While travelling through Doha, I purchased a Nivea aerosol deodorant at the airport. Later, I suffered a SEVERE reaction, which resulted in me needing to get prescribed antihistamines, as over the counter ones were a futile effort. This reaction has resulted in me scarring under my arms, despite my efforts to not inflict further damage and attempts to repair the skin.

I bought these products on the 6 February 2021 for the price of R380.56. I have been using it for the past 3 weeks and have experienced a brown like rash on certain parts of my face;not only that but it has left marks as well and it just seems to be getting worse; the shop would not allow me to return since the product is opened. I would appreciate it if this issue is addressed. Thank you in advance.

This bottle of Nivea Creme care was purchased for me for Christmas (Dec. 2020). My dad put this on his face as facial cream for dry skin, which turned into an allergic reaction. His face was red for 2 days. When my mother inquired with the company, we were told that this product was expired. I have checked my bottle of creme and there is no expiry or best before date on the product.

Art. 80909 and [protected] are the only two numbers that I see on the bottle.
I obviously don't have the bill of sale, as it was a gift.

I want to be reimbursed for this bottle of creame that is expired, but more important understand how there is no published expiry date or best before date on the product?

I have had a severe reaction to this product including burnt skin, facial swelling and itchy.

I have used Nivea since I used to use my mothers. I am now 51. I have never before had a reaction to a Nivea product.

I am not using any other products or eaten anything unusual that would cause this reaction.

I only purchased the product and used it the day after which was yesterday.

I would like to complain about the item I ordered in Shopee during 11-11 Sale. After I use the product the facial wash mud foam and the extra whitening moisturiser pore minimizer spf30 at night when I woke up my face is swelling and itchy with some red rashes, until now after 2 days and taking some anti histamine drug I have the same problem. I hope you can help me and explain what happened. Thank you.

I purchased the 3 bottles of 1 Liter Nivea shower cream while they were on special at Coles Subiaco about few weeks ago / at least 1 month ago just to stock up. We have been usually using Dove / Palmolive body wash actually but due to the special price offer, I decided to try on Nivea. Nearly 2 weeks ago, soon after using the shower cream, my waist, bra and shoulder area started to itch, then also some area on my back, arm and hand. First, I thought, perhaps the cause was the insect bites so I use repellent spray and hydrocortisone cream. However, every night, after work, after I showered with the NIVEA shower cream, the itches area burst even more, my skins swell and redness that then causing the sleepless nights. I took some antihistamine pills for some nights, but those can't help to alleviate the itchiness. It took me a while to finally realised that this issue might be caused by the Nivea shower cream - After all, the allergic began since I started to shower with it; after I opened and used the first bottle.
Three nights ago (6 September 2020), I couldn't help scratching my body while driving back home from work - if you wonder how bad the allergic was. Also, that same day, during work, I was loosing my mind due to lack of sleep and the itchiness / warm feeling caused by the allergy. That same night, I stopped using this product and replaced it with country life soapbar (the only soap brand I have). With the help of my 10 year old daughter, I then applied hydrocortisone cream on the affected area. The night I switched to soapbar and applied the hydrocortisone cream (which was 3 days ago), was the first night I could have a good night sleep. Luckily, the affected wounds are drying / on the mend within these 3 days. I didn't take the photos during the allergy, but I have the current skin condition where marks of allergies can be seen.

I don't know what I have to do with the other 2 new bottles of shower creams and the rest of the 1st bottle. Additionally, my daughter and myself just opened our 1st nivea face wash few days ago (which now worry me on how this may affect our face in the future).

I just want my money back of the 3 bottles of NIVEA shower cream (about $20), 1 of NIVEA facewash ($5), and the costs of repellent spray ($6), antihistamine pills ($8.49) and hydrocortisone cream ($7.50). Its a total of $47 and I prefer cheque of that amount to be sent to my address. I don't mind sending back all the products if you provide me with the postage costs and return address. And I prefer NO voucher to use your other products in replacement of your cheque that I requested.

Really appreciate your attention and assistance.

Hi, I have been using your face products, body lotion and roll on for as long as i can remember, tonight my (3/4) full roll on wasn't getting anything on the ball and as usual i just give it a shake and go on.. Except today this happened.. Please see attached photos, i dont know if ot was a bad batch or something but my ball popped out and my roll on spat all over..

Please look into this.

I would love feedback regarding the product.

I purchased a Nivea advent calendar for my mum who is a big Nivea fan through Amazon.

My mum called me today to tell me how disappointed she was as there was no item in today's hole (number 10). This is bitterly disappointing because the calendar is expensive.

I would like to make a complaint please.

I recently started using this cream at night and in the morning I woke up with what looked like chemical burns under both my eyes and starting to spread across my face! It had started with a small, dry and itchy rash at the corner of my eye. I felt like my face was on fire and it was so itchy and uncomfortable. I Managed to get an emergency drs appointment straight away and they prescribed me strong antihistamines. After 2 days it gradually went down thank god. I have looked to see what is in this cream so I can avoid any other creams containing similar ingredients but can't find the ingredients for this one. After reading all these complaints I can't believe a huge skin company like Nivea is not looking into what is causing these horrendous reactions on customers skin! Below are the pics of when I woke up after using a tiny amount of the cream the night before. By the time I got to the drs the rash had covered nearly all my face 😢😢😢

I purchased the unicorn moments lip balm from our local store in hull
Once I'd given the product to my daughter she pointed out there was one lip balm missing 😕
Strawberry and cherry were in the box but mango was missing out of its place
A little disappointed as my girl was fussy to have 3 (lipsticks as she calls them)

Un sure wether it has been stolen or just not been placed in the box but either way I'm a little disappointed as you get what you pay for but in this case not quite

I bought a 3 pack of the Nivea 48 hour hydrating lotion and all of them were watery. I have bought this product plenty of times in the past year and have never had this problem I was very disappointed. My Batch code number is [protected] cpc code is [protected] I don't know If the reason for it being watery is because I bought a 3 pack but I'm very upset regarding this.

I have used Nivea products all my life but last Friday I used Nivea Body Lotion and developed a horrible red itchy raised rash. Has Nivea changed the ingredients of their products. I have investigated this problem on the internet and it would appear a lot of people have experienced problems with Nivea products what if anything is being done about this

I bought 2 an ant-perspiring protection 1-black white invisible pure and 1 pearl beauty quick dry, and both burnt my underarms, itches a lot, making a big round red mark and last it's burnt ... my armpits looks horrible and it's painful .. hope you can refund my money also pay for my treatments. For sure I'll not use it again, and I'll tell to everyone I know that use the same product to change it .

I took my 12 yr old grandson on his first ever holiday abroad to Tenerife, obviously I took with me the highest factor suncreme for him which was Nivea factor 50, covered him totally from top to bottom after his shower I was putting after sun on him to my horror he was absolutely covered in blisters on both shoulders and his back, the poor soul was in agony and crying with the pain, it totally spoiled his holiday he had to wear a t/shirt for the rest of the holiday, I had to take him to the doctors as soon as we got back, it still hasn't cleared up properly and he's still suffering.

Yesterday I applied some Nivea after sun to my forehead, with an hour my forehead started to swell, within 12 hours my eyes and face became so swollen I could Only just about open my eyes. I haven't used any other product apart from the aftersun. I've felt so poorly and looked so unsightly today I haven't gone outside. However it had started to subside. I've just gone to apply some more Nivea and I've washed it off immediately as my forehead and eyes began to swell again, my whole face is In a rash

I used this cream for 1st time before going to bed and it caused such severe itching all night all over my body even down to my toes and fingers but it didn't affect my face on that first day So I didn't think it was because of this cream.
The 2nd day I used it during the day. I went out shopping and did a long walk. I started getting severe itching again and noticed my skin was swollen and red across my body and then ears became swollen and red and face too so I had two anti histamines which only helped a little and my mum gave me some ground Kerala ( bitter gourd ) - it's the Kerala which helped stop the itching.
I have not used the cream today I'm scared to even touch the packaging god only knows what they have put into this product that can cause such a bad reaction across the entire body! Never again I don't trust Nivea!

I feel lied to and taken advantage of I used this product because I have sensitive skin and needed to find something different since the product I used to use is really hard to find and I don't like bar soap. I had been using this product for about a week and started intensely itching all over my body and breaking out in hives I even had my place checked for bugs thinking maybe it was that. When I went away for the week. I forgot this product and ended up using bar soap of a fairly well know brand any way my symptoms completely went away when I came home and took a shower my symptoms returned I'm throwing this product in the garbage and never using it again

I have been using Nivea cream for a while and only recently started using it on my face at night more consistently. I started itching on my neck and didn't put two and two together right away each time I used it. I put some antifungal on the area it not knowing exactly what was causing it. I used it again and I had the same reaction just a short time after using it. Same spot. I took a benedryl this time. I've always trusted Nivea because I never felt burning after using it and it makes my skin so soft. Super disappointed!
