designers beware!
I would never recommend anyone to deal with OctaLogo. Because it's not worth your time. I don't believe all of those good reviews. It can't be true.
I have sent a long time creating a design for one of their clients and got nothing instead. They just took my job and never paid for this.
And I can't do anything with this. Their customer service didn't help with my problem. I have no idea why I was an exclusion. If they didn't like my design, they could have said this to me... but leaving me with no money... no, it's not about a good company. It's about a big mess, disrespectful and careless attitude. That's what it is.
I am done with them.

Think twice before dealing with these people. They are unprofessional and you will only spend money for nothing.
They promise to do their job fast and you pay extra for a fast job, but instead of a couple of weeks, you have to wait for more.
Needless to say, their treatment affected my job. I was planning to open my business in September along with the website, on the same day. So I contacted them one month before the date. They said that they will do everything within 2 weeks, it will cost a little more, but it will be fast. I was so excited, so I paid without thinking any longer.
After 2 weeks they said the website wasn't ready and I had to wait again.
It's October now. I called them multiple times. Sent tons of emails. Got nothing instead.
This company is surely a scam. Please, beware. Don't deal with them.
