NZSale NZ sale - Bed sheets from Sheertex

Way back in March I bought from this site and waited for the delivery but it never came. Idiot courier delivered the parcel to the outside of the gate (a photo was even provided). It was of course stolen. NZ sale has said it is the suppliers Sheertex issue and Sheertex says its NZ sale. Constant contact but not alot back except to tell me it has been escalated. I even contacted Anastasia -the person registered on the NZ companies register, to ask for help. They did make contact for a couple of weeks after this, but it has gone absolutely silent again. No one has taken responsibility to ensure that the product got to me and I am $200 out of pocket. This has been a terrible experience!

NZSale Top

I have returned the good that I have purchased online as size was incorrect . Dropped the good to NZSALE on April 21st . I have been trying to get an update on my credit since but very bad response or none with only message that product was received from a partner company from the USA and partner company has not received the top therefore can not process a refund . I have a receipt that I have dropped the top to the shop but it doesn’t seem enough as nobody is willing to help or process the return and update how can I get my money back ! Very bad customer service .. would not recommend it to anybody even though I used this company for more than 10 years and very disappointed to see that something went wrong in customer service department !

NZSale Return of shoes

Ordered a pair of shoes, they were the wrong size. Ordered the right size and asked for a refund. Refund got approved and a return address was issued. Sent the shoes to that address. Tracking confirms they arrived in Australia. NZSale is claiming they haven't received the return, thus still waiting for my refund. Return is still showing as in transit, waiting since July 7 for my money back. RT2114715 is the RAN. Am getting no answers to my queries in the help section on their website. Terrible customer service. Stay clear of NZsale, only good when things go 100% right, as soon as something goes wrong, you lose your money.

Return Authorisation Number (RAN) is: RT2114715

Tracking details are in the comms regarding my return: UW278950114NZ.

This is all information I have provided and nothing has come out of it so far, been trying for month to get my money back.

Date of experience: 07 July 2022

Desired outcome: Refund of money for shoes correctly returned to the provided address.

NZSale Ordering an iPhone 11 Pro from NZ Sale website

Order number: [protected] on the 22nd March 2022 for over $700!

I have enquired and complained on multiple occassions with reply being

"we will update you in the next 2-3 working days" or "we are waiting for a reply form AU Post and will update you as soon as they respond" or this has been escalated to manager... To date I know nothing and have received nothing! I have emailed [protected]@nzsale.com and are awaiting reply.

Desired outcome: I would like my money to be refunded

NZSale Return Policy

I have numerous times messaged for a return on a item that I purchased which came back the wrong color, the item I purchased specifically described that I ordered the color grey for my sons high chair yet I recieved a purple chair, I messaged so many times to have my item returned as the description of the item was inaccurate but I recieved no response in the time frame that it says they will respond and has been days past since I have contacted them. I have had no problems odering with nz sale until now!

NZSale Failure to send and deliver my order

At the beginning of December 2021, I ordered two towel robes from NZSale at the total value of $137. I recieved no tracking information on the email address I provided (and have since provided again). I went back on the website and checked my order. Its tracking came up with "no information available".
The item was not delivered by the estimated date. I contacted NZSale and asked for an update. I was told it would be delayed, and that it had now left Australia and was enroute to NZ. I waited, and the tracking still has not changed weeks later, it now says "a tracking number has been allocated, but your parcel is not with us yet" on NZ post.
I have enquired several more times and been told the same as last time, that my order has left Australia and is now enroute to NZ. This is obviously not the case.
I've asked them to give more information and have recieved no helpful response or updates. I have since asked them to resolve it, and to send me another two robes in the express post asap. I have had no response, and no resolution.
I didn't have alot of money to work with Christmas 2021, so this is very disappointing. But being nearly 2 months down the track without receiving my items is very frustrating and concerning for me.
The ideal resolution for me would be to recieve my items in the express post asap.

NZSale Bosch Toy Toolbox

I ordered a Christmas present for my grandson. A Bosch toy tool box which included a drill. I received the order confirmation and confirmation of shipment from Australia of the product. Both description and image in confirmations include an image of, and word, DRILL.

I received a toolbox without a drill (cheaper toolbox option). I contacted NZSALE who contacted supplier.

In the last month they have come back saying I received the right product! I have repeatedly sent the screenshots to prove what I ordered and images of what was received.

I have suggested they supply a drill (sold separately) and I keep what was delivered.

All they have offered is a voucher for $25 which is not enough to buy the drill separately.

I have messaged them over and over again. NZSALE seem unable to comprehend the simple fact that I ordered a toolbox including a drill, I have a confirmation saying I ordered a toolbox including a drill BUT received the toolbox which does not contain drill.

Any help to get a drill supplied asap would be much appreciated. Sadly my grandson's Christmas present will not happen.

NZSale Mattress topper not delivered

I ordered a bamboo mattress topper on the 16th of August 2021 and it still has not arrived! Customer has not been at all helpful and doesn't respond to fix this. I have asked for a full refund and to return it to sender. This is the 2nd order which took weeks to arrive and I ended up cancelling also and I'm very unhappy with their service. Update: Couriers have confirmed they have lost my parcel and contacted NZSale to refund me and still no response. Company steals peoples money and ignores it's customers

I ordered clothes from this site a month back and have still not received them.
I am getting the run around when I contact them.

I just want my money back and will never use them again.

NZSale pearl pendant

Please refer order [protected] a silver beliere pearl pendant.

In Nov I ordered this pearl pendant for my grand daughter who lives in Lane Cove Sydney. Full postal address was supplied. 21 A Johnston Crescent Lane Cove Nth Sydney. I received a notice to say that the gift was on its way to NZ Christchurch where I live. However, it has never arrived.
My receipt from NZ Sale clearly shows the Sydney address.
Please can you let me know as this was a graduation and Christmas gift and I am very upset.
I appreciate your help to solve this problem

NZSale No ability to contact company

I purchased a product off NZ Sale on 22nd November 2020. I took a screenshot of the purchase order number [protected]), however I did not receive any confirmation emails from NZ Sale. The money came out of our credit card on Monday 23rd November for the purchase. It said on their web site that I could track my order on their website however, when I went to log in again it came back with not a valid password. When I pressed reset my password button I did not receive any email from NZSale with a link to reset my password to my email address. On sending a query on their contact us page on their website (no other emails or phone number provided) an automated message comes back saying that I can see the response by logging into my profile on their website but I can't log in as it is saying I don't have a valid password. I have messaged them twice via their website contact us page and received the same message twice. I now do not have any idea if I will receive the goods or not. Goods are estimated to arrive from 6 Dec to 13 Dec however, I hold little hope and feel that this is a scam web site.

NZSale Refund for broken item delivered

I've been waiting for almost a month for a refund due to the delivery of a pair of earrings that arrived damaged! I've been lied twice since 9 september that the refund was processed and funds to be in mg credit card in 7 days after email. I have two correspondences in two different days stating this. A refund to a credit card does not need anymore than 30 minutes and will be seen as transaction on my card immediately!
Today after sending multiple emails throughout the week (there are no phone numbers available to talk to anyone of course) I receive another email from a ‘supposedly' complaints services team stating that the refund had not been processed yet and this was processed manually today - 26 sep - and again I need to wait for another 7 days for the money to be into my account! So the complaints team added even more time to the resolution of the problem! And to top it up this email offered $30 credit store! What a joke! I am in the process of filing a formal complaint outside the company!

NZSale Returned the items to them and can not get a refund from nzsale

place 4 orders to be paid on Afterpay with NZ sale thinking that I would get some protection in case anything went wrong. I called NZsale after a few hours and called two orders before dispatch as I found that they were not worthy the money they charged for them and was told that they were going top cancel these order that day and no charges would be done as the item had not been dispatched. Feeling confident that this was done i placed another order for another, more suitable pairs of shoes.
The shoes took 2 months to arrive, they were the wrong size and when asked for a replacement was told they sold out of my size. Did then request a refund to be issued to my Afterpay account and found out that they were charging me for 4 pairs of shoes instead of two and they would not be refunding me for them too!
Contacted them via email several times, was told that someone forgot to cancel the first orders and also that they would not be refunding my money because they were now calling it " a change of mind". As for the other pairs that come in the wrong size a refund was also denied, unless i accept a voucher, they said, the wrong size of shoes is is also considered a change of mind. I refused the vouchers as I do not want any dealing with these cowboys and i'm trying to see what I can do to get a refund from them. Tried with After pay to be told that was out of their hands.
There is no number in NZ to contact tehm, no one to talk to, they are not honest in accordance with the consumers act in NZ and are still charging me on my afterpay account for the shoes even though I do not have them with me any longer.
I they are forcing me to accept vouchers and the last thing i ever want to do again is shopping with them again.

NZSale Crocs, stationary

I have ordered crocs and some stationery at the start of March and it is nearly the middle of April now. This wasn't my first time ordering from nzsale thought. I have not received my items but in the tracking system is says that I have already received the items that I ordered. They didn't change the date of the item arrival or anything like that. They aren't replying to any messages or emails that I send. I looked at other companies that people leave and they are mostly all about their items not arriving.

NZSale Plates and candle

I purchased 2x Items of NZ Sale in the 1st week of January 2010 it is Feb now no items have arrived and no refund. The tracking number doesn't exist and their replys are automated. 1 of my items has been cancelled a month after purchase with no email or refund into my account. They have been paid for both items and yet I have received nothing nor have I got any refunds. Surely under the Consumer Guarantees Act we have a right. This company needs to be shut down they make a habit of ripping people off their feedback is shocking I will never use this company again and I will carry on pursuing this till I get my money back.

NZSale misleading sale of products

I purchased a toy off this website weeks ago and never received the item, the item is held up at the customs border, yet when i ordered the project (a plastic doll house) it was never made clear that there would be any issues getting the product into the country nor that i would be responsible for sorting it. This was meant to be a straight forward online purchase from an NZ company. It's meant to be for a christmas present, yet this is the worse service from an online shop I have every received. Will never use this company again and I will be leaving many reviews to warn other shoppers not to use this company either.

NZSale 2 weeks and still waiting for order!

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still nothing? Ordered a pair of shoes to wear to a wedding next weekend. Hopefully they come in time. Have had orders from wish arrive faster than your company.
Please can you let me know a date they will arrive as i have had no confirmation email, nothing.
Order in "add photos" section. If order takes to long will just ask for a refund and spend my money elsewhere!

NZSale unofficial/unrecognized transaction on my online account

Hi,

Good day.

I am writing this letter not to complain but I just want to ask for confirmation please regarding a unrecognized/unofficial transaction on my online account to NZSALE last 29.10.19 amounting to $20. As part of the investitation by the bank i am advised to ask your end if this has been a successful online transaction? As far as my concern i have not purchased any item from NZSALE (online) for the last 10 months safest i guess. Can you please advise any details you can provide please so that it will help on the investigation that i can submit to the bank to help resolve the issue.

NZSale order [protected]

Good day
I've ordered Pandora on the 2nd of September and was supposed to arrive between the 16 and 23 of September. I did not receive it yet and the tracking number send to me don't work. NzSale keep on saying it was not their problem, but I ordered it through them which make it their problem. I send numerous mails and they just keep on saying they will inform me as soon as they find out what is going on. I am very sorry but this is very bad service from NZ Sale's side. I will not recommend them to anyone and will not make use of them again.
