Shoes / tracking of my shoes haven’t received
My name is sheila rose. I ordered a pair of gray and white Sandles from noracora. I ordered on 5/8/20 or maybe 5/2/20... I have been tracking my order and it has been a month since I paid for my shoes. I have called ups and they told me this was a international tracking number. They said a third party called ups innovations is responsible for delivering my package. It was sent from China now it has been at a processing facility since 5/11/20. If this is a scam I want a refund immediately. I will give all of the information down below. Please escalate this email to a manager ASAP!

Order two weeks ago not received
Order number ESLA 173505 Nora Cora claims no order number matching or matching email address. So I made it up? Then I get an email telling me they will notify me when order is shipped. I've had it, I want my 182.00 back. I also noticed website Fashioncosy has same items for sale shipped by a company called Yen but UK address. There has to be a way to stop these people or expose them nationally on the media.
Clothing, shoes
I ordered clothing and shoes from nora cora. Didnt receive order for 2 months. When I did the order was not complete and those items I received were the wrong size and one blouse was actually wet! I have written several times with no reply. I'm looking for address to send items sent back to them for a refund. This has been an expensive lesson.

As you order and choose in stock items, your credit card is immediately charged. Nothing is in stock. One out of four items might get mailed in three weeks, but you won't receive any valid tracking or the package; nor will you receive the rest of your order or a refund for what they pretend to send you. Pure fraud with no physical location to pursue remedy.

Avoid buying from Nora Cora it doesn't get much worse than this
You won't get your money back or the right sizes. I ordered four different dresses in the same size from Nora Cora.com. On arrival each dress was a very different size, the colours of the dresses were faded and nothing like the photos or description. The length of the dresses was not the same as identified on the online website pictures or description. I paid for an expensive return shipping using their return shipping label of the full order inline with their very strict returns policy, every email they sent had to be replied to within 24 hours [protected]@chicvnoracora.freshdesk.com. Be warned the returns address is written in both English and Chinese, Pan Huiling, 1st Floor Building 3, Jinyuan Square, No2 Taohong West Street, Junhe st, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, 510000. Noracora initially claimed to never have received the package, but it was tracked. So I provided proof of postage, they said they could not verify the shipping number, 6 months later the package was returned to me. It showed it had been delivered to the Noracora Returns address. A sticker was placed partially over their address and return to sender was written on the package and it was shipped back to me. Despite sending them photos of the package postal markings etc. They refuse to be honourable and refund the money I spent for dresses which did not by any means meet the description of what I ordered. As you'll see the photo of the purchased yellow dress the length should have been a maxi dress length as displayed on the Nora Cora website. At times they have offered a 40% refund. They asked me to pay for shipping a second time and resend the package. I sent them photo the returned package with postage stamps and photos showing the varying dress sizes as they were all meant to be the same size and non of them match the description on Noracora.com
refund not sufficient
I ordered $93.03 of clothes in April '19. Clothes arrived quickly (no complaint on that). Clothes were SUPER cheap quality rip-offs of trendy designs & ran very small (except sandals) & smelled awfulkind of moldy. See image for what sandals left on my feet after trying them on for a few minutes inside without sweating! After huge run-around (lots of emails) in May (and their offer to refund 40% of the cost of what I was returning), I finally got return shipping info and a label from them. In June, I mailed back 4 items (all but 1 item that was $31.98). So I should've received about $61.05 refund. I had to spend an additional $35 postage (including tracking), but low and behold, the package was RETURNED to me in December'19. (It was missing all that time stuck somewhere...) who knows if the mailing label they provided was wrong or what.
Complained. Waited A LOT for some sort of refund. Complained. Waited more.
FINALLY got only $28.47 refund in March 10, 2020 from "Fashion Web" (which I think is them). The whole debacle lasted almost a year and was super aggravating have to constantly follow up with them. And why not $61.05?
original order # NOC823352646 . Ideally an incremental refund is what is desired ($32.58) - plus refund on the $35 shipping for a total of $67.58. They provided the label. I mailed it with tracking, so this really isn't my fault.
Poor quality clothes - requesting refund
I was charged for clothes with a company called Noracora on July 6, 2019. It took me approximately a month to finally receive all the clothes but once I tried them on, they were misrepresented as they are supposed to be of designer boutique quality but in fact, they are cheap and flimsy. I have been attempting a 50% refund and it's been over a month in which they claim that the refund was not issued successfully. Everytime I ask for a status, they claim that they are working on it but as of today, I still have not received a dime.
Unable to get info regarding how to return a shirt/blouse received about 5 days ago.
Instructions enclosed with item received gave instructions for contacting a web address for info on steps for returning an item for refund or exchange. The web page cannot be reached. Doesn't exist. There is no phone number nor address provided for customer service.
I am stuck with a women's shirt that is too small. The size chart was not correct. I had intended to return the shirt to exchange for a larger size.Now I believe the company, NoraCora, is a scam. I plan to warn people on Facebook where I saw NorCora's advertisement and placed by order.

I have two confirmations on this order. When I open either of these confirmations, I click on 'view your order' and what comes up is 'page cannot be found or an error has occurred.' Inability to process a return
I have been trying to process my return via the Noracora website, as the website directs. I have provided them with the order number, delivery date, item number, amount paid, and reason for return. I continue to recieve the same email in return from NoraCora. It tell me that I need to provide the information which I just sent. So frustrating! They have a 15 day return window which now is almost over. I believe this company is a scam!
They want you to go through the website. I had to email many times .
I purchased using PayPal and ended up going them. I accepted a partial refund. Noracora seems a scam. I will never buy from them again. Sorry you got caught too

Designer clothing
Iplaced my first order to NoraCora 2-3 months ago. It took at least 1 month before I received my 1st package. It was a blue linen blouse that didn't look anything like the picture except for the color.It was so thin that you could see through it. The sleeves were belled at the wrist which was not obvious from the picture and I didn't like the way it looked, the way the material felt and the quality of it is very poor.
2 1/2 weeks later I received my second package. It was a cotton gingham blouse that was red, blue & cream. The sleeves were very short and the quality of the top stitching was poorly done. Along the bottom the shirt there are ripples in the material and it didn't fit properly. Another 2 weeks later the 3rd package arrived. It contained a white blouse with gray stripes. I didn't like the feel of the fabric, it felt like low quality; The arms were short and no cuffs made it look cheap. My last package came last week. It was suppose to be a white sweater and it was so thin, it didn't feel like a sweater at all. The material felt more like cotton and I could see right through it. The shape was boxy and was again not what I expected designer clothing to look, feel or fit.
I now will have to wait for a phone call to see if they will take these tops back and refund my money back. I will file a complaint against them to the Better Business Burreau and American Express.
I ordered a large order from Noracora. I didn't realize that returns/exchages have to be with in a 2 week period! I ordered my clothes in two sizes, as I was not sure which would fit. I was out of town when package arrived, therefore I missed the return time period! The items themselves were atrocious. Their "cotton blend" equals a polyester type material. Much like Halloween costumes are made of. The coat I ordered was thin, the wrong color, and defective (no fur on the lapel.) I can not get a hold of this company-no calls taken, and emails unanswered. Do they do this, so that we are forced to keep these cheap and defective items? The pretty pictures look NOTHING like the true items. Two "sweaters" and "velvet" look like thin polyester. I am unhappy, as I am left with about $200 worth of crap from Nora Cora. Does anyone have a way to reach them? I'd really like my money back...

Clothing ordered online
I placed an online order for linen clothing. It took several weeks for me to get the first 3 items, and I was not satisfied with either the fit or the quality. The linen was so thin that I could read through it. The quality of the clothing was extremely poor, and many seams were ragged, even unhemmed. I have tried several times to leave a text requesting a return number, but to date have not heard from them. I am stuck with clothing I do not want, and no way to return it. If you notice, they do not give any phone numbers or US addresses on their order forms. The phone company was not able to help, and I have also done research online. They have done a pretty good job of hiding themselves. It is anybody's guess how much they have ripped off US customers with this ploy, but I have reported them to the BBB and my AmEx account. My next step is the corporation commission.
