Nike selling counterfeit nike products

This website advertises authentic Nike products but actually ships counterfeit products. They refuse to answer emails or even provide a return address. Paypal and the bank were useless in getting my money back because I still have the merchandise through no fault of my own! This website will not provide an address for you to return the counterfeit merchandise and then stated that if they did provide the address and the merchandise they received back was counterfeit, they wouldn't refund my money!

im happy that u clarified that this site was fake. though i thought it looked a bit suspicious i was still skeptic. i realized they was fake when i saw another website owned by them called warehouse madness .com selling products that nike never even made. Im sorry you had to go through it. I like uptempoair.com and premiumlacesny.com for my jays. i checked out a new site called sneakerpost as well who are also legit with good pricing. they charged my card and shipped out the same day and i got my shoes 3 days later. check em out

www.nike86.com is a scamer

I make payment 300usd through paypal to them for 15 jerseys, and they only ship out 1pc!

Stay away from them!

Nike cosumer service

Dear Sir,

I am writing in regards to my recent visit to the Nike store in Pavilion Shopping Mall, Kuala Lumpur in August 2009.

I have made a purchase of a pair of Nike sneakers which is an on sale item discounted for 30%. I did not manage to double check the purchase as payment was made, due to the huge mess on the check- out desk as staffs were conducting routine stock checks.

On the next day, we discovered both shoes differ noticeably in colour. After a telephone call to your store personnel, he mentioned without an apology, that it is common for promotional items to have defects. We did not receive any form of acknowledgement when making this purchase, thus we felt decepted as a trusting customer.

We were rudely serviced by 2 female sales personnel; also we were not given option other than to pick the remaining sizes but with the same kind of defect. It wasn’t until we insisted to meet the store manager then we were allowed to select another design.

It is important for me to stress that we were most upset to receive rude treatment from staff, when this could have been amicably solved between both parties. It is crucial that your company provides training for quality staff as appalling customer services does tarnish your reputation as a branded sports gear’s name. We were very distressed with this experience at your store; we will look forward to hear from you soon.

Nike unbearable smell

i received a pair of total ninety astro turf trainers as a present which i was really chuffed about, but after wearing them for four games only i cant use them any more as the smell of what can only be described as strong cat pee has made them unbearable and unusable. I am very dissapointed as i have played football at an amateur level since i was ten years old i am now thirty three years old and have always used nike boots or trainers, and have always reccomended your products to all my friends and team mates. I would be very gratefull if you would look into why this has happened and what nike is going to do to rectify this obviouse problem they have with this particular product. Many thanks Hugh kelly

Nike faulty nike air rift's

I am submitting this complaint because I am not happy with my nike air rift sandals. 4 weeks after purchasing them the inner soles have started coming out. The other fault with them is the velcro strap on them don't stick properly. I did not keep the receipt because I thought these problems would not ocurr. i bought 8 pairs of air jordans in one shot. 100 dollar shoes and 4 of them just make the loudest sqeeking sound that i wont wear them anymore and they are still brand new. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY NIKE

Nike trainers split

i bought a pair of nike ait max approx 3 months ago from sports direct..white rose centre..leeds the stitching had come away round the fronts and the left trainers has split right across the bottom i am not satisfied that i pay so much for a pair of trainers for them to end up like this in a matter of a few months and would like something done about it.

I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max 90 trainers on the 28th November 2012 and they received the on the 29th November and as of today I have still not received the trainers and despite sending several e-mails to them they don't respond back and no telephone number to contact them on. One very disapppointed son on Christmas Day as they were a Christmas present for him. This is obviously a scam website and I doubt very much that I will receive these trainers or even manage to get a refund.

Nike - Soles falling apart

I have several nike sneakers bought over 12years ago kept and never worn til today after a few hours of wearing the shoe they start to fall apart. I went through 2 pairs in two days. I've had other sneakers that lasted over 20years! This is the first experience i've had in any shoe that just fell apart. Nike has very poor products! And nike will not do...

Nike unauthorized charges

I had purchased High Pro SB lucky Nike Dunks from Nike-dunks.net, and I am frustrated with their service. My order was not delivered on time, and I did not even receive the same color which I had ordered. When I called up their customer care service, I was told that the required color is out of stock and the order can't be replaced. They even refused to refund my money.

Nike returned item (all ok) / no refund

In beginning of April 2009 I bought shoes (Nike Victory Shoes) from Nike.com (€65 price + €7 shipping). Fine. I ordered the same size I ordered from them 2 years ago. But when package come, size was much smaller then I expected, so I send it back.
On 24 of april I get e-mail conformation that they received my package back, everything is fine and they would like to refund my money if I provide bank information.

! I would like to notice: I send them EXACT information with all bank codes that I usually send to all people all over Europe to pay for ebay items if they dont have PayPal. I always copy from the same place and everybody was able to do money !

So I send my data to them and get e-mail that I can expect my money within 3-5 working days. Great (I thought). After two weeks and 9 working day I calling to Amsterdam office. Man politely asks to tell my bank data, I do, he confirms that all is correct and sometimes it take up to 7 workings days (I call after 9). Ok, I say, will wait for another week. Around end of May (month after money have to be on account) I ask them question through e-mail. Answer come after 3 days waiting: "Oh, automatic refund is failed. Can you please send us your bank data". I give it second time.
I wait for another month.

End of May. I send another e-mail asking where can I file a complaint and when money will be on account. First question gets ignored. 2nd one they just say it e-mail!: "You provided wrong bank data. Please, do it again." I did 3rd time and asked where exatly I get my €65 back (no answer). To second time question where can I file a complaint they said: "You can send it to us, we will send it through". Yeah, right!

2, 5 month and I don't know where can I file a complaint. Anybody idea? It's really disrespect to your customers.. they just walk over me (us) and where are my money? when I get it?

I recently purchased a pair of Nike, have had them for over 30 days and do not have my receipt or box. They are continuing to squeek, they have done this since I bought them and I thought I just needed to "break" them in however the problem continues everytime I wear them. Do you want them back or do I just eat 60 dollars worth of tennis shoes?

Nike expensive garbage

How do I file an official complaint with nike about a product I purchased?

I bought a very expensive pair of nike acgs and I have had them for probably 4 years but have only worn them half a dozen times. They look and smell new. Today I wore them and when I came home I kept finding new trails of white particles. I am wondering where this is coming from.. Then I see a chunk of what appears to be chalk. My wife says, look at your shoe. The soles of both my shoes are literally coming loose from the body and the tread and a large chunk of the white "rubber" has come off the side of my shoe sole. What? So the materials are so cheap that they disintegrate if you don't wear the shoe? I can imagine that in combination with cheap third world labor. I need no more convincing. Nike is only a name of a great product that existed for a short time awhile ago. The products that bear the name are now just some more of the garbage that is manufactured by whoever will do the work the cheapest in our new "global economy" and display a name that commands absurdly high prices. I will no longer support these products but I do feel entitled to a new pair of shoes I can actually have the opportunity of trying to wear out by wearing them. Any clue as to who I write at nike to get a response?

You could technically write a few emails to them ( http://www.nike.com/renov/nikestore/us/v1/us/en/info/help.jsp ), or even do a live chat with an agent, and patiently wait for a response - or better yet, a resolution. If you don't get the same world-class customer service treatment as what their prices look like, then contact the BBB. A faulty product is not only a terrible matter in itself, but it's also a major safety issue for the user. If they don't do anything about it then advertise this situation on any social sites, maybe even make a video of your issue and post it on youtube! Drag those dirt-bags through the same mud they are dragging you through now!

Nike took my money ran

I purchased a part of shoes from nikeselling.com and i waited a couple day and got no tracking number. I disputed on paypal and they emailed and asked i still wanted the shoes. I like a idiot said "yes". So i close dispute and they gave me a tracking number. I wait 3 more days and i contacted them only and they said that the factory shipped it late. It has been 9 days and the tracking is fake and they will not resond to any emails. THE ARE A SCAM DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I put my order in on March 3, 2010 and money was taking out of my account on March 5, 2010 and I still have not received a tracking number or email saying my order has shipped. I have been looking up my order number on their site and it says it is processing but it has been saying that.

The first one was ok, 7 business day for delivery
The 21th January 2010, i made an order for 2 jordan shoes, and i'm still waiting for the delivery
I didn't received any tracking Number
My account was debited for 130.62 US dollars, and they told me they didn't received anything?!
The name of the company that appears on my account reporting is : Net Shopping Center
I believe this company has my money but they don't transfer anything to nikeselling.com
Whatever, that is nor normal to don't have any assistance from nikeselling!

Nike poor quality for price

I have been running with Nike Air Max since the end of the 80's. I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max in Great Britain. They shoes were manufactoried in Vietnam, but I did not thing that the Quality should be any different, because the shoes are very expensive aprroximatly 150 euro.
Since I have been running with these shoes I have been having extreme problems with my left foot. It was so bad that when I got out of bed in the morning I could barely walk. Never in a million years did I think it could be the shoes. I would take a break from running until my foot felt better, then I would try again. this went on for about a six month period until I finally thought that it could only be the shoes. I bought a new pair and to my amazment it was the shoes.
So, what do I do with an expensive pair of running shoes that I paid good money for...? Good it be it is because they are now manufactored in Vietnam? Does Nike really care? Can someone send the shoes back for inspection.

I bought a Arsenal 2010/2011 football top and the Fly emirates stickers on the front are falling off. You made the same mistake on he old [protected] kits how could you make the same mistake the top was £41.00 and it was VERY poor and badly made

Every single pair od nike's I have bought for not less than $80 have fallen apart, the toe rubber comes off the plastic around the shoes comes unglued, they suck.. I did hear you can go to nike company and get new shoes...?

Nike inventory size for women

Good day,
I just left the nike store located in riverhead n. Y. In the tanger outlet mall. I have been shopping at this mall for over 15 years and i always go into the nike store and have a relatively excellent time shopping. I am the type of individual than enjoy the art of shopping especially at a great price. I never had any complaints. Until now! I noticethat not only did they change the store around (That wasn't the problem) . They have much less of a variety of women clothing! Its horrible!. When you first walk into the store, on the entire right side is all clothing for men. In the middle of the store, you have, clothing for men. In the back of the store, where they have the sneakers (Great choices) , you guessed it! Mostly for men!On the left hand side you have a long and wide area for the cashier and the area where the line forms. After that you have the women area which is divided in half because they also have clothing for children! Now that is soooo unfair! Why is there an entire side for men and not even one - fourth of a side for women. We all know that women shop and work out more than men! Not to sound sexist but i believe that this store is sexist! I will continue to shop there but i do believe that this store needs to restock their inventory and recogize that women love nike!

i am unable to purchase shoes of size "europe 48" as the same are being very very scantily stocked at the retail outlets. And those that are availbale are very very costly and also not suited for my needs.

my son bought a pair of nike mercuriel puple/white football boots to start using for this season (sept) and uses them 2 times a week. They have started to split on the white area on both boots. They cost 58.00 and I am disguisted at the short length of time they have lasted.

My other son bought at the same time Adidas adinova boots and uses them the same amount of time costing 21.00 and they are still in perfect condition

Nike buy from any store but finish line

Stay away from purchasing shoes from Finish Line. If you purchase a pair of shoes, even if they cost $159.99 they will make sure they are impossible to return. We bought a pair of these shoes for my daughter. The shoes were 1/2 size too big. We live 4 hours (one way) away from this store, with the closest store being 3 hours (one way) away from us. We cannot mail the shoes to them or the main company for a refund or replacement. We have to drive 8 hours to take care of this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. BUY FROM FOOTLOCKER OR ANY OTHER ATHLETIC SHOE STORE.

Nike stitching

hi there i bought a pair of nike air max jr for my daughter just after christmas and now im having to replace them as the stiching has come away on both shoe's, i understand that kids footwear and clothes don't last but you expect from brand like nike that they would be a bit stronger, i don't often buy my children expensive trainers as they do get ruined but on this occastion im disgusted with them i have the trainers and will keep them, just in case someone does contact me about this matter
