NTEC Niagara review: Not investigating issues in a timely manner

On march 10, I brought an issue to the attention of the ntec managers diane malatest, debbie catterall. The issue was that a male client of theirs by the name of william newman had become violent on the job at the meridian centre tiwards a fellow worker named douglas. Since then I have been interviewed (as I witnessed everything) once by. Ntec and once by the meridian centre but not much else has been done.. Furthermore the counsellor from ntec who gave william the job (deanna burke) knew about wiliams violent past when she gave him the job. (ie. He has been banned from the st catharines general for violencr, and he has been fired from other jobs for violence. Yet deanna is still employed by ntec, and is still helping william to find another job. This is messed up.
