Nike athletic shoe #737472

Hello,

I purchased some Nike athletic shoes at TJ Maxx in West Chester, Ohio on August 22, 2019. I began to wear them a few weeks ago. The top of the shoes around the ankle are so high that they touch the bone on my ankles. They never loosened up either. They are so high and tight that I have bruises on my ankles when I work out or walk in them. I am very disappointed in this product since I now cannot even wear them. I have had many pairs of Nike athletic shoes and have always been happy with them so am very surprised at this lack of quality design.

Is there any way I can get some sort of a refund for these? They did not come in a box as most at TJ Max do not and it is past their return period. I tried to wear them so I doubt they would take them back.

Nike shoes

I bought a pair if shoes. It was in my car and car was parked in open area. Shoes remaibed in car for 3 to 4 days. Due to sun heat shoes are de-shaped. The soles are completely damage due to the glue melt. I didn't find any such instruction about the not keeping the shoes in sun light. I claimed the new pair and I was told that it's not the manufacturing fault.
My claims basis is that no clear instructions were provided for the shoes usage. It's abnormal that shoe gets melted in sun. The temperature in my city islamabad Pakistan went on maximum to 41 degree centigrade. Since its not normal that shoes get melted like this and the instructions were not provide hence I am claiming the shoes.
You are requested to consider my request and instruct Pakistan head office to facilitate me .
Shoe model is Run all day purchased in March (receipt lost) and claimed in September. It was bought from the main store of Nike in Islamabad in blue area.

Nike nike shoes (tekkies)

Good day,

I am very disappointed in your running shoes. I am in the fitness industry and buy alot of Nike products especially the tekkies and I pay alot of money for it ! The last two pairs of tekkies both tore holes on the sides. The previous pair the material tore so bad I had to throw them away. That was only after 4 months not even wearing them everyday as I usually rotate between all my pairs. Then I bought a new pair again, spending alot of money AGAIN, and the same thing is now happening to these on both shoes after only wearing them for not even two months and not every day!

How is this possible?! My other pairs of nike shoes does not do this and Ive worn hem more as they are much older. I have photos but it does not want to upload.

I love the brand and always recommend my clients to buy the Nike brand but now I am not so sure anymore?!

This is unacceptable.

Nike nike golf shoes

Dear Nike

I ordered Nike golf shoes on the 3/10/2018. I paid for shipping and was told it would be delivered between 7/10/2018 and 15/10/2018. order number #GO72236673.

On the 15/10/2018 I contacted you guys via the online chat. I have the transcript copy. In this discussion I was told that my shoes have been shipped and on their way and you sent me a 15 percent discount code as an apology. I accepted this and waited for my shoes to arrive.

Today 16/10/2018 I followed up to get a estimated date of arrival, as I have promised these shoes to friends as gifts for their birthdays. I contacted again through the online platform and have the transcripts. However this time, I am told no you are out of stock and that I will be refunded. I do not want a refund nor did I ever ask for one. However this is in contrast to the previous communication of telling me they have been shipped on their way. How can they be on their way but also out of stock.

So I phoned the South African help line to ask about my order. When speaking to a lady and the call was recorded. She informed me no, my shoes are packaged to go and in stock however there is a technical problem and she is not allowed to deliver them so I will be refunded. Again this is not I want and the 3rd different story I have been told by Nike. Not looking good...

Let me tell you, what I think happened. The shoes have been miss priced on the nike website and I noticed with many other people. (shoes where priced around 300 rand per set) You guys have only now picked up on the error and instead of delivering on the advertised price that I have fully paid for upfront. You coming up with a lot of stories about technical issues, out of stock and not shipped just so I get a refund and you do not make a loss on the sale.

This is illegal and I have all the recordings and transcripts to prove it. This is so embarrassing from Nike and is rubbish. I hope to either get a voucher so I can purchase the same amount of golf shoes or have those shoes I ordered delivered. I will be turning to social media and many golf platforms I am on and informing people of how you have not fulfilled your promise.

I own so much Nike sports gear and this is such a disappointment.

Nike nike air monarchs

I bought a pair of Nike air monads. When I wear them they keep filling up with these little pieces of rubber. I bought them a while back but just started wearing them, so I can't take them back. I hope this stops soon . I wear them to work out and it keeps hurting the bottoms of my feet, so I have to stop and empty them out. It does it mainly when I try to jog. I'm 69 so I don't run. Nike air monarchs with neon green trim

Have owned 7 pair, when this design came out I liked it but these are not the same as my other air monarchs, I nev r had to break in Nikes' before, but 4 hours is all I can wear these and I went back to my old pair for comfort at work(see photo).I have always found these to e the most comfortable shoes at a fair price. Why is there such a difference in shoes or was this a bad batch. At 61 years of age, I have never written a complaint before, but I am quite curious as to what to problem is. The shoes are available if you want them back.

Nike divisive advertising campaign

Until you start running ad campaigns that promotes unity and togetherness I will not be purchasing your products for myself or my family.

I think that intentionally slighting a large portion of American customers must mean that you are not interested in their business. I will also be shorting your stock and look forward to profiting off of your short sighted ad campaign.

Nike offensive advertising campaign

Dear Nike,

Due to your recent decision to pursue a Colin Kaepernick/resistance advertising campaign, which is highly offensive to me, I regret to inform you that I will no longer be spending $2, 000+ per year on your products. My remaining lifetime purchases will total $0.00.

I sincerely hope that sales steadily decline for your company and that you actually learn a lesson about offending half or more of your consumer base with your politically charged advertising. I know the lesson-learning part is just wishful thinking, but I can dream.

Nike air max 97 / plus - ah8144002 breaking parts

Hello my name is Candida Gazzera and I'm writing you from Turin Italy.
I'm a Nike customer.
Recently I bought and expensive pair of shoes to my son AIR MAX 97 / PLUS - AH8144002 size 7 (with black-orange plastic parts) € 184 at the Foot Locker in Turin, Via Roma, Italy.
Since day 1 my son came back to me saying that these parts are worn and are breaking day by day.
We immediatly went back to the shop but they said not to worry about that.
I'm contacting you directly to understand what to do and what to expect in the next weeks using this pair of shoes day by day.
I'm attaching pictures in order to have you understanding our problem.
In the past we bought other Nike shoes cheaper than these and we had no problem.

Nike air force ones high top. white

I have always choose Nike until now..ok I am single parent 5 kids so not often can I afford new shoes for myself cuz kids r first so I was excited bout 8 months ago when I could afford the air Force ones. Till only 1 month later the bottom cracked in 2 different spot so if it was wet out my feet got wet I was so upset not to mention my daughter got the same kind and I sware hers did the same. IM NOT AFTER FREEBIES BUT YALL NEED TO KNOW IT WAS CRAP. ANd most us don't got money to just run out grab another pair

Nike nike flex supreme tr6

I cross-train five days a week and LOVE Nike training shoes for the super comfort, agility, and balance with which they provide me. I have extremely narrow and bony feet and I've always found it difficult to find training shoes narrow enough to provide me with the support and fit I need. My new Nike Flex Supreme TR6 shoes are not marked as a size 9 "narrow". However the design of the laces, which have a secondary string interlaced below the surface of the shoe and outside of the regular lace holes, enable me to tighten the shoe enough so that I have sufficient foot support. I was extremely disappointed therefore, when the other day, just a couple of months after having purchased them, I attempted to tie my right shoe and discovered that the "inner string" which helps me tighten sufficiently, had come loose from wherever it is attached below the surface of the shoe, and was hanging out atop the regular laces! Frustrated, I reached inside the shoe in the lace area to determine if I could reattach the tightening string, but I could not. I attempted then to manipulate the string by trying to tie it to the regular lace to see if that would help tighten the shoe. It did not. Instead, all I could do was pull and tie the regular laces as much as I could hoping to achieve the support I need to train comfortably and safely. However, I could not and my right foot remained loose and wiggly inside the shoe. Consequently, I've been less stable during my workouts while wearing them and I've resorted to just wearing an older pair of training shoes I have. Is there a way that I can fix or repair this string on my own without having to bring it to a shoe repair store? I did not exert extreme pressure in tying my shoes and did not separately pull on the tightening string, but it broke anyway. I had been raving to others about my new Nike trainers, but now and dismayed and disenchanted with them. Is there a procedure by which I could send the shoes to Nike for repair? Again, it is only the right shoe, the left one is fine. I've attached some photos I took of my feet in the shoes after the string broke. As you can see, the right shoe looks wider than the left throughout the length of the foot, but especially at the mid-section near the bottom of my toes.
I thank you for your time and attention and hope to hear back from you about how I may remedy this situation at as little cost as possible to me.

Nike tekkies

Good day.

I bought myself nike tekkies which didn't even last a year, a piece on the bottom part of my shoe was torned off. I jog reguraly and all my previous tekkies was Nike. This is the first time I experienced this poor quality. I am very disappointed as this is my go to brand and I would refer Nike anyday. Could you please assist as I had to save a lot to be able to buy these shoes. I have photos available.

Nike recent advertising campaign

Dear Sirs:

I am just letting you know that today I've made my first of many future purchases at the Under Armour store here in Chesterfield, Missouri.

I have been a loyal Nike customer since I ran the first of my seven marathons back in the 80's. Since you chose to use Colin Kaepernick as the face of the Nike brand, I will no longer ever purchase your products.

Your association with this individual is very disappointing. He does not represent any of my values and is the antithesis of a warrior or sports hero who "gave up everything" for his values.

I realize I am only one person, but I wanted to share my thoughts with you for what they are worth.

Nike nike roshe women shoe

I bought Nike Roche shoes in December, it being only 8 months old the material on top of the shoe has started to tore.

I am quite disappointed, the fact that I paid a lot of money for these shoes and after 8 months they are worn out.

I have other Nike shoes that I have been wearing for 2 years and everything is still proper on them.

It will not be possible for me to get them fixed and I will have to buy new ones, really disappointed that these expensive shoes didn't last long :(

I purchased Nike trainers in August from Edgars in Ermelo South Africa for R999.99 on our account. After one month there developed a tear in the material which has gotten bigger on the side of the shoe. I did not keep the slip as we did not expect to have to return them but still have ghe box with the price on it. As the quality of Nike shoes is usually very good I asked at the store if the could look at a quality problem and it was declined by the Manager on duty. She told me my daughter must have damaged it herself and she will not consider it as a quality issue and would not entertain the request. I request that the quality of the product be checked as I feel that they should last longer than 3 months.

As she is not a quality expert I feel she has no right to decide and should have at least sent it to the factory or QC to review but would rather try and make me look like I am taking a chance almost like a thief and feel that is totally unacceptable and unfair. My account record can be checked and you will see it is always up to date and am not someone who regularly asks for credit. I would like to complain against this store and also I will lay a complaint with Nike direct for the bad product received and let them know how their distrubutors treat customers that come in with their product complaints

Nike nike shoes

Ive never spent $60 on a pair of shoes because I was a single mother with four kids living on disability. Recently I got a pair of $60 Nikes that were a gift from mom now exwife. I've worn them maybe six times because they're white and I didn't/don't want to get them stained. Well, I was handwashing them with a soft wash cloth and just warm soapy water, when the Nike signs on the outside instep of the shoe just came off with one light wipe across it. Can you imagine my horror? Raising kids on disability, I had to put myself last no matter the circumstance because they always did and always will come first. Would i like to have Nike shirts, Nike shoes, Nike everything? Hell yes! Because I always have and always will like the Nike brand. My kids wore it faithfully because they got school clothing vouchers from the WVDHHR. And I don't know how or if you would just run specials around the time school comes back in but I was always able to buy them Nike's because I could always find it on sale. Thank god! because in my neck of the woods bullying is swept under the rug instead of dealt with. And I'm sure you know as well as I do and my children do that if you don't have designer clothes you get picked on, you get bullied, and treated like an outcast. My kids love your brand! and sadly, I've never worn your brand because I couldn't afford it for myself and to be honest I still can't. But when I was buying your brand for my kids I rarely had any type of problems with the things that I bought them. With that being said, can you now imagine my disappointment when I finally got a pair of Nike shoes of my very own and they're falling apart already. I mean if I can't even wipe them off lightly with a washcloth, how would I ever completely wash them? I can't! I definitely don't want them falling apart completely.. i've attached two pictures of the instep of my shoes to show you exactly what happened to them. It's pretty sad when I couldnt afford Nike's as a child and now even as an adult but this is my experience when I do finally get to wear your brand. 😞😞 I would really appreciate some sort of response to this so I know I haven't gone unnoticed or ignored..

Nike customer service

I have recently been through a number of back surgeries and require comfortable clothing. While online shopping the Nike Tech Fleece caught my eye. Unfortunately finding a ladies size small has been very difficult. I called a couple of stores to locate a pair. I was told by a store associate at Guildford Mall that they had a couple of grey sweatpants I was looking for but once I got there they could not find any. Today I contacted the Metrotown store which is one hour away from my home to enquire about the pants I was looking for. The lady associate advised they had plenty of small and would put my pants on hold. Once I got there I was advised that they did not have my size! I was so upset that I drove all the way to Burnaby from Abbotsford to be disappointed when I confirmed earlier that product was in stock. I ended up buying another pair of pants but I am very upset with the lot level of customer service that Nike has provided me. I feel the least the store could of done is offer me a discount.

Nike poor customer service at nike.com

Ordered 2 pair of nike id air force 1 tennis shoes.in an email received from nike after the order was placed online, the shoes were to be to me on or before oct 1, 2018. Oct 3, 2018, they send me an email stating that the order would not be to me until nov 13, 2018. (six weeks late!)
So, I cancelled the order oct 3, 2018, and had to deal with 2-3 of their customer reps on the phone that tried to bully me into not cancelling the order. It took me over an hour to cancel the order. This was terrible customer service from nike.com, and in the end the reps I had to deal with to cancel the order were absolutely unapologetic about it. And, how about this for a lame excuse — one of the reps claimed they ran out of leather just before they were going to build my shoes, as per my nike id order. Wow-

Nike vaporfly 4% - unethical behaviour

Vapourfly 4% is a very high cost shoe released in low numbers despite a high demand. Unless you are sponsored by Nike or live in the States you have no chance to buy the shoe unless it is in odd sizes US8 or smaller. You cannot pre-order the shoe and cannot be notified when the shoe will be released (except of course for US customers). And yet Nike are promoting this shoe globally to drum up interest with marketing material, including smses. When the shoes suddenly appears on the Nike Malaysia or Nike UK sites, without notice, the shoe is not available in the popular sizes. We can only imagine that those sizes are reserved for US customers. So Nike hang the carrot, but it is just a hologram.
Nike promote themselves as a global brand, but this policy shows Nike's contempt of its foreign customers and the lack of support offered to some of their most loyal followers. Frankly, Nike do not deserve customers like my 16 old son, who is a great brand ambassador of them.

i agree...i live in Greece. The shoe was unavailable in most of sizes just 2 hours after the official release. I am searching it in whole Europe. I called nike in Greece and the have no idea of how to find it, or how to pre - order, or even when numbers will be available again. Nike behaves in a very close way and informs and sells the good shoes only in a few selected people...
They advise to buy all other available models...Thanks but it is not right! At least they should inform us, in their news, when is going to be available on line or on nike local stores for common people like us!
