Nike Nike sports bra

I purchased this sports bra at the Nike store in DesMoines, IA. It seems to have a really strong smell to it without even being worn. I have tried washing it and letting it air dry as well as drying it and nothing is getting the smell out. It smells like chemicals or burnt rubber, but it is very strong. I cannot wear it because of this..It would be nice to somehow be compensated for this, I would even send in the bra. It is size L.

Nike Women's joyride running shoe

This shoe was purchased as a christmas gift at dicks sporting good.
The pillow under the ball of her foot is super thin, she has not worn them excessively, she is not a runner. I feel like they were a waste of 180.00. She loves the shoe. She is a college student that was sent home during the pandemic so she only wore them when she worked as a hostess at a small diner. I don't feel that they should have worn out with so little wear. Can you advise why this would have happened or if they could have been faulty. She is in the process of trying to save enough to replace them

Nike Nike Airmax 720 BETRUE

I want to lay a complaint about the shoe I recently bought at Nike store .The shoe is not in a correct manner the shoe I bought it ON the 25 of November 2019 as we speak is totally torn apart I ve examined the shoe by putting it in the water that is were I saw the problem of the shoe .To my surprise I went straight to the shop I got the Assistance Manager by the name of Preneesha she works in Mall of Africa Nike shop so the treatment was very poor in regards this I want to know what to do reason being the price of the shoes does is not like the way the shoe was supposed to last. Nike A nail in my right shoe

Last december I bought a pair of running shoes, I used them almost every day to run and yesterday I felt a pain near my right toes, in three different times I feel a stabbing pain
After running I checked the shoes and I found a shoe nail sticking out and you can feel it with the hand it is in the middle of the shoe
Also, I think it is a very dangerous situation. I could have caused great damage to my foot. I felt a piercing pain and a hole in my foot very painful. I always use nike all my life this is very dangerous please write back to

Nike Shirt and customer service

I have a new slogan for Nike - Can't Do It!
I ordered a $50 shirt from Nike.com. When I received it there was a big hole in the middle of the chest; it looked like it got caught in a conveyor belt and severely damaged - although the package itself was not damaged.
I went online to start the return - one of Nike's suggestions was to return it to a store - not helpful since the stores are closed due to COVID-19. Nike apparently can't update its website.
I then tried to follow on-line instructions to initiate a claim/return - I could not make that work either. Nike can't provide instructions that I could make work.
So I called their customer service number and after being on hold for a very extended time frame connected with a polite, but inadequate, customer service rep who initiated the return, but would only provide a shipping label where I had to drop the package off at UPS. I explained that my state was under stay at home orders and that I could not drop the package off without violating those orders. I requested a UPS pick0up at my home - she replied she can't do that.
I asked for a supervisor who I waited about 30 minutes to talk to. The supervisor in my opinion was arrogant and rude. She also could not provide for at home UPS pick-up; even though I explained Amazon does it.
I asked for a higher-level contact - she couldn't provide one. I asked for some one from corporate to call me.
Executive customer service sent me an email the next day -apparently, they can't call. The email said they can't provide for UPS at home pick-up and didn't provide an alternative solution.
This leaves me feeling like Nike doesn't care enough to properly communicate with their customers to resolve issues. After all their the ones who shipped a shirt with a big hole in the chest. Come on Nike take a little responsibility and fix the problem you caused! Just Do IT!
I believe Nike has earned a new slogan - Nike Can't Do It!

Nike Check fraud

At 11:45am 3/5/20 $607.94 was stolen from my bank account with my tax money located on my card in s specific bank account and I have never had this issue before with my money being taken directly out of my account that I didn't authorize. What hurt even more, is when I found that this criminal that commits fraud spent my $607.94 at nike.com on 3/5/20. Card was cancelled and I do have a new one, although I was the 3rd victim on 3/5/20 that money was stolen remotely from a bank account.

Nike Air 270 shoes

I paid $150.00 for a pair of nike air 270 extreme shoes and I hate them. They squeaks when I walk like they are busted at the bottom. Very irritating noise and everyone stares as I walk past them. I wear a size 12 shoe and I don't make much money so I feel that i've invested in the worst time of my life and I cant get that back. Please nike help me. I cant afford to buy a new pair of shoes

Nike Moral compass

Dear management,
I am reaching a date that forever changed my life. It was the exposure of the sexual abuse of an athlete that you employ for advertising even after his actions done to me and many many women in Phoenix. It saddens me that as a victim who was able to fight and win in court to maintain my emergency harassment injunction against this person, I find that keeping clients on your payroll or in your company logo after it is shown that they are a threat to a woman, even if the police failed to make an arrest due to celebrity status and political fall out. I am not a #me too woman. I am a woman who is a professional who has taught for 25 years, continues to teach at the same location to fight for my dignity and truth. That has been successful. This person was hired and then fired due to a circumstance that behind the scenes of truth gave me some closure. He should never be around kids or women at any school. All I ask is that you consider the standards you place your brand on for marketing. I beg you to consider who you use in marketing. my students wear your best, show them the products stand for something more than a name.

Nike lack of women's basketball shorts

I am writing a complaint because as a teen girl basketball player, I can hardly ever find women's basketball shorts in Nike stores or in places that sell Nike. I really love the youth basketball shorts, but soon enough, I won't fit in those sizes as I continue my basketball career. I was starting a new basketball season and in need of new basketball shorts so I went to the Houston Nike outlet. I asked a worker if they had any basketball shorts in women's sizes. She said "No, but we have these." She pointed to pairs of running shorts. I said thanks. I found a great pair of youth shorts but as I stated earlier, I won't fit in those forever as I'm growing. In conclusion, I would love it if you could expand your selection of basketball shorts for women. Thanks.

Nike shoes

This pair of shoes (Nike Air) is less than a year old and still has lots of sole tread remaining...the issue is that the outside edge or the right shoe has developed a rip/or tear where the shoe needs to bend due to foot action...I would think this is a defect as I have owned other Nike products and this did not occur...I would suggest that you replace these or send some type of credit to rectify this situation. I am a shareholder (Anthony J Zierer) and hope you treat all customers the same.

Nike rude store manager

I was at Fairview Mall this morning (Tuesday, December 17) with my adult English Speaking class. This class consists of mothers who are learning to speak English. I took 4 moms/1 child each into the Nike Store and I had approached one of the staff at Nike to let them know that 2 of my students would ask them a question about a product in the store each, for practice. They were very helpful! The store was not busy at that time because it was around 10:30am on a Tuesday morning so I knew we were not disrupting anyone else in the store. As there were 2 other students who were not participating in the discourse, they were just standing in the store and their children occasionally went out to the mall and they followed the kids, but came back. Just as we finished the conversation with the second student and clerk, on my way out, the manager approached me and asked how many in our group were going to be there because they were coming in and out and effecting the electronic store counter. I was polite (because it was awkward) and said only 2 were practicing and we were on our way now, "but numbers were good for the records, right?" His response was no, because it didn't mean sales. I was shocked, but laughed it off and we left. I was so glad the students didn't really understand his rude comment because I am also promoting the politeness of Canadian culture. In every other store in the mall, the clerks and managers were AMAZING. They were so patient with the students and were happy to help, going further by explaining things slowly and asking the students questions! When I think of your manager and his snippy attitude, especially at Christmas time when pretty much EVERYONE browses around stores. Some of our students actually did buy things in the stores we visited - who was he to assume we weren't going to purchase just because we were practicing . It was a jerk move on his part to stop me on my way out to say that, and I think Nike can certainly do better than this guy, as he clearly has no idea about the concept of customer service.

To Clarify and Upate: I was extremely polite to him as he stopped me while we were walking out. "Laughed it off" means to take a negative comment and act like it's a normal jovial conversation to alleviate how weird it was for someone to stop someone who is already walking out, to tell them off. He wanted to make a point that he was irritated by our 3 minute questions even though he was not there at the time (he came from the back area). If I had not told the store staff about my students to give them a heads up, the moms would have been like regular customers who can't speak English - it was that nonintrusive. The only reason I told the store staff was because I would be standing by watching and marking the moms for evaluation. As for an appointment, it never occurred to me to make an appointment to browse in a store...
Adult ESL classes are supposed to be reality based. We can practice all we want with each other, but our comfort level changes and is more realistic with strangers. We get nervous and our natural abilities, or deficits, come through in real situations. I did not let the moms know about the jerk comment, so they were oblivious to that incident because their 3 minute interaction was finished and we were walking out. And I'm sure they have dealt with rudeness and discrimination before (we all have), so no need for an additional lesson. AS I SAID, some actually did buy in other stores because, as it's a reality based curriculum with adult ESL, if they needed something, they bought it. …. I suppose none of us have business shopping in a store if we don't walk out with a purchase. The other day I went to Sport Chek looking for sweatpants for my son, but couldn't find what I wanted so left without purchasing and I guess I had no business going there! Public spaces can be so complicated. But I digress... The next day in class, the 15 students talked about their experiences at the mall (no, I never mentioned the Nike conversation because it was irrelevant to their experience - it was my experience) and everyone was so happy and thankful for the experiences. I didn't follow the higher level students who went in stores in groups of 2 or 3, with specific things they needed to ask and report to me later (gift recommendations, holiday sales, holiday return policy information, etc). Many said they were scared to speak with store clerks before this. One of my students, who I consider high enough level to have a good, English conversation said that before this, she had never spoken to a store clerk and always had her husband speak for her. She was very proud of herself! But, as you said, I have no right teaching new Canadians English, so I will reevaluate my own career choices. Maybe you are right and they should not try outside of a safe, classroom environment. Like everyone, I am always learning, so will take your comments into consideration. P.S. I contacted the mall manager regarding the situation and she was honest, polite and responsive. We both agreed it was a teaching moment for all and everyone, including the store manager, is better off for it. He didn't get reprimanded, just informed and I was happy with the result. We are all adults here. Hope your holidays have been good. Happy New Year

I placed an order back in february 2018. I never received the shoes but received the t shirt and was told I couldn't get my money back or get the shoes because its been over 6 months. I order shoes from all around the world and some times it takes months to get them this particular shoes I happen to look at my orders and realized they never came but was payed for please help.

Nike nike customer service

I was given false information from a Nike rep before placing an order. The information that the rep gave me was against Nike's return and exchange policy. This resulted in me purchasing a pair of cleats that are the wrong size and that I am unable to exchange. I am disappointed because I asked many detailed questions before I placed the order and the rep assured me that I would be able to make the exchange. I think that Nike should allow me to make the exchange and then speak to their reps about providing correct info. When I called and ask to speak with a supervisor I was transferred to a non-working number.

Nike customer service

I tried to order 3 items on line and applied a promotion code that was valid that day. i then decided I wanted to add a fourth item but the promotion code would not apply to the item I had added. I tried to delete the items and put them back into the basket to re apply the promotion code to all four items. It still would not apply. So I tried using a work email address to see if that would work. After a number of attempts I was locked out and not able to order the items (totalling over £500). I have phoned your customer service department 4 times over a period of 6 weeks and the issue has not been resolved. My account remains locked and I really wanted those items for Christmas.

I think it is shocking customer service. I want to spend a significant amount of money with you and presumably it is relatively simple to unlock an account.

I would like a further discount for the time and trouble I have been caused by your companys inability to resolve this issue, and I would like my account unlocked.

My 11- year -old son wore these shoes for 3 weeks and after sending them to Nike this the letter I received. 3 weeks that's it!

Nike kd trey 5 vii size 11.5

My son went to practice today November 29th 2019 at his High School in El Paso Texas. While running drills he stopped pivoted and cut back. The sole of his KD Trey 5 tore and separated from the upper part of the shoe causing my son to turn his ankle. Thankfully he was not seriously injured. Clearly your shoes have not improved since the disaster that was Zion Williams Duke incident. I spent $89 for the shoes on November 4th only 25 days ago. I will be returning these to Academy Sports in hopes of getting a full refund.

Nike nike womens vapormax [protected]

I have worn Nike sneakers for approx 30 years now and after purchasing the women's pure platinum attic pink vapoumax's for close to $300 I am very unhappy. After only 1 week the air had popped in the right shoe followed soon by the other shoe. The loops on the lace guide have all snapped and both shoes on the sole have split between the heel and forefoot section what can be done about this as I have never had such a bad experience with a Nike product

Nike nike zoom all out

I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years and now married with 2 boys my Nike and or Jordan purchases yearly are much greater. I bought 2 pairs of Zoom All Outs last year. I love them and like all previous Nike purchases in my life have never had any issues with my shoes. That is until yesterday when the heel air pocket blew out while out shopping. Today my hip and back are quite sore as this failure of the shoe left me away from home with no backups. After doing research reached out for warranty info but was disappointed to find out my shoe was 3 weeks beyond the 2 year window. Really? These were daily shoes, not running shoes or abused shoes, just simply to work and back home. They failed and as a long time customer who has never contacted you for help I'm disappointment some sort of help couldn't be offered. I understand I am 1 person and don't matter much, but with 5-6 pairs of shoes purchased for my household yearly and they had always been Nike that adds up. So I'm not asking for a handout, just some sort of resolution to ease the replacement cost of a pair of shoes that obviously failed prematurely.

Nike this store’s manager and cashier they have a bad attitude and racial discrimination!

I am a pregnant woman, and today is my birthday, my nike app has a coupon code, so I want to buy shoes. However, Melisa didn't have a smile or a birthday blessing at the checkout. She was very fierce and refused to use the coupon code. I was very unhappy. I asked the manager Dan to ask other staff members to serve me. As a result, the manager Dan canceled my purchase. He was very Loudly saying ugly words and "come out!", I am very angry and disappointed, I have always liked Nike very much, but this purchase experience makes me very sad, and I also worry about your company, your company's high-quality international image Was affected, I hope your company will let this kind of staff leave, don't let customers chill!

Nike plus size women performance profit leggings

I wore these pants once and wash them once..the band on the back of the pant tore apart. I ordered these pants and I don't remember when because it took me about a month to wear them so I contacted Nike because I would like a credit for the leggings.Also the Nike logo on the left side it's starting to peel off I've white Nike before I have several pieces including sneakers and for some reason these pants the quality is horrible I've never had any other problems before with any Nike garments or sneakers
