It has been 5 days now and no reply from the 4 pms that said we will get right back with you.I used my ace card at a Chase bank to withdraw $300.Chase charged $303 to my card and receipt says we are unable to give you your cash now. I have filed a dispute and they say 45 days to resolve. What is there to investigate. I will need o switch providers before my rent comes due again. Thank you
