NordicTrack refund on treadmill

Place an order with NordicTrack back in November, I never received the treadmill by the end of Dec so i asked for a refund it is now 3rd week of Jan and still no refund

for a company that advertise on TV they are shocking

customer services was appalling nobody ever gets back to you this has been the worst experience ever I would make sure to get the message out to stay away from this company they just don't care about there customers just after the money. Clearly the reviews on your website are edited as its not a reflection of your customer service

NordicTrack Never received equipment

Do not buy through Norditrack. You will never receive your equipment.
On 11/26/21 Norditrack knew they didn't have their equipment in stock but did not inform me. Instead they allowed me to finance their equipment, have my credit score impacted, then sent me used equipment with broken parts with hopes I would accept it or possibly not notice until the machine broke. Luckily, I was home when the installers came and witnessed them trying to convince me to keep a used machine. I didn't allow this to happen. Instead, I reached out to customer service who promised to send me new equipment immediately. They even sent a letter stating my new equipment would arrive within 10 days. But the equipment never arrived.
After spending weeks calling customer service, they finally admitted the equipment has out of stock when I ordered it and won't be available until late February 2022. In the meantime, I am stuck making finance payments on equipment I haven't received.
According to TD Bank which is the finance bank for Norditrack, they have received numerous calls from customers who have have had the same situation as me.
Norditrack is committing fraud! They are using deceitful sales practices and stealing from customers. Please do not buy from them!

NordicTrack Delivery and customer service

Nordictrack used to be a good company with reasonable customer service but not anymore!

We have a rower and a bike, both of which were delivered and work as advertised. We ordered our treadmill on October 29th, 2021 and it shipped to the delivery company in our hometown, arriving on November 22nd, 2021.

Zero communication from the delivery company and we called Nordictrack several times to get to the bottom of the issue. We were told the delivery agent was a new company and were told that we would get help soon. The delivery company emailed a link to set up a delivery time and then received a ‘no appointment available' notice. No working email or phone number for the delivery company.

Call back Nordictrack again and receive zero help until I threaten to cancel the sale. Once in the phone with the return department, we were given a token discount and upgraded to the white glove delivery. This was on December 13, 2021.

Called Nordictrack on January 4th was told by the agent that they would send an email to have someone contact me (I told them I expected a call from a manager who could help within an hour)…. No surprise that the call never came.

Wait another day and call Nordictrack again. This time I'm told that they can give me a code which I can use to pick the treadmill up at the warehouse. I get the code and call the delivery agent (Allegro). Story here is that Allegro bought out the old delivery company (which was a good company when our bike and rower were delivered). So Allegro tells me the code is good but they need to forward it to the warehouse to verify I can come pick up the treadmill (see this going south again?) and they told me I would receive a call within 24-48 hours (48 hours expired on Sunday, January 9th). No surprise, no call. I call Allegro today (10 January) and the lady told me she had to call the warehouse and hung up on me! Call Nordictrack back and spent over two hours getting bounced around and told that they would charge me $250 to ‘return' a treadmill I don't even have! I explained it wasn't a return, it was a cancellation. Was offered another 5% off the treadmill and transferred to order tracking so they could ‘escalate' it with the delivery company.

Still in hold at the 2:15 mark to do something that has already been done in the past. I'll continue to update this incompetence as it developed and I repost it on every review site I can find.

Warning to anyone interested in Nordictrack, get the Peloton or other option, Nordictrack is not worth the pain and there are lots of quality competitors who offer the same stuff.

Desired outcome: Get me my treadmill or cancel the order (I'm not paying a $250 return fee for a product I don't have)

NordicTrack Treadmill

I ordered a treadmill directly through NordicTrack.com on 11/7/2021. The item was shipped to the local delivery company and arrived on 11/20/2021. I was told within a few days someone would call me to schedule delivery. After two weeks I contacted NordicTrack and they again just said someone will contact you in a few days. Another week went by and no one contacted me. Then NordicTrack asked me to review my treadmill so I gave it a poor review. Within a few hours of that I received an email link to schedule my delivery. I attempted multiple times to schedule online but it continuously gave me an error message ever time I selected a date. I finally was able to successfully schedule delivery for January 4, 2022. The night before the scheduled delivery I received an email that said my treadmill was scheduled to be delivered between midnight 1/4 through midnight 1/5. I waited all day. I had to take off work so I could be home for this threshold delivery. I even called the delivery company to confirm delivery was scheduled and what time frame. He said it should be scheduled between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. I never received it. Over the next several days I have attempted to contact both the delivery company and NordicTrack via online chat, telephone, and email to get answers and reschedule delivery and they keep giving me the run around. No one will answer my questions. No one will reschedule me when I call. They just keep telling me they have expedited my complaint and someone else will call to reschedule "shortly". It has been two days without anyone calling me back.

Desired outcome: I want a refund of my money

Our base broke July 27, 2022. The machine was 18 months old. A service guy showed up a week later. He ordered the part base and said Norditrack would be in touch. After 14 calls over the span of 6 months, nothing. Constantly being told the part has shipped and on the way, and someone will be in touch with you. No refund for monthly iFit. We have a parts warranty with machine. Their warranty means absolutely nothing. Do. Not. Buy. Their. Treadmills. Absolute garbage.

NordicTrack 1750 treadmill

I purchased the treadmill online at Nordic track after chatting with an agent and being assured that I would receive the treadmill before the first the agent says d 10-14 days for delivery after it ships, I purchased on 12/16/21 and received shipping confirmation on 12/16/21, so that would put delivery between 12/26-12/30/21.
I received a garbled recording asking me to accept a delivery date of what sounded to be January 3, that would be acceptable! Then I received a email confirmation stating I had been contacted and the delivery date was February 2? I called 4-5 times enduring 30+ minute wait times only to get someone that was clueless and hung up on me or transferred me only to be disconnected! I went through the text and chat only to converse with people who were clueless or didn't give a [censored]! I called the TD bank to cancel but Nordic track requested and got bank payment before the equipment was delivered and inspected! That is a very devious business tactic then I'm told if I want to send it back I pay restocking and return fees of $500+ these people are disgusting crooks, prove me wrong Nordick Track

NordicTrack Nordic Track Treadmill 1750

I purchased the 2950 treadmill model from Nordic Track in the middle of August. My credit card was charged immediately along with iFit. So I'm paying interest on an item I haven't even received at this point. On September 3rd Ryder delivered and set up the wrong product in my basement 1750.! After speaking with customer service for one hour they finally agreed to give me a discount on the 1750 model. I now see that I paid over $2700 for the 2950 and now it's selling for $2499! This whole experience has been a nightmare! I saved money to purchase the 2950 model for my birthday and retirement gift .. now every time I see the 1750 with it's small screen it only upsets me. I'm upset that I got scammed with the dollar amount, as well as, the product.

NordicTrack NordicTrack Fusion CST Pro

I purchased a NordicTrack Fusion CST Pro (weight pully system) around March of this year. As we have started using it we have realized that this version, with the extra frame for pull-ups, bench, etc is completely in the way for a lot of the exercises in the iFit trainer led workout videos. The middle arms are shorter and don't allow for proper chest exercises and the upright bars are in the way for a lot of the other exercises that require movement upward. In addition, some of the exercises require you to stand to the side of the equipment, but you can not because the extra equipment is in the way.

Had we known this we would have opted for the version that's only $1, 999 (Fusion CST) rather than upgrading to this version for $2, 999 that limits the exercises you can actually do.

After speaking with several people at NordicTrack they are saying there is nothing they can do... and they don't know if/when there will be workout videos specifically for this model where the exercises won't be restricted in range of motion by the additional bars.

No idea what to do from here... this is a $3, 000 piece of equipment that can't be used properly, and in some cases could actually cause injury because of having to maneuver around the equipment itself.

Would love to exchange for the standard model, but nobody can help.

NordicTrack treadmill

tons of incidents reguarding the treadmill stopping on me and my fiance bot wich have been tossed off.tyreadmill speeds up on its own will not shut off elevation gets stuck on every level screen flashes nonstop sometimes it doesnt even turn on i want a full refund and someone to come and take4 this piece of equipment out of my gym before someone else gets seriously hurt i have long emails phone calls to muliple people and no one seems to get anything accomplished instead they tell me to wait for norditrac to contact me > ive talked to an Emma on 6/21called back to check on the claim it was never filed had to redo it 6/25 w vanessa called back on 6/27 w Maria for another talk to the legal team today 6/29 spoke to Cqasey he sent me to legal team wich no one will pick up the phone my email is [protected]@gmail.com phone -[protected]

NordicTrack Delivery of product

We ordered a S22i. Everything was going as planned. Bike was moving across country( They update the app). It made it to my local NSD warehouse. Then it sat there for 4 days until finally they contacted me to set up a delivery time. Time was set (4 hour window), we patiently waited and no one showed . No one called. So we called Nordictrack and they contacted the delivery company(NSD) and they said it would be delivered by 8pm. Waited patiently and no one showed, no one called. Of course it was Friday night so nothing until Monday. Called Monday morning and spoke with "Maria" who was very rude and said that it is the shipping company therefore not their problem. She said there was nothing she could do for me. So now they have my money and I have no product and it is no ones problem.

NordicTrack Financing

I paid over my required $120.00 monthly payments several times in 2020 giving me a credit towards my February and March 2021 payments.

*The Finance reported me to the credit bureau for owing 20 - Twenty dollars in March 2021.

**I contacted the Finance on 4.1.2021, please see attached. They stated I had a balance of $169.00

I paid it in full on 4.1.2021 and on or about 4.19.2021, the finance reported me delinquent, causing my credit score to drop 80 points.

I called finance. They refuse to correct the situation, causing me pain, time and hardship to contact all three credit bureaus to file a dispute.

NordicTrack spin bike /commercial studio bike

order number NT7376104.still do NOT have refund for Fortiva and im pissed that i lost out on $600.00 in shipping for a bike that was NOT represented for short people. Im only 5ft and i could not reach the handle bars unless i was practically laying flat. yes the seat was all the way forward and yes the deck/handlebars where raised all the way. also the seat is way way to small for a big person and there should be an option as to what seat you can order for the bike. also a friend of mine came to try it and was peddling and went to stop and and the peddle caught her ankle and she got her real bad. it tore something in her ankle and she has to have surgery now. im very disappointed in this company on there business with Fortiva as well. I never needed financing with this company and its hell trying to get my money back. Bike was returned 2 months ago and still dont have my money back. its not fair that IM having to pay for shipping when it clearly states nowhere that thre bike is not for people 5ft and under. ive told alot of people about my experience with Nordic track and told them to order something different.

Desired outcome: want my shipping all refunded and want the bike remade to where the deck and also be adjusted forward for sshort people and also have a seat option for over weight people with a big butt

NordicTrack Elliptical

I purchased this machine in 2020. I have had issues with this machine since 2020. It's practically a new machine with less than five miles on it because it is inoperable. I have received the run around since November 2020. A technician began the repairs on the machine during the summer (2020) but some of the item were on back order. The parts arrived more than six months ago but the technician never came back to complete the job. I have called customer service numerous times but to no avail. I am always told that someone will contact me but they never do. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company that manufacturers fitness equipment. The warranty has expired without the machine ever being used. I would contact the president of Nordictrack if his contact information was available. I will never purchase another piece of equipment with the Nordictrack name on it.

Desired outcome: I think my machine should be replaced with a new one

I'm having the exact same experience. The machine was a lemon out of the box and they are giving me the run around when I requested a refund. They want to refund minus shipping cost to and from.

NordicTrack NordicTrack Commercial 2450 Treadmill

I purchased the NordicTrack Commercial 2450 Treadmill in January - received it in February. I Since then I have walked an average of 1-2 hours a day utilizing the iFit console. This morning I went to my normal morning workout and the console was blank. I tried all the normal trouble shooting routes - unplug, wait, plug back in -- tried a factory reset -- nothing worked. I called Tech Support - went through all the same steps and she took pictures of the blank console to document. I was then transferred to another agent who asked all the same questions. We proceeded to take off the motor cover per her request - all wires looked good and console board lights were solid. She was going to order a new console but her supervisor told her to order the wires instead. I asked how long until I received the replacement wires and was told about 2-3 weeks. Not to mention the hassle of taking most of the treadmill apart to replace the wires! If the wires don't resolve the issue, a new console board may be sent out but at another wait of 2-3 weeks. Paying the price I did for the Commercial treadmill I definitely expected better service and not to be down a minimum of 2 weeks on up to 6 or more. Everyone was kind and helped it is the time I have to wait to get this treadmill operational again. At that price the part should be sent via FedEx. I know I could go out and walk in the FL heat - but again the point is at 2 months old I shouldn't even be dealing with this.

NordicTrack Treadmill repair

On April 7, 2021 I paid for a service Tech to come to my residence and install the need part. So far no one has shown to install the walking belt.
On April 20, 2021 I called customer service [protected]) talked with Cortney. She said I would hear from the service tech within 72 hours. On April I called again and talked with Gerson. He said I would be contacted within 24 hours. On April 27, 2021 I again call and talked with Marlen. She said to wait 24 hours for a call from the service tech.
I do want the NordicTrack repaired. I was give a Service Order of S02423108.
Please have some call me [protected] and let me know someone will be out soon to repair my NordicTrack.

NordicTrack Treadmill

We purchased a treadmill on 2/24/21, it was delivered on 2/26/21 with a broken motor. We have made > 10 one hour phone calls to customer service with no resolution to this service.
#1 The first time we called they said they were ordering a part, that to this day has never come
#2 They said that the part was on backorder
#3 They said it was on the way
#4 They said it was on the way
#5 They said they were sending a repair man, that when he came said we needed a different part.
#6 Part was never ordered, now ordered and waiting for it to arrive
#7 Part never arrived, said it was not in stock and they were waiting for stock.
#8 Part was on the way
#9 Part was on the way, still not arrived
#10- today, part arrived, wrong part
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
We would like to return this broken machine that never started and get a full refund. We cannot get anyone to respond to us.

I am quite upset about my dealings with NordicTrack.

In the beginning of February, I contacted NordicTrack about ordering a bike. I spoke to Ted in Sales and he told me that the bike I wanted--because of back orders--could not be shipped for 30 days. He also mentioned NordicTrack Finance Plan which I applied for and was accepted.

I ordered the bike.

A week later I called him to cancel my order and, much to my surprise, he said the bike was already shipped! This was in direct contradiction as it was not to be shipped for at least30 days.

In addition, he said even though I would not get the bike, I would be responsible for the shipping cost that would exceed $400! In addition, you charged me a late fee as I never received an original bill from you.

What I want: Please return all the monies I sent you ($115) and close this NordicTrack account including the TD Retail account.

NordicTrack treadmill

Bought the treadmill through Amazon. I got it all put together and ready to use, but it says it is currently locked and I needed to go to
ifit.com/activate
But to get it activated, I need to have an activation code that is on a card that came with manual. But there was no card found. Called the very same number for when you have issues with activation [protected]. The person took a while to provide an answer that I needed to contact Amazon.

NordicTrack Nordictrack commercial s15i

Brand new bike, has never worked since arrival, support case opened with ifit over 3 weeks ago. Support used remote video, to troubleshoot. Bike apparently requires a new controller board, was ordered on 10th Mar 2021, has still not arrived. Nordictrack want me (the customer) to replace this board when it does get here, which I offered to do assuming it would help quicken the resolution. It has not
This bike is not cheap, and has never been usable since its arrival nearly a month ago.
Clearly it was not tested before despatch, and the support/service approach seems a little questionable.
I guess I should have paid the extra for a Peloton. Calling Nordictrack headquarters, had me put through to an operator who was not there.. all in all a very disappointing experience

Desired outcome: Bike working, a reasonable response, warn any future customers about support service and time it m ay take to get resolution

NordicTrack Rower700

I am very disappointed in your company! I ordered a Rower700 12/4/20 was in stock when ordered snd then put on back order received it after 1 1/2 months. Monitor did not work do they sent a part weeks lster which was wrong part called again sdngv2 more parts which came over 2 month later. Decided to order a new one got this and now this one does not work! Ordered part for motor was not on back order snd is still sitting in warehouse. This company has some major issues. Your product is cheap and made in China and it shows. No one knows how to do anything... only 2 people out of 20 that I have talked to tried... here I am after 3 1/2 months with 2 rowers that don't work! RIDICULOUS AND SAD!

NordicTrack Fraud use of my credit card with nordictrack

On March 9, 2021 I ordered an Nortic Track FS10i Elliptical on line using my credit card. About 40 minutes later I was alerted by my credit card company that Nortic Track charged an extra $19.00 and $440.00 to my card. I immediately put a stop to these charges and called Nortic Track Billing for an explanation. I wasn't given reasons why other than if I wanted to cancel I would be charged a restocking fee. They were suppose to give me verification last night whether or not they stopped the shipment. No response. I called again this morning and was informed I needed to wait up to 48 hours for a response. My order # NT8233834 is still outstanding. I am a Disable American Veteran and I thought this piece of equipment would help me. It has done the opposite. It remains unclear on whether I would get my money back.
