Trying to order water shoes using my discover card, but this card is not listed as one of the card I can use for payment. Could not reach customer service personnel with the number listed. You carry at least one pair of water shoes that I really like. Actually, there are about 4/5 pairs which are very appealing to me. I ordered a pair of sandals, yellow/brown in color, for $34.96, the catalog stated that shipping was free. I was charged $7.40 for shipping. I tried numerous times to send a message to no avail. Respectfully Submitted, Richard McIntyre My message is clear and concise. The invoice has already been paid to Pay- Pal in the amount of $42.36. I am due a credit of $7.40.

My order number is [protected] and [protected]. Up to date I have not received my goods. Your online consultants are useless. They do not have a clue what to tell your clients.
My local post office does not know anything about the order.

I would like to find out where exactly my order is, when I will receive it.

If I am not contacted regarding this, I will report your company as fraudulent.

I ordered two pairs of shoes on order number [protected]. "Date of Export" 2018-05-23. Have checked online several times and received no advice. You owe me $52.58 since shoes were never shipped or delivered.

I ordered a product on the 24 mar18 & the order has yet to arrive.
Through the chat option reported this thrice but all 03 executive asked to wait again & again for 03 weeks.
I have transcripts to prove this .. my order is still not delivered and they have refused to process my refund and per Timeline stated by them.
This is a complete scam and would like to report this to everybody.
I am going to file a chargeback with my creditcard company .

5/31/18 - BUYER BEWARE! I ordered five items over TWO WEEKS AGO... I inquired about my orders via online chat, and was told there are NO TRACKING NUMBERS available, and it could take a month for my items to arrive from CHINA (I didn't know this when I ordered.) And then the rep made it sound like it was all MY FAULT because I didn't select premium shipping and I should have "bought" a tracking number. What a crock of BS... Even when I select free shipping on Amazon I always get tracking information and almost always get my orders within a week.

THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM NEWCHIC.

Take some of your advertising dollars and spend it on shipping.

I liked the look of some of the items online and thought I'd TEST THEIR SERVICE.

On 4/30/2018, I ordered and paid for in full three items from New Chic. As of 5/18/2018, I'd received nothing and heard nothing from them. Come to find out two of the items were "out of stock" and one item was noted just as "back ordered" with no indication of when, if ever, it might be available. It appears New Chic is based in Hong Kong (wish I'd realized that before I ordered) and their customer service telephone number is an international number... no customer friendly 800 number here! Also, my order had been split into two orders. I was able to access the shirts order, I think, as they were still under the original order number - and I think I was able to cancel these. I could not cancel the pants because since they'd been put these under a different order number I could not find them in New Chic's system - and when I did try to cancel them, either their system did not recognize the order and/or kept telling me to enter a valid telephone number to process my request. Maybe I have to enter my telephone number in international format? No thank you.
New Chic should not be sitting on someone's payment for over two weeks with no notice to the customer that the items paid for are not (and probably will not be) available. Also, if you do run into a problem - it looks problematic to try to get in touch with them. I finally just disputed the entire charge with my credit card company. I will not order from New Chic again.

I would like to know why you only refuned 23. 18 to my card when the pricing is noted as below? Refund should be a minimal of $157.86 CAD.
I am going to my credit card company and having them get the money you owe me.

1. The product has nothing in common with what it was displayed and described.
2. It is not cotton (was described as 100% cotton).
3. the size has nothing in common with the measurements presented in the chart of tbe site.
4. It is just impossible to get a return label and get a refund.
5. They don't give you time to reset your password. When you try to log in with the old password, they don't let you fo it.
5. It is just a terrible company, my only desire to get my refund and NEVER deal with Newchic again. Never ever!

I ordered some shoes on April 30, 2018, got the email I assumed was the receipt. I was curious as to when the package would arrive and realized unless I wanted to call China, there was no contact info.

Had I known I was ordering from Hong Kong, I never would have done it! The $50 was taken out immediately from my account when I placed the order. Without a way to contact this company, I have a feeling I (ALL of us) have been played.

They sent me a pair of shoes exactly the same size as the previous one! 28.5 cm! (when i ordered 25.7 cm, based on their shoe size chart) i gave them my measurements i even asked you to check out before they sent them to me (have it all documented). I even paid extra 26 dollars for the delivery, while my first parcel was only 14! (i have a receipt ). Receiving the shoes yesterday, i realized this shop is nothing but a big spoof! How can i trust their shoe size chart is they double sent me the same size (one marked as 42 and the other as 41 with no markings on a sole, but equal in length - two sizes bigger than their size chart! Also, they don't publish people's true responses about the shoes (i left them 3 times and they won't show up!), thus they keep misleading them!

They refuse to refund me for both 58.57 plus 26 dollars for the 2nd pair! They ask to post their huge wrong sized shoes back (and this costs a fortune to post them to china!)
Also they claim they can't see my videos or pictures, not even links on the youtube!

I think we shall all unite and complain to facebook a google to stop publishing their adds everywhere! They need to be closed! I've cr4eated fb group "newchic victims"

The shoes were the right size and color but both shoes were for my right foot! I could not believe what I was seeing! I would very much appreciate a real "pair" of shoes. ive ordered and paid for 2 two pares of shoes back in march of 2018 expected shipping date was to be 04/04/18 have not seen or heard from shipper, like they don't exist, id at least like to have someone rather at shipping, or the corse of purchace to at least email me and let me know just where and when the might be expected to ship or arrive, we have multiple employees here at our facilities waiting to see the shoes so they can talk to and show to multaple families and friends you know how good news travels fast, almost even quicker than bad news

Something that slipped by me was that the merchandise come directly from China on a Slow Boat from China. They give you a tracking number which does not track anything so you have no idea where your merchandise is or if you will ever see it. I do get the comfort of knowing it "was shipped". If I get my merchandise, I pray that I will not have to return anything.

Good evening email I placed an order on 22nd March 2018 and I was then notified on the 29th March 2018 that the item would be late and was given an option to cancel which I chose not to as really really liked the shirt . However it is now 1 month later and still no item or further information received .Can you advise how long this will be.
