On 15 June I received the following email from Neteller:
Our records indicate that the last transaction made with your NETELLER Account was on 07/06/2017. Your current account balance is 100 ZAR.

Your account has been inactive for over 13 months. If you do not use your account by the 15th of next month, the following actions will be taken:

We will apply an administrative fee of up to $40 (40 USD) to the remaining balance in your account.
We will close your Reward Points account and any points will expire.
If your account continues to be inactive, we will charge the administration fee every twelve months up to a total of three times (we will not, however, cause you to go into a negative balance).
If we have charged three consecutive administrative fees and/or your account has been inactive for 38 months in total, your account will be closed, your agreement with us terminated and your card cancelled.

You can make any of the following transactions to avoid the fee and keep your points:
Make a deposit, a withdrawal, or transfer funds to any website.

MY PROBLEM IS:
I really want to close my account. To do that I have to deposit more money. I cannot deposit money because Neteller does not accept my MasterCard, only Visa. I cannot find online help on their website. In short, Neteller is the most customer unfriendly e-money transfer service ever. I have it but cannot use it!

[protected]@gmail.com at the same time I got a mail from neteller that mail says that transfer 21000 INR to [protected]@gmail.com for increase of account limit the same I transferred but after that I got another mail that mail says that deposit another 10800 INR for generation of OTP. I am not understand why OTP is required for receiving my money. Again I received mail says that deposit 50000 for government tax until OTP is on hold. a mail Is [protected]@gmail.com is your official mail? Help me how I can get my money back for the above transfer...

One of my friend transferred a sum of 250000 INR from Canada but I am not received to my mail madhav.[protected]@gmail.com at the same time I got a mail from neteller that mail says that transfer 8500 INR to [protected]@gmail.com for increase of account limit the same I transferred but after that I got another mail that mail says that deposit another 12500 INR for generation of OTP . I am not understand why OTP is required for receiving my money. Is [protected]@gmail.com is your official mail ? Help me how I can get my money back for the above transfer...

I've used Neteller for over 3 years, account was fully verified until recent change in procedure. Earlier this month I deposited $46 from Betfair... Surprise, surprise - account was restricted. Tried submitting documentation via support; everything was declined. Asked for a refund to my Skrill *(one of the methods available on their site & I've been using) and close my account - they close my account and don't refund!
Stay away from these scammers...

After signing up Neteller and attempted to verify my account. To verify, I deposited 10$. Since my webcam in laptop is poor quality, I sent an email with relevant documents (Scanned copy of my passport, National ID, bank statement, selfie with passport and national ID to "[protected]@neteller.com" but no reply in 48 hours. Then I downloaded the Neteller app from play store and tried to verify my account, In Neteller app I scanned my passport but failed, next I scanned my National ID and successfully done, also then I got the face verification immediately and It was successful. Besides, I tried to verify my address through bank statement but it wasn't accepted because I submitted an online printed version of bank statement (downloaded from my online banking). After failure of bank statements, I scanned the electricity bill paper but unfortunately there was no name of mine (in our country, one apartment electricity bill is issued by building owner and we get an copy of it). I thought it might be okay. Again they rejected it. During this verification using Neteller app, I got an reply from "[protected]@neteller.com" (actually several email since I sent same email several times), and confirmed my identity verification except my address and told me to submit an documents to proof my address and my submitted bank statement wasn't okay.

Next I tried to login in Neteller app but failed and redirected me to their website. I logged in my PC and found that my account was functionally limited as well as deposit and withdraw. My address verification status was in review.

After facing the problem, I decided to collect my print copy of my bank statement from Dutch Bangla bank (I had to pay for this) and again scanned my printed bank statement with original bank Logo with authorized signature. When I was going to submit my bank statement via Neteller website I found that my account is permanently closed. I was totally surprised and shocked! Why was this happened? Did I anything wrong? How can get back my account? I want to be with Neteller.
I hope I get a solution as soon as possible.

I am from India. I have deposited money in Neteller Account many time. Every time they deducted 1.9% of money what i had added. But for the first time they deducted more. Today I have deposited 9812 rupees in my account and Neteller deducted 10938 rupees. Please resolve this issue. If needed some other information then let me know. first they ask you to add 4.50 to the account in order to verify and be able to use the virtual card and such.

Then after doing that, when i want to put that 4.50 back into my bank account, they tell me i need a minimal of 18 in my neteller account to do they and they take a 10 euro cut from that!

I tried to contact them about this but they do not reply.

Hello. I am asked to] verifyingmy account by neteller. I was followed the instruction mentioned on official site. All steps are done but last, "verify account ownership". You ask me for photo of my id (I chose that option) but camera of my lap top is not good enough for sccaning process. After that I got an instruction to use mobile application. I followed that instruction and after I enter my securite number in mobile application I am asked to scan front and back of my id and after that, process is abort automaticly by mobile application with back info that I will be informed via email. Soon after I recive automatic replay that process is not complete and that I need to provide my personal picture. And that is crucial problem since I am not able to attach my personal photo together with front and back of my id card nor by mobile app nor with official neteller site.
Please I would like to overcome that opstical.

I have bought a ticket with the Neteller MasterCard and for some reason I asked the Eurowings company to refund my money the refunded my money but it is not in the MasterCard I have confirmed with Eurowings too many time but I didn't get anything on my account.

First of all it is really difficult to get the number of Neteller on their website and once you find it you need to wait hours to get some on the line.

in 2017 I tired to buy some Bitcoin in different website but it is blocked by my mastercard .

I have no idea why it is doing so!

After adding funds more than 100$ in NETELLER, my account is disabled. They ask for ID and address verification. ID verification is completed. But address verification is repeatedly rejected and my funds are locked. I uploaded tenancy agreement, Fixed line bill and Credit card statement, but still it is getting rejected by system.
Unfair!

It is hard earned money and it is unfair to lock ones funds.

Looks like Neteller do not intend to enable account and keep the funds locked.
My 137$ dollar is gone in to thin air.

An unknown person is using my email id [protected]@outlook.com to open a Neteller account. I, Salma Rahman is the owner of that id. That person named mst josna begum is cheater!
I informed Neteller support about this but they didn't do anything about it.

Please ask mst josna begum to verify her email id (I'm sure she won't be able to do it) and block that account. Please do something its really unsafe when an unknown person is using your email id to do things. Help me ASAP. Block the account of mst josna begum.

They deactivated my account and they said it's management decision and I had some 20 euros or so in the account and they won't let it out only on 2 ways either to my bank account which i'll receive 1 euro after all charges or through a verified neteller, it's my money [censored] I want it out the way I want it's not up to you, neteller is the worst, i NEVER HAD ANY Problems with skrill at all

I need to know, Is neteller a fraud company? Reason being that, I have been trying multiple times to upload my original credentials i.e. statement of account, and also uploaded photo image through webcam but everytime neteller makes so many excuses by saying the following document is being reviewed or will not accept the document. Recently, whenever I want to upload my verification document? The system keeps taking me back to the homepage making it difficult to upload.
Neteller, please resolve my issue urgently because it is getting to over two weeks now of being unable to transact with my account.
If I knew this is Neteller is so complicated and fraudulent like this, I would never have register with them. It is so unfortunate that this issue is not being handled or attended to.
I will never recommend Neteller Networks to anyone except I see positive changes in their response. I have uploaded some of the documents I uploaded that was rejected by this fraudulent company called Neteller.

I am not able to transfer or deposit money anywhere since i deposited 2250 INR to my Neteller account, I did sent several mail no answer at all, also website is so poor I am not able to find any mail address to send my request.
My account is already verified by Neteller, so when and how can i use my fund? Please check in your system how many transaction is declined, not even able to transfer to Skrill account.

please help I opened a neteller account which was referred to me by my mentor.

I open an account with neteller, now my account got funded by casino reward of $320 which leads to block my account due to deposit of more than the limit allowed.
Now I have to verify my account in four steps.
1st step is clear which is fund your account.

2nd step is clear which is security questions.

3rd step is photo id, now here's the problem start, tell me which indian documents are acceptable for you as a valid identity of indian government which validates that I m a true customer for you ?

4th step is also concerned as I enter wrong adress in neteller account and now I m not allowed to change it .

Pls help me with 3rd and 4th step .
