Nouvebelle refund requested, did not receive a product

I am disappointed that I still have not gotten this issue resolved. I have disputed this with the bank a couple of times and they have reversed the charges while reviewing this claim. Ultimately the case is closed and I have been charged for $200 of product that I did not receive. Your company is stealing from people and providing false tracking information and documents that are not valid. I will pursue this matter further with the FTC if it can't be resolved with your company. Please issue a refund to me.

Nouvebelle novabelle facial cream

I used this so called miracle cream. Believe me it is only helping Megan get rich off of us. I called to cancel after getting this sample cream and was told they charged me 95.47 and 97.99 for the samples because I cancelled. They also let me know the sample was a 12 day sample yet I have to pay them for a full 30 day amount. I am sick of these companies being allowed to rip off the consumers. Government needs to double down on scams like this I don't care if Megan married into the Royal Family she should be ashamed of herself making money off people like us. SHAME on her. I am not only filing complaint with BBB; consumer protection but with the Attorney General.

Nouvebelle Cosmetics

I ordered and received samples described as FREE samples with no obligation to buy more products;
As using these immediately brought me out in a rash I returned themto the sender in the same package as they had arrived in;

I later noticed that an amount of £92.99p has been added to my credit card
without my approval.

My bank has texted me re 'unusual activity' on my account and has cancelled my card.

How do I get refunded please ?

well i had free trial paid postage had no idea that they take money from my account i thought if it was any good and wanted more then i contact them but oh no they took £92.87 from my account im a 62 years old and they have took this and i cant pay my bill what can i do

Nouvebelle trying to cancel account but company keeps sending product/billing

Ad stated for shipping cost only a skin product could be tried/sampled. Every month i get another package of their product with billing. Unable to reach anyone at the company by phone. I have refused packages and returned them to the company..
I would like to stop mailing/billing with this outfit.

Nouvebelle Nouvebelle Peptide Cream

I signed up for their peptide cream SAMPLE & was advised I simply needed to pay for postage which I did by providing my credit card information.
On 3/28/16 I received a 1 fl. Oz. jar of the S'nak Peptide Cream and a form notice thanking me for my order. There was a charge of $41.23 placed on my bank account however no amount was on this packing form. I contacted the company & was told that this was the 2nd order sent to me.
1st: I NEVER ORDERED OR SIGNED UP FOR THIS PRODUCT JUST THE SAMPLE
2nd: THIS WAS THE 1ST AND ONLY ITEM RECEIVED.
This company is a rip off. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY SAMPLES AS YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WILL CHARGED NOT FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING BUT FOR A FULL SIZE PRODUCT.

Nouvebelle Unethical business practices

I ordered both the Nouvebelle and Bellesse products as their trial offer on 1/06/2016. Both arrived quickly and I started using the creams. After about two weeks I didn't notice any improvement and didn't like the way my skin felt in the area I was applying it. I called and received RMA numbers from the return department and sent the bottles back. My complaint is that upon looking at my bank statement I noticed they charged me $20.00 each for what they stated was a "restocking fee" for canceling my order. I feel that as it is mentioned in the terms of service about this fee I think it is unreasonable to charge $40.00 to cancel an order if you aren't satisfied with the product. Guess they get everybody with this one.

Nouvebelle Peptide Cream

I ordered a "sample" product of Nouvebelle in January 2016 and was charged less than $5.00 as advertised. I called and cancelled the product immediately after receiving the samples. I received a shipment of cream from them on March 7, and my credit card was charged $97 and change. I called the number on the invoice [protected] and told the representative that I had not ordered the product and wanted the charge removed. He said he could refund 50% of the price. I said that was totally unacceptable and would dispute the charge. He talked to his "supervisor" and said he could give me 70% refund. I again replied that I planned to dispute the charge with my credit card company. After talking to his "supervisor" yet again he said I would received a full refund. I have his name and extension, and he said I would receive confirmation via email. I'm not sure if I should go ahead and dispute the charge with my credit card company for good measure.

Nouvebelle nouvelle sp trial; belles eye cream trial

responded to an internet; offering free trial of products; only pay ship fee.Charges for ship appeared on my credit card for $3.99 and $.99. Then charges for the products for $97.53 and $92.79. I called the co to inquire. Unbeknownst to me, this was not a free trial but rather a "club" whereby these would sent every month and billed monthly. I indicated that I had not known this was the plan. I was given Return Merchandise author. #'s. Was informed there would BE a $40 restocking fee.
I'll return these and have my credit company on alert. I found other people had the same complaints. This is fradulent and needs to be looked into.

DO NOT GO FOR THIS TRIAL PRODUCT! This is totally a farce. Not only does the product not work, but they are Eastern Indian representatives (I don't mean to be racist, because I'm not). What a pain... I'll see what happens. Might have to cancel my card.

I too have been caught out. I am trying to cancel the monthly products that keep turning up. I don't want this product and i don't need anymore of it. I just hope they read all the emails I have sent them as their telephone is not working!

This happened to me too. I had a pop up ad come across my cell phone. I read the ad and it said it was a "free sample" only needed to pay shipping. I got the sample 5 days later. Then today I get a notice that a charge has been made to my credit card. I call my credit card and reported there was an unauthorized charge made to my credit card. They gave me some guidance on what to do. I contacted Nouvebelle company, they kept telling me I agreed to a subscription that is now $97 and I had 14 days to cancel if I wasn't interested. They told me I could go to the website and read the agreement. I was never able to find it. I assured them I was canceling my credit card and there would not be any other charges to me. I told them I had already reported them as fraud to my credit card company. He then told me I could return the product and only be charged $40-50. I again repeated I was not paying them anything because the ad said it was free and I only had to pay shipping. He then told me I could pay a restocking fee and mail it back and I would only be charged $20. I asked him what he was restocking...I had used some of the product? I even screen shot the ad so I could refer to this if needed. It says " receive a free bottle of skin Nouvebelle" I have contacted my CC company and cancelled my card. This is a big big fraud set up!

Nouvebelle Their jar of face cream

so You have removed my complaint off this site from this company. On 12/29/15 I ordered the trial size of face cream and eye cream and I paid $ 10.88. for both The second jar arrived on 2/5/16.
I called this company [had a very hard time getting hold of them]. When I did I asked them how they got the payment. I asked how much and was shocked to find out it was over $98 plus. for a product I did not order nor gave anyone permission to take money from my account. I gave them a week to get my money returned to my bank. If it is not returned I am going to the district attorney's office to file thief and fraud charges against them .
These people are using Doctor Oz's name, to sell their product. I am a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income. I cannot afford this fraud and thief from income

Nouvebelle unethical behavior

They have an add on Facebook for a "FREE TRIAL" bottle. It does not say they are sending you a full size bottle. Then they claim that there is a 14 day trial period. They also do not say that this starts from the time that you order, not when it ships or arrives. On their Web Site it tells you to take a photo of you on day one and then again on day 14 to see the results. So if there is a 14 day period for you to try the product and it starts from the time you order, there is no way to get your money back. Also, before you get out of the order process, they con you into a "FREE TRIAL" of Bellesse Eye Serum. I ordered my "FREE TRIAL" on 1-8-16. Product was delivered 1-15-16. Packed in the box with the bottles is a note telling you how to get an RMA number for a return. It tells about how you have to have the product back to them by 30 days. When you call to get the RMA number they tell you it is to late BUT they can offer you half price. If you do not take the half price offer, they will let you ship it back and you pay shipping & handling and they charge you $20 each for processing. i was charged $97 plus $4.95 plus .99 cents for Nouvebelle & $93 plus $4.95 plus .99 cents for the Bellesse. They came in the same box.

Nouvebelle Unapproved and Unrefunded Charges

Date of Incident: 01/25/2016

I initially called the company in November of 11/2015 to cancel my subscription. They canceled my subscription and they also indicated that the last shipment was going to be refunded. As of 01/25/2016 I received four boxes of the products. Therefore I called again the customer service number outlined in the order receipt [protected] to get a refund of the four boxes that I received from Nouvebelle containing Nouvebelle and Bellese respectively. They indicated that they had no record of the cancellation made back in November 11/2015 and they did not accepted the return of the four boxes of the unopened and unused boxes. They only provided the refund for one product (at $97 USD) and that the other 3 products were not going to be refunded. They withdrew from my checking account an amount of $291USD.

I believe this company is a dishonest and fraudulent for not honoring my initial cancellation. Please don't give them your credit card information, because they will not be responsible with your money.

Nouvebelle Brutal cream and even more brutal business practices

On 11/18/15, I ordered skin product from this company as a free trial. It turns out that there is nothing free about it. If you don't cancel the order within 14 days, they charge you the full amount for the cream. Further, they will charge you each month $97.53 and ship you more cream. You have also signed up for their annoying emails that state nothing about a charge to your credit card for the product. Do not fall for their offer of a free trial. This cream does not work. My before and after pictures are actually worse after using the cream. Try Boots No7 instead. I called and demanded a refund and was advised I would get one after much discussion. I have also contacted my credit card to charge back as well. I spoke to Cooper at Nouvebelle ext #52021. His supervisor is Sean Murphy at #52033. Brutal cream and even more brutal business practices.

Nouvebelle Nouva Fresh $.99 trial offer

On 12/12/15 I ordered a 99cent "Free Trial " of Nouvebelle "Miracle Aging Cream. After clicking for jar on Ad, it stated a $3.95 Shipping fee- Which I wasn't expecting for 1 oz. of trial product. It also had a second part to use both but I only was willing to take a chance and not pay for 2 product trials and double shipping. So it came in the mail, and looked & felt like regular lotion- nothing miracle, so I said "Well that was a waste of $5.00. "Mistake< wont do that again." Then today I received a text from my Bank stating NSF, so I go online and see this same Company 16 days later billed my Debit card for $97.83 for this 1oz. jar I already paid for on the 12th. I called my bank and filed a fraud case today. They said 100% of the time when you do these free trials the Company does whatever they please, they have your card number. The bank asked me to contact them by phone. Cancel and get person's name talking with and get a Return Authorization # and address to return the product (which I paid $5.00 for in the first place: but "Randy stated that the Trial is a 30 day supply" It's 1 OZ! So now the bank with begin a Fraudulant charge case for me to get the $97.83. Do not fall for these offers. Treat your privacy & Money with the utmost CAUTION- These people need to be stopped- but are stealing money from people Everyday.

Nouvebelle Skin cream

I had "free" sample sent with just small shipping charge ($3.95) on December 1, 2015. My credit card was charged $97.83 on December 17, 2015. After calling Nouvebelle several times, I was then informed that in order for it to be free the product had to have been returned in 14 days. After the 14 days, they charge a $20.00 restocking fee plus shipping. This was a total scam. I have now seen many people screwed by them.

Nouvebelle Free trial offer

I order the free trial, not realize that my card would be charge $97.00.I was to pay only for the shipping and handling.. When I looked at my bank statement that is when I saw the charges. The service rep stated something about a 5 days, but was unclear due to language barrier..(English not good). I will be returning the product, this is such a scam.

Nouvebelle Anti aging and eye cream / cancelled but still charged

When I called to cancel, they wanted the bottles returned . I got RMA numbers and was told to send them with tracking through the post office . I did all of this within the time frame required . It took three days and the product was returned . A month later, right before Christmas, they took money out of my account ! Over $190.00 ! This on top of the$20.00 it cost them to ship the product to me and for me to send it back . What a scam ! Don't fall for it . The products aren't even that good .

I emailed customer service about the two charges to my account each of them just a little under $100, making the cost for the product $200 an amount that was never mentioned on their Web site. The site may have included fine print that I missed, but it is worded in such a way that it appears you are ordering a sample of the two products and are only required to pay shipping. Typically then, if you like the sample, and don't notify the company, a full shipment is initiated and your debit/credit card is charged. I contacted them to find out "when" I would be receiving the shipment they just billed me for and to let them know I wanted to cancel any future shipments. That is when I found out that their process is "try before you by" for initial shipping only but then if you keep the product, they bill you for the full purchase price. I will not be receiving another shipment, but they did assure me that they canceled future shipments and I would not incur further charges. You can be sure that I will be monitoring my account to ensure that is the case. I was very clear in my email that I felt their purchase process is not clear (maybe even deceptive) and that I would be communicating with friends, family and colleagues to avoid these products. This certainly makes me wonder if Dr. Oz has anything to do with being a spokesperson for this product, or this is just another deception on the company's part.

Nouvebelle Skin cream

Ok so I got taken too and guess I'm not surprised. I received my trial size product and was so shocked when I read this had snake venom in it. I immediately called number on brochure and the man who answered had very broken English. I proceeded to question snake venom being put on the skin and he continued to argue it was snake peptides and not venom. Needless to say it got tossed right in the trash and I started to research if this was a scam and could not believe how many people had written complaints. I contacted my bank but they still got $97.83 out of me. I have since cut this card off so no more money is drawn from it. What a bunch of cons!
