In late November I took a sponsored listing for my dog walking/sitting company. It was only last week that I discovered my dog walking/sitting company had been listed as a 'Home Renovation Expert'. I immediately reported this to Nextdoor who just kept telling on how to adjust this but nothing worked. I finally called Nextdoor and got the answering machine telling me to go back to the website. I left a message and while no-one called me back I received an email from Heath at Nextdoor offering a couple of solutions. One solution was to give him permission to cancel my listing and buy a new one. He asked me to let him know if this was okay. I said yes and one he had cancelled it and I took a new listing. I sent him the details as he was going to reimburse me for the initial listing on a pro rated basis. I have yet to hear back.

However, to add insult to injury the new listing once again has my dog walking/sitting company listed as a 'Home Renovation Expert'. This is severely hurting my brand.

I have never encountered such bad customer service

Understand they banned me then I had to find a work around to get my complaint though...

I am not able to use site Contact Us form! I am suspended!
No man or woman returned my last emails on past cases.

I would like to know for the record. My third time to request this true and correct information.
Why I have been suspended and censored and why I have not been given a clear and true reason for this suspension and censorship of a American state national.
I have jump though hoops to get my ID to your satisfaction and still censored. The reason Nextdoor representative has given for delay.
I proved beyond a doubt my status as a American state national given the name Juan Jose Daly. You have my complete certified & authenticated DS-11 passport process.
I will guess not one man or woman has proven ID as I have with my documents from the Department of State/ State Department.
I believe I am not being given equal treatment as a American state national.
I have done nothing more or less then any other man or woman on this site. I treat every man & woman with the respect they deserver. Nothing I posted was false or misleading. Nothing I said was more or less outrages then what I have read on Nextdoor.
I believe I have not been treated fairly or with equality.
Now I am made to wait to be release from this form of shadow banning of a American state national or a true and correct reason for this suspension.
For the record, a true and correct reason, why is Juan Jose of the House Daly being suspended and censored off of Nextdoor? Which guideline was broken and, if content, what was untrue or misleading that was posted?

NEXTDOOR Complaint ...

Talk about excessive greediness. "Nextdoor" masks as an innocuous service. But now show their true colors by reaching far beyond community posts.

"NOW" they are charging for any post for people just looking for work. The fees in my local area are $8, 940 annually. That's cruel.

AND, to top that off they have blocked me from looking at other posts & local news until I pay them their "fees". SMH

I have screen shots to validate these facts.

When I post good comments, people call me names, insult & attack me. Also, people would post mean names about Pres Trump on a police post, I would say no to post those comments & then I get called names. Nextdoor blocks me for defending myself. I am sick of it. I help the community, the police, the mayor, etc. I post about what people should be aware of in their neighborhoods & how to help. I get harassed, called names. People are writing me about nextdoor. I want Nextdoor sued

The site censors any viewpoint different than what the local ‘founder' wants. This is not a question of threats, or profanity or even hate speech. People in my group got kicked off for saying our homeless population is growing and contributing to crime!

Our area is controlled by crazy socialists, but some areas are controlled by crazy right wingers. Either way, this is a terrible site.

I was kicked off Nextdoor because I reported a politically motivated post against President Trump. All I did was say that this post offended me by trashing the President. This is a denial of rights of free speech to let one post against the President and not allow someone else post a different view,

This is one of THE most bias platforms I've used to date. My account was suspended (again) for disagreeing with a poster who wanted to cancel halloween due to covid fears. I did not violate any guideline or policy in any form. If you have any comment that questions or promotes civil dialog that disagrees with the 'main stream' narrative, you will be blocked and suspended. The moderators constantly allow the "Karen's" to soapbox as long as it agrees with the left. Any post that could be seen as a conservative viewpoint will be banned. They allow the left to post horrible and vile comments but block conservative disagreements, no matter how civil they are. This platform is a joke. They will suspend you without warning or reason, and if they provide some vague guideline you supposedly violated, it's so subjective they can ban literally anyone for anything they disagree with. There's no way to protest and they will never tell you why they banned you or exactly what comment caused the issue. It's because they know it will prove there was no violation and shows how bias and hypocritical they are. This is really a left-wing garbage platform.

Today, I learned my account was disabled for unexplained reasons. I can only guess that I was one of 60 people in a thread, and that one person took exception to comments lodged at her to explain her racist comments/accusations. This person possibly complained about any/all of us, to include reporting inaccurately that my "address was not real".. which it is and which I intend to prove. The moderators did not reach out to me for verification but rather took the word of an agitator in the group. I specifically would like to flag the NextDoor platform in West Linn, Oregon and its moderators, who are increasingly allowing use of the platform for partisan political messaging. And unilaterally shutting down accounts without cause and clarification.

The leads in the Spring Hill, FL area let foul language, threats and anything else go from anyone that hates President Trump and bans anyone that gets mobbed by haters.

I cannot log in although I have tried to change my password multiple times. Because of this, I have tried to unsubscribe, without success. There is no way to contact them online or by phone.

I woke up to find my account locked out and I want to know why? This is not very professional of Nextdoor. There was a lot of political comments about Trump people gathering at Safeway in our neighborhood. I know I said somethings but nothing I felt was wrong. There was comments I didn't like but I didn't report then. I want to know why this happened

I deleted my Pro 2A Plus One group on Nextdoor.com because people were trolling and posting things call me racist, bigot, promoter of violence, crazy, toxic, etc. I reopened group after 18 requests from my neighbors. They promptly locked me out of my account because I posted a I had closed and reopened the account due to trolling. Apparently, you can't refer to those that surf the site to antagonize gun owners as trolls. I received no warning to tell my participants that I was being put in Nextdoor jail. I have people waiting for responses. Now I can't answer for four days. THEN they send me a offer to advertise on their site this morning! This site practices discrimination. Conservative beware.

The customer support person (Amanda) for my community (Eagle Cliffe; Meridian Campus: Lacey, WA) today told me via email that my posts are not allowed and that I am over posting. We have a large group of firearm enthusiast here. I am an expert firearms trainer. I am simply sharing my expertise with my neighbors who hunt and shoot. I started a group as Amanda suggested. I am now being told that I can't even mention the group in the general posting area. I also note that one BLM advocate is being allowed to post multiple time daily; but I'm being limited and being told that I may be disconnected. Please note that I have filed a complaint with the BBB and have forwarded Amanda's notes to my attorney. I'm a business owner here. I have planned to advertise on Nextdoor, but will forego that at this time.

You protect liberals who spew hate but as soon as a conservative stands up to them you block them

I have been sent multiple notes to watch my post and was block for two weeks for arguing. The problem is they do not treat Liberals the same. I have received multiple horrible and vial comments and threats, which I reported. Yet Nextdoor continues to allow those individuals to post freely. This website is nothing more than a cesspool of people trolling and attacking opposing views. Something needs to be done.

I am in Sun City, AZ. The Next Door team here is prejudiced against non-Republicans in our area. We have been having disputes between Democrats and Republicans. I was the administrator for the "Sun City Democrats" group and have been suspended by the moderators 5 times because of comments I made regarding an article that cited who makes up the majority of Trump voters. Others in our group have been suspended because of complaints from Republicans in another group. It is clear that the "moderators" for the Sun City Arizona groups are pro-Trump and are therefore discriminating against Democrat members on.

Nextdoor.com violates its own guidelines and rules regularly. Nextdoor.com should have a class-action lawsuit filed against it and it's criminal owners. Nextdoor.com advertisers should be immediately BOYCOTTED and you should let them know. Nextdoor.com is evil. Nextdoor.com is un-American. Kevin Williams abuses, harasses and illegally stalks Nextdoor.com users. If you work with, are neighbors with or come in contact with Kevin Williams, beware of this sociopathic criminal!

Nextdoor app cautioned me about a simple comment I made at the beginning of the Covid scare that did not fit their leftist panic narrative. They then took down a positive comment I made about our police on a thread of a woman who was trashing police. I reposted the comment and they required a photo to get my metadata I interpreted as a threat. I have asked them over ten times to unsubscribe me and they keep sending me emails, I have tried to block them with no success. I can no longer post to the site, so I know they have received my requests and have blocked me. I just want to be rid of these pathetic left wing radicals. I have a brain and think rationally, they cannot handle simple reasonable questions or comments.

Nextdoor is systematically banning users who object to extreme leftist racism and leftist ideological rants. Leftists "report" any posts that they disagree with, and Nextdoor bans users or gives them 30 day timeouts. I have received two such "timeouts"for objecting to leftist extremist rants. Nextdoor is firewalling extremism on their site to make sure that their targeted users never see opposing comments. In response to objections Nextdoor refers directly to their section 230 liability protection as a reminder to go stuff it. This is a diabolical service that is about the business of creating a platform exclusively for building an organizing platform for communists and leftist radicals.
