NetFlorist Service

All the advertising and promises is ****. I placed an order for delivery today as it's my mums Birthday and I'm not available only to be told it's been delayed and will be done tomorrow.
Pathetic. Firstly online I was told delivered. We called then told same thing. I had to call my mum and ruin the surprise only then to be told it's delayed. Are you guys that bad with service?
Order canceled and I expect a full refund.
I should rather have tried 1 of the local guys bear home than you.
Hope you happy Netflorist you ruined my mums surprise

NetFlorist Personalised Love Joy Mugs

This is the most pathetic service I ever experienced. I have ordered 2 mugs and ONLY ONE WAS DELIVERED.
I asked for delivery on Friday 29 January as I have a function on Saturday and this order was my present.
First of all I phoned twice and send an email on Friday and asked that they must inform the driver that our office is closing at 15h45. Nobody even bothered to give my message to the driver.
Secondly I have just received a parcel from NetFlorist and GUESS WHAT ONLY ONE ITEM WAS DELIVERED.
Once again I am only working until 15h45 and I want delivery of the other mug today.

NetFlorist Delivery of arrangement order number [protected]

An order was placed for delivery for the 21st of Jan 2021. A call was made via net florist to reschedule the delivery for a later time on the 21st .
The flowers were meant to be delivered at 15:30 which did not happen . The client called to determine what time it would be delivered and was told on the 22 Jan at request from the client to do so after 11:30 as it was already a day later.

After numerous calls by the client on the 22 Jan there still was no clear direction on a time the flowers is being delivered. It is now 17:00 and the flowers has not been received .

Please return the money and cancel the order as it appears the flowers is not even being delivered on the 22nd of Jan .
No one wants wilted flowers and the day of the birthday has already been passed .

There is clearly no professionalism from netflorist .

NetFlorist False advertising

I placed an order yesterday for a special on Netflorist, the special was for 12 roses and a Ferrero special. I received the flowers but no chocolates. I called them and spoke to a very rude and unfriendly lady who proceeded to tell me so nonsense about the name of the special and that's why I did not receive the chocolates. My invoice clearly states that I paid for roses and chocolates. This is false advertising and I will never use them again.

NetFlorist Order # [protected]/ none delivery of ferrero rocher chocolates

I placed an order on December 19 for delivery December 24th. My order was for flowers, a cake and the chocolates. The cake and the flowers were delivered. The chocolates were not. I reached out to your customer service team via IM and they apologized and said delivery will be on December 28th. That never happened so I called you customer service representative named Virgil. He looked up the order and told me it was delivered on the 28th, I informed him it was not and could he provide proof of delivery, Netflorist always sends me an email about delivery and who accepted the items. Virgil placed me on a 15 minute hold to check on this information then disconnected me. At this point I want a refund, I have never had this problem with your company and I have used you for years!

NetFlorist Poor Service, faulty website, unethical behaviour

I placed a few orders with Netflorist order number [protected] was placed on the 22nd of Dec for delivery on the 24th. The order was for flowers, JC Le Roux and Ferrero Rocher chocolate. Recipient received the flowers ONLY. The flowers were not as depicted and it was dilapitated. NO RESPONSE.
I then found out today that they will be resending the flowers without my knowledge, courtesty call or email. At this point I am not sure if they will be sending the JC LE ROUX or Ferrero Rocher chocolates at all. My friend's birthday was on the 25th and delivery took place on the 24th.

I Placed at order on the 23rd of Dec. I wrote out 6 cards for my friends and 6 deliveries were made with NO messages in the cards. I called to complain and told that there was nothing they could do about it. I found out a short while ago that the same thing happened to a friend of mine and she received full compensation for delivery costs as Netflorist admitted that there was an issue with their website. My question is why the descrepancy in problem solving for the exact same issue?
On top of this, Netflorist has DUPLICATED payment for this order and they are insisting the issue lies with me. I have had the exact same problem with them in last week and they reimbursed me, why the descrepancy in the way they handle issues?
SIDE NOTE: These plants are nothing like depicted on their website. Some even seem to be dying!

Desired outcome: I expect a full apology and explanation, reimbursement for money duplicated and delivery costs reimbursed.

NetFlorist Incomplete orders

Good day, I placed two orders for delivery to two different recipients. The orders were both delivered yesterday, 28 December 2020.

I am extremely disappointed in the fact that the both orders had no card and no message included (despite having selected that option). The fact that I had to follow up with the recipients as to whether or not they received the orders (as it was now clearly from an unknown sender) is embarrassing and highly unprofessional on the part of Netflorist.

The fact that I had taken the time to include a lengthy festive message to the families, only for it to not be included is unacceptable.

Desired outcome: A written apology and compensation in the form of a cash voucher or gift.

NetFlorist Order that will not be delivered today

I've placed an order yesterday for delivery today. I followed up earlier today to track the order just to be informed that the order will not be delivered today as they are out of stock, no one phoned or contacted me so far to inform me that they out of stock. This is very bad and unprofessional service, i'm going on holiday tomorrow and will not be home to sign for delivery if and when this will be delivered. I spoke to tshepo and he said he will get his manager to phone me. Why didn't they picked it up yesterday that the item was out of stock when i've placed the order?
This is very unprofessional and unacceptable poor poor service will never use again

NetFlorist Delivery and horrible customers service

Disgusting service! I ordered 2 things on netflorist for a friends birthday yesterday. The driver delivered 1 of the 2 items so once I was told only 1 of the items was delivered I phoned netflorist and was put on hold for 9 minutes while they tried to get a hold of the driver! She phones me back after the call was cut and then tells me that the driver forgot it in his car. No apology whatsoever! I will never use this service again. Overpriced and bad customer service

I've placed an order yesterday for delivery today when I called to follow up they said that the item will not be delivered today as they are out of stock but yesterday there was no issue, they didn't even called or send me a email about the issue, poor poor service will not recommend this to anyone to use this services and netflorist very bad experience will post this on Facebook now as well

NetFlorist Ordered products not what was delivered. No aftersales service

The response from Netflorist has been non-existent and, with continuous effort from my part, they have now further insulted me by offering a R150 credit on my account that I should use towards a future order with them. Why would I ever want to use them again if they do clearly not respect their customers or the recipients of the gifts.
COMPLAINT: ORDER 105062503 = R889.85
I placed an order with Netflorist (despite a previous bad experience in June which Netflorist never addressed/resolved) for a birthday bouquet for a friend in Paarl. The item I selected from your website was NETNV010-1 Yellow Roses Bouquet for R689.90 and I added on the 12 Macaroon Gift Box MAC500 (Refer to attached Invoice/Receipt).

My friend sent me a very odd message following receipt of her delivery and I asked for a photo. She sent me an image that left me completely appalled! The roses are a mix of peach & yellow (not what I ordered), they are at the end of their life cycle (brown discolouration on petals) and the macarons were not boxed (in a cellophane bag with loads of crumbs, looking like someone's doggy bag).

Please refer to the attached image of the delivery items for Order 105062503 (also posted below for reference) to see what an utter disgrace the actual products were. This is clearly NOT a delivery worth R889.85. It is an embarrassment for me as the sender of the gift and I think it should be an embarrassment to Netflorist in terms of what is offered on their website, what is selected, what is paid for and what recipients actually receive. Imagine I had not asked for a photo. How many clients are receiving sub-standard and low-grade gifts/flowers from senders who are completely unaware. This is truly unacceptable and, clearly Netflorist has to review the service provider that they use in Paarl.
COMPLAINT: ORDER 104608411 = R739.85
My daughter celebrated her birthday in June and I placed an order for NETSP2497 which at the time was billed as Precious Love Bouquet with CERISE roses. Cerise roses are my daugther's favourite flower. That is why I specifically chose them and paid R639.90 for the cerise pink Precious Love Bouquet. I also added Bunny Rabbit Plus SFT029 at an additional R99. The full order was R739.85
When the roses were delivered, they were dark red with blackened edges on the rose petals and my mother told the delivery attendant that it was the wrong flowers. He said it was the correct flowers and left. The plush bunny rabbit wasn't delivered with the flowers. I contacted Netflorist through the online chat platform, thinking that the red rose delivery without the soft toy was intended for someone else and that my correct order was still on the way. Later the afternoon the driver returned with a "soft toy" which was a soiled, cheap & nasty lady bug with burst seams and suction cup. Clearly a very cheap and nasty leftover from a Chinatown Valentine's Day special. I addressed this with Netflorist via the online chat and I sent the first of many emails to orders@netflorist.co.za (see attachment). I never received a response, despite sending and re-sending the same email several times. Please refer to all the attached images and also the outline below to clearly illustrate the poor quality and complete disregard for the actual order placed.

At no time was I ever contacted by Netflorist or the florist to arrange substitution(s) and/or to discuss the fact that only inferior quality and incorrect items would be delivered. In my e-mail on the 19th of June with regards to this complaint I also referred to another order that I had placed for the children's grandmother when she was hospitalised. She never acknowledged receipt of the gift and I can only imagine that the delivery was probably so inadequate that she had taken offence.

I refuse to accept that this is the type of service delivery and quality that Netflorist is striving towards for their brand. I can also not see myself using Netflorist or using Netflorist again if this situation is not remedied immediately. At this stage, it seems as if Netflorist is targeting a market, selling diamonds - but delivering nothing more than a turd that is not even polished. Without any regard for the sender who spent hard-earned money to carefully select a gift or the recipient who is supposed to feel special and cherished, but most probably ends up being offended by the terrible delivery on which they are too embarrassed to provide feedback to the sender.
I have included numerous photographs - The actual website images of what I ordered as well as the disgusting images of what was delivered and - following complaint(s) from my side - never resolved, culminating in an offer now of a R150 account credit. Insult to injury. Extremely poor service delivery, extremely poor after-sales service and no consideration to their clients.

NetFlorist Half dead flowers and tears

I am appalled with netFlorists sub-par flowers! I have recently moved to another country and could only remember NetFlorist, as a good service provider.
I trusted in the name and reputation and hoped "said reputation" would make the first year away from my mother in 32 years tolerable; they did not deliver!

My mother is an avid flower enthusiast, when she received her flowers in a hat, the stems were kinked and blooms were old, and subsequently died 2 days after delivery. Did I mention it was her 60th; ageing slowly and with grace was my metaphor for her; just like she used to care so well for her flowers that they seemed to live forever in the vases in our home! what a failed metaphor!

She was in tears because she couldn't believe such an "establishment" as netFlorist could deliver old flowers and charge what they do!

I will NEVER use this shoddy business again and I hope NetFlorist can use the above words to attempt not to disappoint another customer whose intent is bringing smiles, yet receives tears!

This year has been exceptionally difficult for everyone, and, when it is your business to deliver love, comfort, smiles and celebration using hardworking peoples money and FAIL because the flowers aren't even fresh; you are not florists at all! You are another prime example of mass production with capital intention. Words so boldly stated on social media; South Africa's biggest online flower and gift retailer.

Gone are the days where you were known as THE florist delivery company.
Shame on you!

ps - did they ever address your complaint? After my experience (two orders that were completely inadequate) and having to chase them up several times and having to relay the experiences over and over again - including providing photographic evidence - They have further insulted me by offering a R150 credit on my netflorist account which I can apply to a future order/purchase! This after orders to the value of almost R2000 were completely inadequate and below standard and such a disappointment. They are honestly and truly expecting that I must use them again and that I must be satisfied with a R150 credit for inferior product which nowhere resembled the actual product I had paid for or ordered. What a disappointment.

Exact same experience and an extremely hard time to approach Netflorist or get any type of decent response from them. Clearly they do not value their customers, but are happy to take money for items they advertise but cannot delivery. Also no responsibility for the end-result/delivery/product. Absolutely & utterly disgusted. Will never use them & will definitely advise anyone against using them ever.

I placed an order on 6 October for a gift to be delivered on 22nd October for a birthday.
It is the 28th October- it is still not delivered.
Customer service ignoring my requests for help?
I have emailed numerous times and I keep getting no response!
The gift is still not delivered.

NetFlorist Poor service / lack of service

I placed and paid for an order on the 30th of September for delivery of birthday gifts on the 15th of October. On the 15th I get a call stating that they having printing issues but that the gifts will be delivered today I. E 15th. At 18:45 I get a call stating that the driver broke down and that they won't be delivering today. I pay for the service of delivering on the special day not the day after.

Good day

I really do not know what to make of this response which is totally unacceptable and makes no logic sense in even trying to correct or resolve a customer complaint. Advising me that the gift was delivered and a security guard signed for it does not solve my problem. The problem was on your side with a 9 DAY DELAY in delivery which meant by the time the chocolates were delivered, my friend had already left the hospital.
So that leaves me frustrated and out of pocket, my friend without half her gift as the flowers were delivered on time and no words to explain my complete and utter disappointment.

I have always used Netflorist but will now no longer use this service and will advise all my friends of this poor outcome.

NetFlorist Delivery of flowers

I ordered flowers for delivery for my daughters birthday to surprise her and it was disappointing for her that it was not delivered..
Used the chat facility to arrange for delivery after 13h00. someone tried calling me at 12h02 and they made 3 calls-over a period of 30 seconds which makes no sense, as if someone is not available one should call back at in 5 min not 30 seconds.
I was at home, no delivery was made.i sent also an email to which no one has responded
Atrocious service and excuses that delivery times cannot be guaranteed and some that someone tried to deliver, which is a lie .
I shared this all my guests who have also had similar experiences.
Recommend that you never use netflorist.
Internet is full of similar complaints
Hope you enjoy the the profit from taking payment and not delivering.

NetFlorist Partial order ship?!

Dont order from netflorist: you guys are a joke! I am furious! We spent r600 on a large arrangement of flowers for my grans birthday... We went for netflorist as we wanted something with the wow factor and we got what was less than what you would get from the local spar. I expect a full refund, if I knew that was what you would deliver I would have just gone and bought store bought flowers. What has happened to you guys? I expect a full refund so that we can take the money and make-up for this embarrassing gift! This is taking advantage of your customers, I want a full refund or I am taking this further!😡🤬 on top of all of this, yous delivered at 17:15... Like her birthday is almost over?!

NetFlorist Refund promised but not honored

I have been using NetFlorist for years and over the years I have overlooked several shortcomings. However this time is a downright insult to loyal customers.
I tried to make an order online and for some reason the order was not processed, however the payment was taken off my card (25 July). I noticed the transaction was pending on my account so assumed it would be an automatic reversal as the order wasn't processed. So I went ahead and placed another order and made payment. I did send an email to them informing them of such and was sent a reply that the matter was resolved. After this to my surprise I found the first payment processed on the 29th of July. Since then I've been emailing them and was promised a refund, this was 3 weeks ago. Today I was promised proof of a refund that was manually made, but I am still waiting. NetFlorist doesn't seem to take their customers seriously, they are slow to reply, if they reply at all! Maybe they believe if they ignore you long enough or let enough time lapse, you will just drop the issue. Pathetic customers service.

NetFlorist Delivery not done

I ordered a gift to be delivered on 13 aug. Till the 22 aug, delivery was not- I asked for a refund but only 1/3 of the money was refunded. Now Netflorist doesn't reply to emails calls etc.
they need to value a customer and refund if delivery was done
I spent a lot of money and time trying to expedite order. Now I am trying to get my money back. Netflorist needs to go out their customers and give a full refund

NetFlorist Bad service

Im not getting the service I paid for on the 31 august 2020. I ordered red roses and ferrero bouquet for my wife, and still hasn't been delivered, I sent them emails n calls and still nobody is fixing this... Was told that my order will be deliver with the first patch this morning but guess what when I called a lady told me its on the second batch of delivery, its unbelievable their service is very poor. My wife was supposed to be on leave today had to speak to her boss to ask her to come to work and she will knock off early hoping that flowers will be delivered before noon..
