I am complaining again to let the Public know that there is a "Modus Operandi" operating in the internet and this is what yu call "Internet Forex Trading scam" The owner of this scam is John Shinn III. He has multtiple facebook account and he will befirend you and let you be part of his group then later on let you invest $100. Then, at first he will make you win up to $200 then he will advise you to bet on $600 and promise you will get $2000 in just one day. We learn that he is only operating in the nirth of Philippines and far from his residence to avoid getting arrested. I want you to beware from this fellow and I am attaching you the Photo here in the Lower left so you identify him on the spot
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
WARNING TO THE PUBLIC: This is a "BOGUS" complaint filed by a fugitive from ZAMBOANGA CITY, PHILIPPINES (see WANTED picture) named RODRIGO 'RICK' MARIANO PUA PILA. He also uses the alias, RUDY PILA. He is believe to be hiding either in MANILA, SINGAPORE or NEW ZEALAND.
In 2001, RICK PILA or RUDY PILA got into a major vehicular accident in ZAMBOANGA CITY, PHILIPPINES that instantly killed two (2) people. Pila fled the scene of the accident before local police arrived. He is wanted by the PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE (PNP).
PILA suffers from schizophrenia. He is delusional, psychotic and bi-polar and is considered a danger to himself and others. IF YOU SEE RICK PILA...CONTACT YOUR NEAREST POLICE.

I am personally appearing to all of you that there is a an allege Zamboangueno or a man from Zamboanga City with a name of JOHN SHINN III OR a.k.a. Boboy Shinn and he is Bullying in Facebook and Many are becoming victim but cannot open up nor complain As you know, the Filipino culture mostly remains silence but honestly they are devastted, I cannot contain the allege abuses perpetuated by this man Mr. JOHN SHINN. I am calling all Filipinos in social media to strongly condemn this person and I am also appealing to authorities and to our Justice department Leila de Lima that the whereabouts of this person is confusing as many where saying he is now in Los Angeles, California as TNT or illegal Alien. This man is a big threat in Facebook Community.
