[Resolved] Netspend Corporationaccount locked

Skylight one/netspend is a complete joke! They randomly locked mine and my husband's account and wouldn't tell us why?! Because they have absolutely no reason! They have the worst customer support service. We worked hard for our money and trusted netspend to secure it. They took every dime! Now we have to go without until next payday! Legal action will be taken... Do not trust this company!!!

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
