded it has been more than two weeks and I haven’t got refunded what a scummy company and after I contacted them they said i had to wait more days and they cant do anything.basically scamming me and holding my money 3 transactions and none of them got refunded how is that? I WANT MY MONEY BACK I NEED TO PAY MY BILLS

I've purchased many times neosurf on this site now it' just keeps saying verifying and doesn't pass that as I've tried 3 purchases in a row and it's not going through I hadn't had a problem with recent purchases I did before this bit for some reason it's not going through not refunding me I've tried support but they are just giving me the run around

If I can give zero stars I would. I initially thought I am the lone lousy experience but it is so prevalent. This company is a SCAM. They sell u code knowingly it will not work in another region. So I asked them then why do you still selling it. The only reason why we even buy from the company is precisely we are not in the region. And they don't bother to state it clearly on their website.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I HAVE MADE A POLICE REPORT AND YOU SHOULD TOO.

I have 4 orders that only one was refunded but in my bank statement its not appearing in my account that the transaction was made even though I have email and order numbers and invoice and also communication from offgamers telling me it will be returned but the day I brought it up they release one straight away but not the rest. They said they never received and returned it but I only receive one of them and I know it never returned as when I got one of them refunds back I seen it

I've been buying gift card for a few months now nd yesterday i tried to buy another one but the process keep failing for some unknown reason nd today i also tried to buy but it keeps failing now i can't get any gift cards. I don't know what to do anymore.

It started on the 27th april 2022 and today im still can't be able to buy anything

On 1 April 2022 offgamers company deducted and scammed with me amount of 94,99 euro without using any service. I have no bill nothing and directly deducted my amount from my bank

I purchased a $50 neosurf voucher online and it says it takes a few hours to verify.after the few hours they still didn't provide wat I paid for so I cancelled the order and now it's asking for certain identification I don't have at the Moment and they won't give me a refund or the neosurf without providing the identification. But they took the money without asking for my identification

On the 14/12/2021 i called a number [protected] which i was of the understanding i was talking to netflex but he was holding me on line while he was withdrawing funds $135.08 and $135.81.
i told the man i do not understand why he is keeping on the line so long just to update my details so i hung up then call my bank and cancelled my card.
I had been scamed.

I have larged complaint to police and also filed disputed amount investigation to bank as well,

I purchased 2x $100 Neosurf vouchers on the 4th of july, then 1x $100 on the 7th - They have since refused to provide the product, refused to provide a refund, and refused to cooperate in any way regarding the money they stole from my bank account and they do not care about the customers AT ALL considering it is now 3 weeks later - almost a month and I am at the same place I was 1 day after I purchased them.

This company is scum, the live support are liars and consciously engaging in theft and shady practices to manipulate people and take money without exchanging a product or offering a refund which is fraud and very insulting.

Offgamers global pte lte singapore stole $153.00 from my account. I do not know them, I did not authorize this, I want a refund of all my money. These people are criminals and I dont know why they are not in jail yet. Thius is such [censored]. They stole from me 14 times. The dates 02/05/21 x3, 02/10/21 x2, 02/13/21 x2, 02/19/21 x4, 02/26/21 x3, =$ 153.53 total fraud charges.

How can I get charged $21 for something and I have no clue what this website is. I have never heard of this. Glad my card is locked.

My name is Joseph Baker. I have never heard of Offgamers Global and I have never used their services or bought whatever it is they sell, but I was charged $49.46 to my Varo card ending in 4418 20 times consecutively on November 29, 2020. These were not made by me and they were not authorized by me either. The total of the charges is $989.20. I need this money back immediately. I have attempted to contact this company to no avail and notified Varo Bank but neither have yielded results.

To whom it may concern,
I have no clue to who OffGamers Global are. On Wednesday 12/2/2020 around 4:30 PM ; there were 3 attempts to receive money from my cash app.

Cash app wasn't able to help me; and I'm reaching out to you.

I was working when these attempts happened.

My name chin vei nyuk, fraudster cheat me using my credit card go to your offgamers buy goods, 11 item total amount $2572.31, I write email to [protected]@offgamers.com tell stop the transaction and cancel sent out the goods. I have two police report, I hope your company refund the money to the bank and bank return money to me. I was jobless and layoff, I hope your director and ceo leonard c approval and agree the money to me. I have contract your company in in k. L, the person in charge rock size and wai joe tung (don't want refund money) and also go to singapore branch 17 circular road, but don't have this company. I hope your branch in singapore help me refund the money and stop all the transaction and contract [protected]@gmail.com as soon as possible. My police report have my contract no, please help me solve this problem because I worry it till cannot eat and drink and sleep well.

Had 3 fraudulent charges from this company. $100.72 each back in July. Went through my bank. They did an investigation. The investigation was in favor of the company. The charges we're back on my account.

I emailed the company asking if it were at all possible to get the charges reversed since I DID NOT make these purchases and my bank told me that I would have to go through the company to get the charges taken off.

All they said they could was flag the account. No refund or reverse charges. Was told there were only 2 charges listed and that they need the number off my debit card.

I sent them a screenshot of my bank account showing 3 charges. Nothing back from them about that.
I had to cut up my old card and get a new one. I told them this twice. They still want the number off the card that I don't have.

Flagging an account doesn't help me. It was a fraudulent charge that I have to now pay for...

I ordered an iTunes gift card worth of 50$ and paid using my PayPal account. After they deducted the payment, they sent me an email that there is a problem with the payment. After contacting them, their customer service asked me to send pictures if my credit card including a picture of me holding it!
Till now I haven't received the gift card or get my money back.
This was obviously a fraud and I fell into it.
