I have two confirmations on this order. When I open either of these confirmations, I click on 'view your order' and what comes up is 'page cannot be found or an error has occurred.' I have received a partial shipment, the leg-warmers and the 2 strapless bras. There may be more items, but I can't view my order to be sure. There is also a COAT that I have not received. Please help me with this. I would like a copy of my entire order, please.

I've contacted them over and over I've still not gotten 7 items I paid for. I ordered this, stuff Dec 12the 2019 it's bull u cant talk to no one and I'm not getting ripped off.. Plys pants I did were siky were to b cotten look. Like jeans I'm. Not letting this, go I spent too much. Nope. It's not right to rip people off who work hard for their money.. Again 7 items, have not came I spent over $140. Not letting this go..

I have been trying to process my return via the Noracora website, as the website directs. I have provided them with the order number, delivery date, item number, amount paid, and reason for return. I continue to recieve the same email in return from NoraCora. It tell me that I need to provide the information which I just sent. So frustrating! They have a 15 day return window which now is almost over. I believe this company is a scam!

I have email customer service and receive generic responses? My concerns are I have not received all of my order which was placed in november it is now january with 3 items missing? I want a resolution either track package or send me another order.
It shows, I received yellow solid 3/4 cotton-blend shirt, I have never received it?
Below orders have not received yet? What is the status?

Hello, I had order a women's Casual Multicolor Strips Scarves Shawls, on December 2, 2019, here it is Jan 2020, and I haven't received my order yet, tracking number LS193154937CN, I don't speak Chinese, when I put in the number, it tells me error, CS Alice tells me Thank You for reaching out but no result, another number NOC823362069RA, now I told to track my parcel on www.17track.net/en, what the heck!, it was not that hard taking my money

Iplaced my first order to NoraCora 2-3 months ago. It took at least 1 month before I received my 1st package. It was a blue linen blouse that didn't look anything like the picture except for the color.It was so thin that you could see through it. The sleeves were belled at the wrist which was not obvious from the picture and I didn't like the way it looked, the way the material felt and the quality of it is very poor.
2 1/2 weeks later I received my second package. It was a cotton gingham blouse that was red, blue & cream. The sleeves were very short and the quality of the top stitching was poorly done. Along the bottom the shirt there are ripples in the material and it didn't fit properly. Another 2 weeks later the 3rd package arrived. It contained a white blouse with gray stripes. I didn't like the feel of the fabric, it felt like low quality; The arms were short and no cuffs made it look cheap. My last package came last week. It was suppose to be a white sweater and it was so thin, it didn't feel like a sweater at all. The material felt more like cotton and I could see right through it. The shape was boxy and was again not what I expected designer clothing to look, feel or fit.
I now will have to wait for a phone call to see if they will take these tops back and refund my money back. I will file a complaint against them to the Better Business Burreau and American Express.

About 8 weeks ago I ordered a scarf that wathias assigned order #NOC8233241821. I have tracked this item under tracking #T0000700336199 for the past 3 weeks and been advised each time that the item was in transit. I have wrriten to you two times and was sent the same form letter both times. I have read on line that NoraCora is a scam company that does not fill paid for orders or sends substandard items.

The dress I received a couple of days ago is VERY MUCH too small. Your sizing is away off! I wish to return it for a refund. I do NOT wish to exchange it. If this is this is your idea of sizing, I will not be purchasing anything further from this company.

I placed an online order for linen clothing. It took several weeks for me to get the first 3 items, and I was not satisfied with either the fit or the quality. The linen was so thin that I could read through it. The quality of the clothing was extremely poor, and many seams were ragged, even unhemmed. I have tried several times to leave a text requesting a return number, but to date have not heard from them. I am stuck with clothing I do not want, and no way to return it. If you notice, they do not give any phone numbers or US addresses on their order forms. The phone company was not able to help, and I have also done research online. They have done a pretty good job of hiding themselves. It is anybody's guess how much they have ripped off US customers with this ploy, but I have reported them to the BBB and my AmEx account. My next step is the corporation commission.
