Hello my name is Peter, I have been a customer to Nike for over 20 years. I wear all your attire and have owned many pairs of shoes branded by Nike. This is the first time I have ever reached out and had a complaint, but it's something that is very frustrating. Just under 6 months ago I purchased Nike AirMax from one of your stores, it's probably my 20th pair. I rarely go running in them and they are lightly used for I have other shoes in rotation. Just today I was walking through the mall and I had twisted my ankle and had fallen to the floor. When I picked myself back up I noticed there was a huge hole in the side sole of my shoe. Because of the defect in the shoe it cussed me to lose balance and my ankle to shift. As I walk on my right foot, air continues to "squeak out the side". These shoes are not cheap and it's frustrating that I cannot wear them anymore. It would be nice if you guys could compensate me for a new pair of Nike AirMax, for I do love your brand.
