PLEASE ADVISE WHAT THE HOLD UP IS AND WHY YOU HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY LAST TWO EMAILS (JANUARY 7, 2022 AND JANUARY 14, 2022). Ghosting me will not make me go away!

Hi Carol.

Be careful of suggesting legal action. NSI Protection Plus, along with many other companies, do not take legal threats lightly. Once mention of an attorney is brought into the picture, all communications with the client come to an end, transferring pending issues to a legal department. This may be the reason you feel as if you've been "ghosted."

NSI Protection Plus Whirlpool Range

I purchased a range stove from Airport Appliance in Concord, Ca in May of 2018 and purchased the NSI extended warranty for 3 years. I submitted a claim on 12/26/2020 due to the hot counter top element would not turn off. I still have not been able to use my range as of this date.
I contacted my home warranty hoping it would be a faster response. They did send out someone and have to return for parts. They informed my home waranty that to repair the range will cost more than what the stove is worth and this is due to the manufacturing date. The home warranty offered me $250.00 toward repairing or purchasing a new one. I did not accept the offer and contacted NSI again.
NSI found out that I filed a claim with my home warranty and they are denying the claim and want to close the claim.
I am a senior citizen and not able to afford a new range. Please assist me with this complaint. I have phoned them on many occassions and have been placed on hold for up to 30 minutes with no resolution. Thank you

NSI Protection Plus Danby portable washing machine

I purchased a Danby portable washer in 2014, had to replace it in 2019.
It was purchased at Karl's Appliance, in Orange, New Jersey.
I have the receipt for the new washer and I took a three year warranty, which I paid $40.50. . The customer #is 651817. I have been trying to get it serviced, because it is leaking water from the bottom. Robert, from Karl's was supposed to sent the warranty to you. It was not received. I have been in touch with NSI since 12/17 for service. Today I called three times, because I wanted to sent the receipt to you, bur the email I was give, does not go through ([protected]@nagroup.com)! Please sent me your correct email to resend. I am undergoing surgery on the 4th. and would like to be able to set up service, since I have paid for the contract! I initially started with Danby 12/14/2020, but they said their contract was for only one year and to contact Karl's, which I did, but am not getting any resolve.
Please reply with the accurate email info, so I can forward the receipt.

NSI Protection Plus Maytag washing machine needed repair nsi did not do the repairs

My Maytag washer stopped working on Thursday, November 5, 2020, so I contacted NSI protection at the phone number (888-446-8008) and the person gave me a confirmation number (7245575) and a service technician A&D appliance. I checked them online and there were at least (10) terrible reviews from people using this company. I called NSI back and they gave me a company called Central Appliance Repair to be at my home on Tuesday, November 9th between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We waited for (9) hours and they never came. I called and went into their phone mail I called NSI and told them they never confirmed my appointment, NSI called while I was on the phone and they told me they left a message. Why didn't they investigate this company? When I called this morning they told me this company doesn't cover my area. Awful service by NSI, I have not had a washing machine since Thursday, Nov 5th. I was desperate so I purchased a washplate and nut spaner at the cost of $145.02 and a mechanic installed. I absolutely deserve being reimbursed for the treatment by NSI for being 6 days without a washing machine not to mention the money I paid the machanic to install the parts. So I paid $179.95 for an extended warranty and I received nothing for my money. Without question, a customer should not need to wait 6 days for repairs, totally unacceptable. My service confirmation number was (7245575). I will be sending you a copy of the bill and the receipt to your above email address.

NSI Protection Plus Warranty

I purchased over $10, 000 worth of appliances from Electronic Express in Decatur, AL when we built our house a couple years ago. We also purchased the extended warranty from NSI Protection Plus. My 2 year old $2, 000 Frigidaire Professional Freezer went out on Saturday. I lost about $750 worth of food. I called NSI and they said someone would call me. After a couple hours I called them back to get the repair guys number. I called him and he informed me that he did not work on appliances that he did not sell. I called NSI back they said they would call the service center. Tuesday, 4 days later I called back. Still no one had been identified to fix my freezer. I asked to speak to a supervisor, after about 20 minutes I was told someone would call me later. No one did. I called back Wednesday afternoon and asked to talk to a supervisor. After about 20 minutes they said no one was available that they would call me later. I waited til about 5 pm and called back because I had not received a call. I finally got to talk to a supervisor. I explained everything again. He told me that he would raise it to their highest level but unfortunately I would have to wait another 3 to 5 business days. That will be Tuesday, 11 days with no freezer. This is totally unacceptable and worthless.

Warranty coverage doesn't necessarily mean product will be serviced in a particular time-frame. Right now freezers are nearly impossible to come by because of the state of Covid.

NSI Protection Plus lg oled 65 inch tv. 3 year maintenance plan

Colors yellow and green fade. The words ALERT ALERT are visible on the bottom right of screen (burned into screen) especially with the color blue.
I attempted contacting the company by phone and online.Company phone is answered by computer which gives you a number to punch. I selected #1 to file a claim and I waited 1 hour 45 minutes for a reply. There web site would open but every selection came back "could not be found". I contacted store that sold me the plan and they had the same results.

NSI Protection Plus Samsung washer

THIS IS A SCAM OR SOMETHING.
I purchase washer not even two years old and of course it has problem during Pandemic. so to not have washer for almost two month going to laundry is getting ridiculous. They sent a company out said nothing wrong with and left. Washer would not stop washing for more than 3hrs same day left called them the said computer read nothing wrong bad experience with them another company came out said it need pump to get water to switch cycles order part that was on june 4 now 20day later i called the company they sent out and they said well we are waiting on nci to send part. I could by a new washer i would like my warranty money to be refunded if i am not gonna get the service of getting washer repaired i will by another washer i have spent over 150 going to laundry and i have to go again this place and every company that work for them is not right

NSI Protection Plus Maytag Washer

After three years washer needed repair and NSI said it was to expensive to fix. Sent a paper credit to Airport Appliance for $480.00. Because of the treatment received by store last manage I asked for a refund of $480 so i could purchase a washer else where. For the past two months I have been going in circles between your company NSI and Airport Appliance. NSI said the refund must come from Airport Appliance and they say it has to come from NSI. I do not wish to purchase another washer from airport appliance and Tuesday I
bought one from home depot. Not a maytag. I would appreciate receiving a check from NSI for the $480.00 to help offset the cost. If your company will not issue one please send a written or e-mail reason why you won't issue one.

NSI Protection Plus ge dishwasher repair - failure gdt655smjes

Now attempting to set up service call # 4 with @ your service In-home appliance repair, 1-302-691-7213. I have the second ordered part. The first part order failed to fix the problem.
Today @ 9am, after prolong hold I was transferred to Pam's voice which stared she was on vacation till 1/20/2020 and to call back main number stated above. After a prolong hold I was disconnected completely
I then contacted NSI who also could not reach service company and offered to escalate my claim which would take another 24 hrs. Upon requesting a supervisor, I was told that the supervisor would only reiterate what I had already been told and placed on hold. While on hold I again attempted to contact @ at your service and was transferred to Tina's voice mail. I left a message and have not received a call back . I called and left message #2 on Tina's voicemail @3:50pm, after a prolong hold.

12/6/2019- Dishwasher repaired (service call #1)
12/26/2019- dishwasher not working again
12/27/2019- needs control board( service call # 2)
1/7/2020- control board placed now need to order control panel ( service call #3) - dishwasher still NOT working
1/17/2020- pending service call #4
To date no definitive diagnosis of problem causing dishwasher not to function, approximately 15-20 hrs waiting for technician, approximately 2.5 hr repair time, approximately 24 hrs hand washing and drying dishes. I am unable to estimate time making calls; being placed on hold; leaving messages; setting up appointments and composing email.
I believe appliance most probably defective and needs replacement rather than guesswork repairs and random replacement of various parts. This process has been frustrating, inconvenient, time consuming, stressful and does not inspire confidence in product or extended warranty.

NSI Protection Plus kitchenaid ice maker warranty

I purchased a protection plus warranty through SIANO appliance in Memphis TN. I have tried to use the NSI company to have my ice maker repaired (chronic problems since purchased in 2013). NSI uses ALL Major Appliance for their warranty service calls and all appointments must be made through NSI. After making my appointment (and confirming my appointment day and time through NSI), All Major Appliance cancelled the appointment because they were unable to reach me by phone 2 days before the scheduled appointment. I called to confirm the appointment time and get a more precise time on the morning of the appointment and was told the appointment had been cancelled and that I would have to call NSI to reschedule the appointment. NSI and All Major Appliance makes the process of getting a repair done so inefficient and frustrating. I would never buy another protection plan through NSI and will not use All Major Appliance for any repairs by choice. It appears as though they want to make it so challenging to get the repair that you finally give up and find a reliable repair company to figure out the problem. Terrible customer service.

NSI Protection Plus Extended warranty on frigidaire washer

I purchase a extended 2 year warranty in July 2016 from NSI Protection Plus for my Frigidaire Front Load Washer. I called today to let them know that the drum is full of mold and mildew. When I called NSI [protected]) they told me it was not covered. She said I must not have cleaned the drum and left the door open to air out after each wash. I told her I did do that but she did not believe me. Actually I treated the drum with bleach numerous times but it only helped for a short time. NSI Protection Plus is nothing but a SCAM; I will never use NSI again. Someone needs to stop these people from ripping off the public.

Yes definitely agree with this. I have been getting the run around from NSI for 6 weeks. Wont return my call and give a status. Each time a new excuse. On hold for 60 minutes today. ridiculous. Stop them

NSI Protection Plus Warranty Scam

I purchase a "2 year warranty" from NSI Protection Plus for my new coby tv. Four months later the tv gave out. NSI told me it was in their best interest if I just took the tv back and exchanged it for a new one as appossed to fixing the old one. So I did. Another four months later the new coby did exactly the same thing as the old tv. When I called the "2 year warranty" people at NSI, they told me I no longer had a warranty. The fine print says if I exchange and item then the warranty is fullfilled and I have to purchase a new warranty. So, I payed 200 dollars for a 2 year warranty that lasted 8 months. Of course it was in their best interest to exchange the tv. I will never use NSI again.

Filed a warranty claim on fridge ice maker. They sent out Stones River Appliance who couldn't fix it after 5 visits. I called to escalate the issue and it went into a black hole. Now I'm starting over with a new claim and new repair company. Call rep claimed there were no supervisors or managers on duty to talk to, refused to escalate. Horrible experience with these guys.

terrible company. worst customer service. My information disappears. Reps never know Anything.

the company they sent to fix my fridge was awful.

Nsi makes apt, not related to the repair companies schedule.

I have been trying for 2 months to cancel this awful service. My letter seems to have disappeared.
