Sorry but this is just embarrassing. Are you going to tell me that this cretin Danielle Vermaas has an aunt and uncle who live on a farm, that she has a mentally ill mother with a history of writing and sending anonymous letters and that at no point in this ten year investigation all the hundreds of thousand of Rands spent in litigation did anyone bother to look into this? I think everyone has connected the dots by now. We all know that while Lauren was doing search and seizures on Colin and dragging him into court accusing him of sending her letters with photos extracted from Farmers Weekly Vermaas sat back and hid this information from Lauren. Lauren is now in the process of sending the wrong person to prison. And lets get something straight prison in South Africa is a death sentence. Even if Colin survives, personally I doubt he will last one minute, at the least he will come out with AIDS and a whole bunch of other stuff. If Lauren gets what she wants she will be sentencing Colin to death.

I have known Danielle since hoerskool and I want to say that I am disgusted with some of the things that are coming to light. Her mother, Stella, was definitely involved with the letters that were being sent to Lauren. When we were at school Stella was in and out of mental institutions all the time. She suffers from just about every mental illness here is. She has been diagnosed with being bi-polar, narcisistic, just to name a few. She is crazy. She refuses to send emails because she thinks that the government has spies reading her emails. I don't know if she was the person sending them or if it was Danielle but she was definitely involved in some way.Try to imagine all the things that Danielle has done and then think about what type of a person she really is. She was head over heels in love with Colin and lied to Lauren to get rid of the competition.Then when she found out that he would never date her she tried to obtain a restraining order against him. Then when the Noseweek story was published she and her mother started sending the letters to Lauren. They have also been targeting Colin for years now with messages telling him that Lauren hates him, that the restraining order was at her innititative, and stuff all like that. Danielle was jealous of Lauren when she was dating Colin. She used to call her "mutton dressed as lamb". She hated that Laurens mother and Colin were friends because she can't introduce her mother to men because she is crazy. I also think that it was Stella that told Danielle how to get the restraining order. There is another game being played now by Danielle and her mother because they want to make Colin and Lauren fight so that the truth about the letters does not come out. I feel sorry for both Colin and Lauren they do not deserve everything that has happened to them. There are a lot of us out there that are cutting ties with Danielle because of what she has done. My advice to Colin and Lauren is that you guys need to work together and make Danielle pay for what she has done. It is only if you both work together that you will be able to stop what she will do next. If you don't work together she will keep playing you against each other.

Danielle said that Lauren was a liar! She said that when she read the noseweek story she could see she was making up gossip and rumurs about Colin! She was attacking his character! Danielle said she made your sister do the worst things to Colin. She told people he cheated on her but never asked him if it was true! She lied and told people he pirated Danielles facebook but that was a lie to! Danielle said the more bad the things she made lauren do to Colin the harder it got for them to talk to each other! And if they didn't talk to each other then lauren Would never no that Danielle had lied to her! The worst thing she did was with the letter in the post! She new that Lauren would tell everyone that he was sending them so that she could tell people that he was a bad man and that she had to go to court to make him stop sending them! It wasn't him sending them and she new that but she was so embarassed after the noseweek story that she would tel everyone it was him sending them anyway!

Thank you Lauren for telling us about Jacob Wiese and the disgusting threesome he had cheating on his wife! I have started telling the whole world on the internet! Thank you Lauren Fine!

Charles Messina was slow, disorganized and unprepared

I have hired this attorney and this guy turned to be very unprofessional and lazy and unprepared.It took him forever to check all the papers and docs from my ex.

I thought he was cheking all details very slowly and I thought carefully, but not. He missed a lot. More than twice we met in the court he was completely unprepared. I don’t know what he has doing, but he turns to be the worst attorney ever.

Do not hire him and if you do you will be flashing your money in the toilet and you will go and hire anotther lawyer anyway.Be careful.

I left so many clues in the letters and LAuren couldn't solve them in time could she? The moment she went for Colin I knew one of the two would destroy the other. I was right wasn't I! I left so many clues in the letters why could Colin solve it but LAuren couldn't? Farmers Weekly my sister married a farmer (and not just any farmer we farm fruit!) Lauren is fruit isn't she? Surely that was the starting point? The vulture I know Colin cracked I can see it on his facebook pictures. So you know that he was in the newspaper a week after the Noseweek story came out. He was in the property section boasting about his new "vulture property fund". That wasn't right was it? He destroys Danielle and then a week later is boasting about a new fancy business in the newspapers. That's why I used the vulture pictures because I wanted to make it look like him. I used addresses close to his parents because they were listed in the phone book but he wasn't. The onion award because the "onion and orchid" awards are on the back page of the property section of the Weekend Argus (this is the same paper and section that his "vulture property fund" was in)! I tried to make it look like him but I knew so little about him just what I had been told. The references to Laurens mental issues were things that I have been diagnosed with and yes I have been in a mental institution before! That is why I got a restraining order against my ex husband so that he couldn't control me anymore. I will never go back there every again! I made it so easy for you LAuren but you just couldn't get it right could you! All you had to do was use the letters to get a restraining order against him. Once you had that then we could have gone to Nose Week and demanded that they apologise for the story. You couldn't even get that right could you LAuren! You are too dangerous to my family to allow you to remain as a lawyer that is why I will make you into such an embarrassment that the Cape LAw Society will be forced now to remove you as a lawyer.
