I was charged on January 30th for a bathing suit that I ordered. It has not arrived and it seems unlikely that it will. I would like to be refunded the $55.31 to my credit card. Please respond if you know that it will arrive. I have received no communication nor a tracking number. I want to hear from you or I will have to lodge a complaint with paypal and mastercard.

Re my order below, I have today received an invoice from Parcel Force for Import Duty and Clearance fee, totalling £19.46. Since the items I ordered, including postage totalled £12.21, There is no sense in paying an extra £19.46 to receive my goods. I ordered an item from them 2 months ago and haven't received it. When contacted their customer service I was told the product was delivered a few days before at 6pm which isn't possible - the mail delivery cut off time where I live is 4pm and the place it was 'delivered to' closes at 5. I was informed they weren't going to look into the issue (even though it's their legal obligation) and of course that I wasn't going to get my money back.

Ordered a purple suede purse last october 2017. Received a tan shopping bag. Didn't think much of it I thought someone sent it to me as a gift. Then I started wondering what happened to the suede purse, well apparently this is it. Contacted the company. They wanted a picture of what I received I sent it to them. No response. Could care less. Take your money and that's it. So long sucker!

If you need to, consider a temporary job at a fast food place. It may not pay well, but it will help you pay your debt to the government.
The biggest problem you're going have is if you ignore the debt. You might even see if a credit union will provide you with a loan. Would you have anything you could put up for collateral?
If they "could care less, " doesn't that mean they care about what is taking place?

I was overcharged for 2 items. 4 items were out of stock - so I cancelled so they refunded some of the order they charged and then they refused to give me a working phone number after they overcharges my credit card for the 2 items I have yet to receive. I kept getting stock emails from a robot saying "this is your order number" with a link to an expired webpage. This company is a scam. Do not order from them!

Ordered 4 pair of shoes where i receivex 2 after some time and 2 could not reach to me and tracking shows it is stuck in logistics and are cleared from customs since 13 january 2018. Now i have been contacting them and they ask me to contact customs and when i told them it is already cleared they keep on replying contact customs. I kept on sending emails and didnt get amy reaponse for the same as well.

Newchic are thieves! I placed an order 46 working days ago (on 24 August 2018) as was told I would receive it between 7 and 35 working days. I have contacted their online support chat twice and nobody can help. They keep saying it’s been shipped. I have been waiting 44 business days! When I asked if I could cancel they said NO because it has already been shipped! Fraud. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

First of all, I ordered because they had all 5 star reviews but it's clear to me now they are fake. There are only 8 of them plus after I submitted my 1 star rating, it was not posted!
The bra itself was terrible quality, we ordered a size 40C and it was way too small. Too small for my daughter who wears 36C!

If the problem was with size, however, that's not a problem with quality. Cup size is always tricky. Every brand designs the cups differently. You can be a C cup in one brand and D or even DD in other brands.

I ordered this bag several weeks ago only to find that it was scheduled to go to a different address than the one that was given. I sent an e-mail over a week ago and have received no response. Today I waited in que for an online chat. The customer representative, Sky, was unhelpful, did not answer my questions, and eventually cut the connection.
Sending the order to the wrong address was entirely Newchic's fault. The package is lost. Please refund my money in full immediately.

The shoes are not the correct US 11 size. They are supposedly US 11 but they are small. What kind of sizing does your company use?! Chinese? I am not small like the Chinese! I am African! I order 3 products but never received them
I placed an order for 3 mickey mouse shaped pursues on Dec 10th. I was charged right away and received a confirmation stating that my items had been shipped out and would arrive in 7-10 business days. Its now Jan 6th and I still have not received anything! I tried to contact customer support varies times and wrote several emails, no response was ever received. Their phone contact never goes through and at this point I thinking this site is a scam! Ill never purchase from them again and will continue to write bad reviews.

I placed an order on the 16th December and cancelled on the same day after paying the full price and shipping charges. I was then told I would be refunded the full amount.
