Nautical Supply Shop charges card at time of order and then does not ship merchandise and does not respond to emails/calls/Facebook messages. On May 15, 2013, I placed 2 orders (order #s 3001652 and 3001653) on NauticalSupplyShop.com, a subsidiary of CyberIslandShops.com, for 2 lamps, model numbers CLM-15BB and CLM-12BD, totaling $306.00. My credit card and Visa gift card were charged at the time of the order. On the website, both lamps indicate that they are made-to-order and that delivery could take up to 5 weeks. On June 17, 2013, I emailed customer service at "[protected]@cyberislandshops.com" to request an update on both orders. After not hearing a response, I emailed again, this time at "[protected]@cyberislandshops.com" on June 27, 2013. I noticed that the company was regularly updating their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/NauticalSupplyShop), so I posted on June 28, 2013 requesting an update to the order. Being that I did not receive an email response nor a Facebook response, I decided to give them a call on July 2, 2013. I called the number listed on their Facebook page [protected]), and it was a disconnected number. I also called ( 407.787.3362) which was given by website (http://www.akama.com/company/Cyber_Island_Shops_Inc_a12dc2545436.html). It was also disconnected. I filed a chargeback with my credit card and also with the gift card service on July 2, 2013. I would just like to alert potential customers to avoid NauticalSupplyShop.com, CyberIslandShop.com, PubSignShop.com, IslandWeddingShop.com, and CoastalDecorShop.com (they are all the same company).

I ordered a birthday present for my friend from Nautical Supply Shop. Of course we spoke about the date and they promised to deliver the package on time. However, they didn’t meet the deadline and I don’t need their products anymore. I hope they will refund me.

Same thing happened to me! I ordered two items totally $109.90. The order was placed on April 26, 2012. I sent an e-mail inquiring about the delay. I actually received a response saying he (David Meyers) was out of the office that day. He stated he would contact production upon his return to see what the problem was. I have not heard from him since then. The telephone number supplied is obviously a fake one. It will disconnect as soon as you dial it. All I want is my merchandise or a refund. This is ridiculous. I hope people research this website (www.nauticalsupplyshop.com) before ordering and see that they are a total scam!
