Nivea - refreshing cleansing wipes - removes waterproof makeup and sunscreen

I purchased this product from Coles Erina 07.02.20. I had used a similar product without incident. It was without the promotion about the waterproof make-up and sunscreen. I knew it was a different product but thought it couldn't be too different?!?

I used the product Friday 07.02.20 night and Saturday 08.02.20 night to remove my make-up. Saturday morning my left eye was experiencing a rash underneath onto my cheek. Sunday it spread down to my jaw. But Monday both my eyes were completely covered in a unbearably itchy rash that was red and angry down the left side of my face and down my neck.

The state of me was hideous. I visited my GP on Monday seeking medical attention. I was put on a 9 day course of Prednisone, Polaramine, Telfast and clarentine.

I was in a state. Still am to be honest. What is in the product that could possibly give me this reaction? Sounds similar to what was in Banana Boat sunscreen that I had a similar reaction on my back.

I request a follow up to this complaint to [protected]@ecogreenep.com.au. I would like a refund and question your statement around skin comparability...
