I was notified today that PayPal authorized Order number GTR-49911-8047-1043-6914 on 11/23/2020 for $249 for Norton 360 Lifelock.

I do not have this, I have not used paulypak in over a year.

Refund this immediately, this a fraudulent

I have used norton for years but turns out they are trying to pull a scam — I paid $100 for a norton security product at a drugstore but when I entered the product key norton wouldn't allow me to go any further without inputting my credit card info and agreeing to automatic renewal — they assured me that they would only keep my credit card info for a year and I could cancel anytime — I bought the product at the store so I didn't have to enter my credit card info — I called customer support and told them I didn't want to enter any credit card info or paypal info and they said that I could not download the product that I had already paid for — I read the back of the norton package and in small print it said that I had bought a product that required me to enter cc info for automatic renewal (all of their products require this now) — i've used the product for years and this is a new thing (they changed it about a year ago) — I tried to leave a comment on the norton community webpage but it wouldn't allow me — they list one of the number one problems people try to contact them about is the fact that they are requesting a refund for charges for an automatic renewal — then they give about 10 steps that are required to rectify the problem — total con job — will never use their products again

Received a notification offer from Norton to get Norton 360 with life lock and utilities premium for a low price. When I clicked on the offer it disappeared the price went up sixty dollars and did not include 360, life lock or utilities premium. Last year Norton pulled a bait switch on me and won because of the way they handle complaints. I got frustrated and gave up. Not this year I want to contact a USA rep and find out why before filing a criminal complaint with the DOJ

They Hogged my computer for 30 minutes charged me almost $600 put all kinds of tracking-Trojans on to my system and keep calling and calling

I have never used a Norton product in my life. And yet I see a charge for $53.49 on my account from Norton NP on 11/2/2020. This is a fraudulent charge, and I would like to get that money back. I didn't authorize this charge. I don't know what it was for. And I don't know how you got my information.

I received an email telling me that my next subscription was taken from my card account because I had automatic renewal 'on' I know for a fact that it was 'off' I contacted Norton and was assured that I would be refunded and the renewal canceled, I checked my bank and the payment is pending I contacted Norton again to be told that the money had been taken 35 days early by mistake and I should have received an invoice only, on telling them I wanted the matter escalating I was assured that a supervisor would ring me-- I am still waiting

Last Sunday (Sep 27th 2020) I contacted Norton Customer Tech Support online. (ref # 44361198) My laptop after signing on, a few minutes later the activity light would be solid on, blinking a few times. Norton would NOT go online remotely to see what the problem was. I was transferred to someone who could help me. He brushed me off to someone I would have to pay to help me. That's BS, I thought by having Norton a person had 24 hour help. Then I remembered this problem happened before, and all I did was uninstall Norton and reinstall it. Problem solved once again. I fixed the problem without your help. If this problem happens again, I will find another security company for my computer, as it must be something in your Norton security program.

Got a message from them saying my computer had been hacked and can fix it saying my computer had no protection They say they can fix it t them e Only to have the fees You tell they that the fees are too high that you can no line and paid Norton direct for a yearly fee will I do have telephone number they called from252 594 7550 This all took plave the week of September 21st 2020

i was charged $15.81 on 8/2/2020 and i dont own any norton product. please refund me the $15.81 asap.

I bought this from Norton Online a few days ago for £29.99. It wouldn't install so I contacted them and received a full refund with 5 days.
I thought this was the end of the matter, but on 20 July 2020, I checked my bank statement and was shocked to see two further payments with Ref 360 plus on both. One payment was for £90.00, the other was for £85. I did not order these so I got no order number or activation key. Can anyone help me resolve this. Norton have no email address (?) but any reply's I've had are no reply addresses.

I purchased Norton 360 with Life Lock select for two people and paid $212.98. Purchase Order NP1316023754, and have been trying to get, my money refunded since I don't like the program and have removed it from my computer. All I get is the run around when trying to get through to Norton. I talked to a Chat person but was referred to a different section. Norton does not support customers like they say just so much talk. I will never do business with them again.

Today, I was unable to login to norton 360. I contacted online chat and subsequently an engineer called me. After nearly an hour the engineer pointed out a task view page and the large number of stopped services listed.
He then said that if I puchased a two year suscription etc in the sum of $250 dollars he would be able to clear the stopped files and restore the service. I was unhappy with this and said I would seek further advice. He offered to reduce this to $200, I politely declined at which point he disconnected team viewer. I subsequently contacted BT tech help, included in my package. After a few minutes, he temporarily disable Malwarebytes, voila I was able to log in. As to the matter of task viewer many features are stopped and started by windows as a matter of course. I have just picked up a history of debits from my account to you for Norton Anti Virus dating back to 2014 (it may go further but my on-line banking only has this much data available). The amount starts at £64.99 and goes up to £89.99 this year. I do not recall purchasing the "Premium" Norton package that costs this much - why would I want to protect 10 devices when I only own one laptop!

I wish to claim for a refund - I have not, as far as I am aware been using the Norton system in recent years and certainly never signed up to a premium account.

I had clearly marked "OFF" for the annual renewal option of my subscription to Norton Security Premium.

Despite that my credit card was charged $144.99 on the 13th March 2020.

I have been trying to request a refund since 13th March 2020.
It is impossible to contact Norton by email, chat, their help portal or customer support.
The refund has to be requested within 30 days of the invoice.

There is generic message that the staff numbers are down due to the Corona Virus lockdown, which is false as the corona lockdown was not in force until 20th March 2020.
If any one can help it would be appreciated. Thank you.

For the past week I have been receiving pop ups saying that I must renew my account immediatly! When I have looked on my account I have seen that I am covered for 3 devices until 1st may 2020. I saw that the cost of renewal was $89.99 for these 3 devices (even though I have 1 device).

I went on my account yesterday (08/04/2020) and updated my card details and then found you have taken $189 dollars from my account! Imagaine my shock and horror to find that I am now left $100 short for the fortnight, my food money in your pocket without my consent.

I demand that you refund this amount immediately or I will be making contact with the ombudsman and you will be fined for swindling money from my account.

I have one device, I have previously purchased cover for 3 devices, you will note on my account I have been buying norton products for many years, always buying to cover 3 devices. Why did you think I wanted to suddenly cover 5 devices. I have been using norton sincre 2009, each year purchasing 3 licences.

I am asking if you would be kind enough to clarify and confirm some of my concerns I have with the Norton anti virus currently installed on my laptop.

Recently I was a victim of a scam concerning a company called IBX Web Solutions. I am sure you have heard of this but basically you receive a call claiming to be from Amazon and asking if you are aware of a Mr Thompson trying to buy a smartphone with your details. IBX then ask you to do some commands on your PC which then enables them to take control of your laptop remotely. Prior to this I was using AVG virus protection and had no problem. IBX then claimed my AVG was not compatible with windows 10 which is a lie. They then installed Norton antivirus. I don't know what version and maybe you can tell me. When I click on the Norton icon on my desktop it says the following:-

I was very fortunate that the money I paid to IBX web solutions was refunded in full. My main concern now is that I have your antivirus installed and I haven't paid for it. What happens now?

My paid version of AVG expires in June this year and I am looking at getting a new antivirus and was looking at the Norton 360 but haven't decided yet. There is one annoying aspect with the Norton antivirus I have installed and that is when I go on to a well known website, BBC for example I get a warning saying 'you attempted to access https://go.bonefreeze.com/style.css'. Then when I try again it's OK. So annoying as I never had the problem with AVG. Perhaps you can tell me why this is happening and if it can be resolved.

I complained over the phone about this time last year about being automatically charged £70 for Norton when it was available for £25 in the shops. I wanted a partial refund and asked for my renewal to be cancelled.

I was expecting a call back but never got one!

Now I have been charged £70 again!

I'm furious.

I let norton 369 coverage expire because I wanted to compare their coverage and fees against other internet companies providing the same service. I contacted norton on several accasions about not being able to access a suitable helpline, but norton shoved me left, right and centre to avoid answering my queries! I had been with norton for the last 5-6 years, and although I was satisfied in the main about their overall services, I was just comnparing services but was ignored and/or sidelined by sophisticated means! Not good enough norton!

Last year it came to my notice that although Norton were taking a recurrent payment from my credit card, I was no longer receiving notifications or updates and hadn't done so for several years.

This year on 08/01/2020 I phoned Norton and inquired as to the status of my account.
I was totally mystified when MaryLin told me there was no trace of me or my email address. She then transferred me to Roshan to deal with the problem. He assured me he would investigate and no further payment would be taken from my credit card.
I also advised me credit card provider, M and S Bank, that no further payments should be taken.
However, the following week Norton took £69.99 from my credit card.

My son also previously used to protect his computer and email address with Norton but chose not to renew his account and let it expire in 2016.
He also acquired a new email account and his yahoo email became defunct although he checks it occasionally.
When I told my son about the problems I have with Norton, he checked his defunct email address and was amazed to find Norton had renewed his expired account and defunct email BUT had charged me. NEITHER MY SON OR I HAVE EVER ASKED FOR OR SANCTIONED THIS ARRANGEMENT.

I contacted Norton on the live chat line, firstly talking to Aasim and then Mohammed having been cut off initially.
I gave Mohammed the order number AP1301250735 which was on the email sent to my son's defunct email address and Mohammed confirmed I was being charged to protect the defunct account which my son did not renew in 2016.

In summary I believe Norton should repay MasterCard/ M and S Bank £69.99 taken on 12/01/2020.

I also believe I should be repaid £64.99 taken on 18/01/2019 (AP258032856 and £59.99 taken on 18/01/2018 (AP251857744)

Clearly my trust and confidence in Norton is completely shattered and I want this matter resolved . After that I want no further contact or business dealings with Norton.
