"I've been ordering generic Viagra (Sildenafil Citrate) from Northwest Pharmacy for about 2 years now. My first orders were fine. The drug worked as I expected (I have taken the "branded" version so I knew what to expect). However my last two orders (32 pills per order) have been unsatisfactory.

I called customer service after I had taken a few doses of my previous order. The pharmacist/customer service representative implored me to keep taking the medicine and I followed his advice. I got mixed results from that order.

Not having an alternative, I placed another order with Northwest Pharmacy. I have taken two pills with no result. I am in good health and only take Flowmax on occasion. I'm an avid cyclist and typically ride between 20-30 miles week, sometimes as many as 50 miles.

My take on Northwest Pharmacy is they are just a intermediary and either, don't have a way of testing the drugs they distribute or choose not to conduct their own quality control. I think that's shortsighted. With sites like this one, if a person does their research they will avoid ordering from Northwest and pretty soon the word will spread. Maybe their business model is short-term profits are better than long term customer loyalty?

Anyway I started out liking this company but my feelings have soured.

Check the ratings and find another site at least for E.D. drugs. "

I bought some Generic Cialis with a prescription from Northwestpharmacy.com. After doing extensive research and checking out several "Canadian Pharmacies" I felt comfortable with this one. After receiving the medication I took one pill and absolutely nothing happened. I waited a week and took another one just to make sure and again, nothing. There was absolutely no active ingredient in the pills I received. The return policy is an extreme hassle. I have to send the unused portion to England of all places registered mail to get a refund. We'll see if that happens. DO NOT buy from any "Canadian Pharmacy" as they are not pharmacies. They are only brokers who have no idea where the drugs are coming from. My package came from Singapore via India. FAKE drugs from FAKE websites. This in a true and accurate review. I am a customer. Save yourself the trouble and do not buy from a "Canadian Pharmacy".

I ordered medicine in June I still have not received it when I called they have no tracking and keep telling me to wait more business days, now they say medicine came back and they will resend I again have to wait 8 to 18 business days you need to give then two months to get the medicine to you, if it ever comes very frustrating to deal with

My complaint is not pertaining to ordering medicine from Nortwest Pharmacy because, I have had EXCELLENT experiences wit them for the last several years. The problems that I find anonying is that customs will take up to 10 days or longer before they pass anything thru coming out of Canada. I just feel like they could do a better job on the processing area. Everyone realizes that Canada is the most reasonable place to purchase our medicines at. I, am glad that I had found NORTHWEST PHARMACY!

Paid NorthWestPharmacy.com for 3 bottles of Humalog over 2 months ago. Claim it was shipped 1-5-11, but no tracking or shipping verification information was provided. Believe they are thieves, and will do everything in my power to either get product they took my money for - or - shut them down permanently!

My only complaint is that the items i order are not free shipping but $10 for shipping isn't too bad given the huge savings on the meds from northwestpharmacy.com. Not sure why you didn't see the notice in all the checkout screens saying that orders were delayed during the holiday season because of more mail coming into the usa and the new security screening of that mail. Northwestpharmacy even sent an email about it and posted a notice on their blog, twittered and face booked the same notice. And it is true that mail packages worldwide were delayed during the holiday season in large part due to new methods of security screening being implemented and I know because my husband works for USPS and told me it was a nigthmare at customs getting the packages screened and cleared. There many news reports about this too so I wouldn't fault the company for this. I've ordered for more than 2 years from them and one needs to be aware that when you order rx drugs from another country, it takes 2 weeks on average to arrive because of customs clearance times which back up especially at christmas at which time it can take up to 4 weeks. For people who want their meds immediately, they should pay the prices at their local cvs pharmacy but i prefer to pay 20% of the price and buy online from canada or europe.

The company has great prices. RX medications had been taking about 2 weeks to receive from point of order. Now it takes more than a month; they claim because of the terror threat and package inspection lag times.

Unfortunately, this would be a more credible claim if they told customers 0n their Website that they might be wainting a month or more to receive medications ordered today. Obviously, this would mean that folks might order medications they need before their supplies are exhausted from another source. But at least folks wouldn't have to pay for the medications front-end ... and then wait with uncertainty about when they might arrive. Very bad business practice.
