New York & Company shirt, long sleeve

My daughter wore this shirt for the first time yesterday, she is a athlete, so her size isn't the issue. It was a Christmas gift.
She wore it for picture day, for the school yearbook, she's a senior. She a editor. She stood up for her photo, and her shirt, your product ripped open in the back. Because of this, she missed the photo OP. Cause SHE HAD NOTHING TO WEAR.

My husband purchased a coat for my birthday
Within 30 days the die from the clothing come off of it when I called them ask can they replace it they said no I have to call the corporate office so I am going to call the corporate office this is bad service I don't like that . They would not help the customers they make the clothes nice but their service is bad they need to treat a customer better than what they do and now my experience with coat was bad enough it was a birthday present for me I'm very disappointed

New York & Company coupons, prices, quality

Hi I'm Tia Kirk. I'm writing today because I'm a long time Ny&co customer and I'm really tired of the treating customers badly. Prices are much higher, & I recently was told that I could not use my bday$ 15 coupon and take advantage of the stores mass 20% coupon. Horrible! Why even send a coupon if you won't let me honor it along with the sales for all customers. I've spent so much at this store and yet I continue to feel insulted by these situations, along with no longer honoring veterans for the 10% off. No combining coupons and lots of rules with New York cash. It's totally not cool! Also the my sweater recent ripped on both sleeves my first time wearing. Quality has changed yet prices are rising. Stores are emptier than ever. No wonder why. Can you send me some real coupons that I can use please to show that my business is appreciated and to also to wish me a real bday?

New York & Company return policy/customer service

I purchased a black poncho in mid October. I never wore the poncho, the tag is still attached and I have the receipt. I decided I no longer wanted the poncho because I do not like the way it looks on me. Today, December 4th, I tried to return it to the Massapequa store I purchased it in. Even with the receipt, the manager told me that it was past 45 days so if I returned the item I would not get the price I purchased it for which was $39.99. She said I would get less than $2.00 for the poncho. Apparently, my receipt expired yesterday December 3rd. I opted to hold on to the poncho as I was not willing to accept $2.00 for it when I had paid much more than that. I am very disappointed by New York and Company's return policy and how the return was handled in the store by the manager. I frequently shop at New York and Company stores, as well as online at the website. I also have a New York and Company credit card that I use often. After this experience, I no longer want to shop with this company and I want to cancel my credit card. This is a very poor way to treat loyal customers. Even more frustrating than the return policy, is the lack of customer service support. I called three different phone numbers in an effort to speak to a representative to help me resolve this return situation. Each person I spoke with told me they do not handle in store issues. I was told the only thing I could do was write a complaint online. I am in shock that a company as large as New York and Company would have such poor customer service. I can not support a company that takes advantage of their customers.

New York & Company customer service

As i went into the store on 11/30/2018 at approximately 4pm, not only was i not greeted but i could find any assistance. When i finally found some i ask if i can speak to the manager the young lady told me to give her a second. She went to the back to get a the manager and it took about 20 -30 min for someone to come out. When the manager finally came out, i asked her about a specific product and with a nonchalant attitude she replied " we don't have this" and walked away. This is by far the worse experience i ever had.

New York & Company new york & company store 23 green acres mall

I went to the New York & Company store to buy some clothes for work and I was trying multiple items of clothing and I needed to get another size for a dress since it was too big for me and the minute I walked out of the dressing room to get another size leaving clothes in the dressing room since I was going to be right back I was yelled at and reprimanded by the store employee named Nina. Not only did she tell at me but belittled me basically saying "don't you dare leave the clothes there without hanging them up first." She was sooo rude and nasty that I almost walked out and leave the clothes there but since I really liked them, and I wasn't going to give her the satisfaction. And when I told her I was going to tell the manager she got very aggressive and told me I don't care go ahead! I have to say though that the manager was very nice and professional and apologized saying that she was sorry if Nina made me feel a certain way. But Nina was super rude with nasty and disrespectful attitude and I will never step foot into that store again.

New York & Company product and service

When I saw a door buster sign, i entered store about 12.50 on 11/17/18. i picked up three pair of pants for 19.99 got to the counter, and the price was more. I told the cashier the pants are 19.99, her and two others stated this was not so. The problem is they had several pairs of this one type on the rack of with different sizes. i think its bad business spending all that time in the store to get to the register with false prices and the store attendees acting as if oh well.

I walked in the Little Rock, Ar. Park Plaza Mall Saturday November 10, 2018. I was the next customer in line to return merchandise. The cashier finished checking out the customer in front of me and she just walked away without even acknowledging that I was standing there. I had to say excuse me, then she came and proceded to check me out. She never greeted me, she never asked why I was returning the merchandise, she had a very nasty attitude. After the transaction was over she put the receipt on the counter and walked away. I did not get her name only the cashier #387797.

New York & Company even exchange

Good afternoon,
My name is Grace Nzameyo, and my account number is [protected]. I purchased a pink suit (style 7688, size 6, Dept 57) at NY & CO about three months ago. I never wore the suit. A few weeks ago I got sick and so I lost weight. I went back to a NY & CO (AT Newport Mall Center in Jersey City, NJ) store to see if I can have an even exchange for the same exact skirt from size 6, to size 4 but I was told that because it's been more than 45 days I could not have an even exchange for a different size. The manager added that all the item is worth at this time is $4.99, even though the same item is worth more in the store. I was surprised because I was asking for an even exchange, same item, still new, never been worn, tag still attached to it, just a different size. I was asked by the manager of the store name Bryant to send you an email while he is holding on the size 4 of the skirt for me while you are making a decision on this issue.
I feel that I have been treated unfairly because I'm not asking for a different item, or that the item that I'm bringing back is damaged, it is just an even exchange. all I'm requesting is for you to help me get a different size (4). I'm a very good customer of yours, and I understand that you have some policies in place, but I
m just asking you to help me and understand that I was sick that's the reason why I lost weight, it was not something that I could control. I hope you can make an exception and provide me with a good customer service so I can have an even exchange.

New York & Company my return was over 45 days

I have been in your store prior but lines be crazy.So finally I bring my return they tell me its over 45days.I have the receipt & all clothes tag with receipt.i told my mom got sick with Blood clots around her lung & my brother at 53y just found out Stage 4 Colon Cancer. Im not asking the company to feel sorry for me but unfortunately this happen.But when I got some time I brought the items by...Im a loyal customer for years NYC is there anything can be done...Name is Donna Holman [protected] all Im asking may I return the items Im single mother its almost $75 return

I went to the New York and company tonight and was embarrassingly told by a representative that appeared distressed and very unkept that I couldn’t return my item that were in not worn with tags attached because it was passed 45 days. I just wanted to do an even exchange. I am a card holder, and absolutely love the items even though the customer service is horrendous. Please advise me on how I can just return the items. Please help

New York & Company double charging my debit card

I have a problem with you all double charging my debit card. On 9/25/2018 I used my debit card at one of your stores. I was at the outlet in Colonial Heights, Va I bought three items and was charged 108.37 it cleared my debit card on 9/26/2018. How surprised I was to see that I still have a pending charge for the same amount again on my debit card this will put me in the negative once this is taken out. And to make matters worse I have been on the phone this morning with both the store it self and corporate and both said they can not help me.

New York & Company poor customer service in your fredericksburg, va 22407 store

Looks like a junk store. I was told by one of your employees they didn't have time to steam clothing before placing in store. I spent a lot of money in your store. Who would want to purchase clothing and have to go home and iron. People in retail and management should care what there store looks like and impressions are very important retail. I work in retail and we have very high reviews because we do care.

New York & Company order processing

I placed an order then I noticed that I forgot to change the shipping address. I called Customer Service and they informed me that there was nothing that they could do about it. I was told that the order was already "processed" and I would have to make the changes when I receive a tracking number. I thought that this was ridiculous considering I had just placed the order 15 minutes ago. I have done this before with another company and I was able to change the shipping address. It is very annoying that I now have to wait for a tracking number to correct the address. My shipping was free with my order and if I change the address I will probably have to pay for shipment. I think your company should be a little more forgiving when a customer makes a mistake.

This is the last tine I would ever go to nyand company my sister had bought me some items at the ny and company at the pembroke garden in Florida I wanted to exchange a item and I was getting more I was in a hurry and left the receipt home the manager tell me I can only get $5.99 for a item that cost $ 89.00 he said they have they own policy

Horrible customer customer never never ever go there again I tell you don't ever buy anything from ny and company the worst company ever they don't give you good customer service
Each store have they're own policy I even called customer service line he said the same thing they each store make they're own policy ( what the hell)
So I called my sister she give me her credit card number by phone by the way was a ny and company card so upset at that store I returned the item that I wanted to exchange and when home and got the rest of the items she brought me $ 500 of stuff from ny and company took everything back I am telling everyone don't never shop at New York and company

New York & Company your return policies

I have been a loyal customer for 35 years! I have daughters that are now starting to wear NY&CO clothes. I brought items to be returned at my local store.
All the items had receipts with them.
Because of your insane return policy I could not even get a store credit and i am now STUCK with all these clothes.
My lifestyle and your lack of flexibility with returns has made it impossible for me and my family to continue to shop in any NY&CO. This is very disheartening to me because when I was 18 this was my first credit card and I have shopped there for the next 35 years.
I stand firm that I will not shop in your stores unless you allow me to do my returns for at least a store credit!
Most of the purchases was made on 6/1/18 or later.
Thank you and please get back to me as soon as possible.

Hello my name is Lilian. I just recently tried to place an order over the phone with a phone Agent by the name of Karen (this person was from GEORGIA). Let me say that because of that phone call I will never shop with the New York and company ever again! Not very friendly or very understanding and would not stop trying to speak over me when I was trying to talk. Also she made comments about of the item was not damaged when I received it then it have to pay for the return shipping. So that told me right there that they know the items more than likely will be damaged because if they didn't think they would be then they wouldn't have that policy. So that means this company is beyond crooked and they know it and is taking our money from us because they don't even really care about the customers this is just for them to make money and live lies about who they are. All I have to say is something better be done about this call center that I called in Georgia as soon as possible because if not then I promise you will have the biggest lawsuit ever on your hands. Not only was it that phone Agent I have call more times and recorded the calls I even have supervisors that I have spoken with that are very rude and lied a lot when I was talking to them. I have a lawyer and I am meeting with them today to fill this suit. I am beyond upset with this. I am believing that your company is a big scam! I will make sure this is known about!

New York & Company account assure

Hello,

I have been paying on my NYC card from 2013 to present. I just noticed my credit card balance isn't going DOWN as it should since I haven't been charging to this card. I simply pay above my monthly minimum . Once I combed through my statement I noticed a recurring fee from Account Assure $22 here $24 there ! I've NEVER gave permission or authorized this company to charge me. I called C.S. at NY&C "Amber" advised that Account Assure has charged me since 2013 ! I do the math, and that's around $22-$24 per month x's 5 yrs = roughly $1300 plus ! I am applaud that I've been SCAMMED. No warning NOTHING ! just charging me away. In turn this is why I can't ever seem to pay down/off my NY&C card. I want a resolution. Like refunded. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com. I spoke with "Corey" today with Account Assure, he stated that he sent my complaint to their resolution dept. to refund ALL of these charges, not some but ALL. I have also opened a ticket with the BBB this is not fair to honest paying customers.

New York & Company coupon offer through email didn't work never got my refund

I joined the email and was sent a offer went on the website the offer was no good, i called about 4hrs later placed the order still couldn't use the offer was given was charged the wrong price, then i was told i had to wait 3 billing cycles to get my refund. I will never shop there again. When i emailed them i got a real [censored]y email back. Bad [censored] business. I was a first time shopper. Never again! it didn't take you 3 billing cycles to get paid so why i got to wait?

My daughter and I were shopping at this store in Albany NY at crossgates mall. Store manager Amanda & another associate were making fun of customer in fitting room and harassing / racial profiling another customer.. I will never shop for this company again. I've been shopping for this company for many years I was was shock at this scene. The manger also was on her personal phone the whole time.

New York & Company return policy

I did a purchase back in may with my new York & company card. I when to the store today07/24/2018 and they didn't want to return the money to credit card. I was told by manager that policy had change 2 months ago. They can only give me store credit ( in a gift card) as per cashier was not giving the option in the screen to give return to card. Sound to me like if they didn't wanted to do it because it was a return for 65.$$ dollards. Just want to check if information was right. If return can not be done to credit card . Store Location was
