just spent 48 mins on phone to your customer service team in Amsterdam. I would like the call listened to and my complaint addressed as spent the entire call believing my complaint was being logged only to be told at the end it wasnt and you dont have a complaints team. my number is [protected] call was at 13:17 - i look forward to your thoughts on the call
