Natrascience ultra acai berry and colon cleanse

My daughter ordered a bottle of both the ultra acai berry and the colon cleanse to go with it. It was suppose to be a free trial offer. All that was due was $4.95 each for shipping and handling. My account was charged $82.50 twice two weeks later. When I called to inquire as to why, I was told that if I did not contact them within 15 days to cancel the order, my credit card would be charged for the contents of the bottle. There was no paper work stating that an order had to be canceled or by when. They refused to refund my money. Now I am out $165. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A FRAUD!

Natrascience Charge my account

I called on June 24, 2009 to cancel my trail size of Ultra Acai Berry, and I was told it would be canceled and not charged to my debit card. the next day it was taken out of my checking acct. when I called and talked to them they said they start it from the day you order it, not the day of the invoice or when you get it. I asked them how can they do that cause we have not even tried it yet. They refused to refund my money. so now my account is overdrawn and I now have to pay another $35.00 for that. To top it off it didn't even work. So just be aware of when the charges start on anything you order. I'm sorry I believed the lady that said she lost alot of wieght by using this product. with money the way it is i'm sure none of us can just give away money.

Thank You
Darleen

Yes, I was scammed like the rest of you! I recieved my supposedly free herbal product on 13 June 2009. My credit card was charged for shipping on 04 June 2009 the day after they had contacted me to verify my address. They tried to sell me another herbal product. I told them that I had only ask for the free one and if it was not free (I did not want the Resvertrol or any of their products). I requested them to cancell the order imediatly! On 22 June 2009 my credit card was billed for $87.13, plus and international fee of .70 cents. Keep in mind that this is still within the 15 day trial period as stated in their online terms! On 23 June 2003, I hand carried my unopened package to them at the above address. I wish you could have seen the look on their faces! I demanded to speak to a supervisor. They sent an employee named Rocky to speak to me" He said how sorry he was for the misunderstanding" Bull ###! I had him sign a paper that he had recieved my package of thier product. He immediatly gave me a confirmation number#1226447 and said I would get my refund. I told him that there had better not be any more charges on my credit card. They have quite an operation going on there. This place is where that take your order and recieve your returns of their product. I saw several USPS white buckets of orders, possibly waiting to be sent or returned. 1. I tried calling them, after I saw the charge on my credit card, got the run around and put on hold serveral times. 2. When I told them that I was in Hollywood, FL and would see them in a few minutes, they would not verify their address, because"of security reasons". 3. If you have been scammed like me and live here in South FL by all means pay them a visit. Here is how to find them. Take I-95 south, take exit 22 for FL-848/Stirling RD, Keep right at fork, follow signs for Davie/Cooper City and merege onto FL-848/Stirling RD, go 0.6 mile get in left lane turn left at N 29th Ave, in two minutes turn right at Greene St... You will see there business on your right. They do not have a sign up. Look on the business's doors you will see their address 3007 on the door. I don't think they want to be found. I later found on the internet that the business is owned by: Brian J. Weiss and Robert W. Harris. There has been an investigation on them from the Office of the Attorney Genral of Florida, Mr. Bill McCollom Case #L09-3-1041... Note: the Board of Commissioners Palm Beach County FL, Consumer Affairs Divison, Public Safety Dept. Has a report on them dated 6/23/2006 to 6/23/2006 The company address is listed as 2040 NE 163RD ST SUITE 305, North Miami Beach, FL 33162 . Business ID : 900578, Business is E-mail: www.aciberrydetox.com, E-mail address:
fwmcancellation@gmail.com. Note: this case was refered to another agency. You can find this info online. The Better Business Bureau has given this company(FWM Laboratories, INC and "F") I hope this information helps you get your refund. If I were you, I would cancell my credit card. Good Luck on getting your refund. I'm still waiting,

I received a free trial of two bottles of fucoslim from a company called umislim. they arrived without any invoice or details from the company? I did not want so I contacted the company via the only email address I had. after several ignored emails the company umislim took more money from by bank account. this is a fraudulant company with no morals that is stealing from people. none of the detail they provided the bank with ie: web address, phone number are real. people should be made aware of this fraudulant company before they steal other peoples money as well.

Natrascience charge 87.17 on credit card not autorized

I saw a commercial that said try for free only pay $1.95 s/h which I put on my credit card. There was on mention in the part where you ordered stating you have to cancel within so many days. I received another shipment that I did not order and the enclosed invoice showed no charges.
I am on social security so I cannot afford $87.17 taken away from me.
I did call my credit card company and they gave me the name of NNP CARLISE SSOP and told me to get the number from 411 which I tried through a supervisor; she also checked the 800 number directory and no number existed for this company. I wrote a letter to my credit cared company advising that my card had been comprised and to issue me a new one and to investigate the charge and to please reimburse me. I was called today and was told the charge was double billed by AcaiBerry.
How do I go about getting my monies back, please tell me.
Thank you for your time and effort in this scam.

When you send your portion of the pills back not to be charged make sure the use a return receipt with the insured as well. This way when they charge you after they have already received the pills you can PROVE they received them and on what date.

To send the pills back here is the address:
Acai Burn
PO Box 10233
Des Moines IA 50381
Phone number: [protected]

Make sure to put your order number on the outside of the package as well as insuring it with a return receipt.
It cost me $10.25 to mail it back...so beware of that too.

To cancel the "Web Access Fee" you need to call:
[protected]
They are only open Monday through Saturday 6am-7pm Mountain Time

To cancel the "Weight Loss EB" Fee you need to call:
[protected]
They are only open Monday through Friday 7am07pm Mountain Time

Make sure to call ALL of these numbers and cancel or they will continually charge you. Write down who you spoke with, what time and what date. It will help when they try to argue that you never canceled with them. And whatever you do, make sure you get a confirmation number of the account being canceled!

Natrascience mail fruad

Count me in for the NATRASCIENCE Scam for ACAIBerry.

Hey folks this is mail fraud - punishable by the Federal Governement.

They charge your credit cards without authorization- send you products that you did not order, ( auto ship and auto charge) and send a product other than what the ad says.

Supposed to be 15 day FREE trial. You recieve a regular 30 day supply. They need to be turned into the Feds.

They said I could return the second bottle I received today and will refund my credit card but will not return for the first bottle.

I did not sign up for a 30 day botttle- I signed up for a FREE 15 Day Trial!

Natrascience UltraAcaiBerry Trial Bottle Scam

I ordered off the internet a "Trial" Bottle of UltraAcaiBerry offered by Natrascience. They said the offer was for a 15-day free trial of this product and all we pay is shipping and handling. I was charged $4.95 for the shipping and handling. When I received the "supposed" FREE bottle, there was nothing with the bottle explaining any terms that I should be made aware of. On March 9, 2009, NatraScience charged my credit card $87.17 and when I called to inquire about this charge, they stated that it should've been clear that if I didn't call within 15 days, that I would be charged the full amount for the bottle. I told them that there was absolutely nothing in clear print stating that I needed to call them within 15 days in order to avoid any extra charges. I demanded a refund and told them that I would be more than happy to return the bottle if that is what they wanted...they hung up on me and I have been unable to get in touch with them again. I have e-mailed them and would venture to say that I will not hear back from my email either.

I ordered a free trial bottle of acaiberry, pay only 4-95 shipping and handling. Nothing was shown about automatic contiuation of shipping. I have received 3 bottles in one month. I haven't received a statement yet from my credit card, but expect it as many have written in that this company is a scam.

I had the same sort of thing happen, but prior to ordering I went to my credit card company and issued a 'temporary number' with only a $5 limit. I often do this when ordering online, to thwart getting scammed. I received my 15 day trial, but after a couple weeks started getting emails that they need to reach be because my card is being denied. I didn't order anything else from these guys, so they have no case.

I was also in the same situation with this company. I was also billed for a 2nd shipment that I never got. After fussing for 30 min. and telling them that I was calling the BBB, they finally agreed to a full refund. I told them that I had pulled up this complaint site and told them of the many letters sent about them. I then called my bank to cancel the charges. The bank called them and made sure that all the charges would be credited back to me. Stand your ground. Don't let them bully you.

I also did the 15 day trial...which they also set you up for auto shipments. I did call and cancel after receiving 2 shipments. They told me I couldn't return the shipment that was past 15 days but they would discount that order and credit me $67.00 and if I returned the most recent bottle I would receive a credit for $79.00. I was aware of having to call them within 15 days of the order and called them today. I was told to return the unused pills to them and they would not automatically charge my account the $79+ from here on out. They gave me until April 6th for them to receive them so that I wouldn't be charged. Not only did I pay postage to receive the pills, I now have to pay postage to return the unused pills. The girl on the phone gave me a "return authorization number" which I have to put on the outside of the envelope. When I asked her how much it was going to cost me to return the pills, she said she didn't know and would have to check with her supervisor whom she'd asked before but the supervisor didn't know. I cannot understand why they send a "15 day free trial" but they send 60 pills. My calculations come to 30 pills (2 a day for 15 days). So, not only do we pay postage to receive the pills, we have to pay additional postage to return the unused ones. Obviously, this is another scam and rip-off. Besides that, I didn't see any health benefits to taking the pills. Theresa

I, too was ripped off. We got the Visa bill today for only $79.22. I called the company and they said that since I had ordered the stuff and kept it beyond the 15 days, I had therefore agreed ot keep it and pay the full price. She said I had agreed to this blah, blah, blah. There were AUTOMATIC SHIPMENTS involved!
She said she would stop those, but she couldn't [wouldn't] cancel the charge.

I called Visa, used the words "unauthorized charge", and read them all the complaints you all sent in.

THEY TOOK OFF THE CHARGE.

This is a great website.

Natrascience Ultra Acai Berry product SCAM

Do not buy from NatraScience!
Selling a product called Ultra Acai Berry which is manufactured in Alpharette, GA, this company is scamming people out of money by using an internet ad. They are offering people a FREE 15 day supply of this product but they in fact send you a 30 day supply and charge your Credit card $79.22. These charges they claim are authorized by you in the small print approval you check as you order the free trial. I called to cancel the order and there was no answer so I left a message with all the information they needed to cancel my account. This included an account number and an invoice number. This message they say was never recieved and my account was charged again 15 days later, $87.17. After 2 days of arguing with several people at this company I have recieved an email stating that they will in fact refund the $87.17 for the last order, if I return it to them in a specified time frame.
The original Free Trial charge of $79.22 will not be refunded.

There are 2 other companies with names very similar to NatraScience who are being vilafied because of NatraScience's shady bate and switch marketing. Please be sure and note the spelling and addresses of this company. The product is Developed by Natrascience, Inc., 11807 Northfall Lane, Suite 902, Alpharetta, GA 30004. [protected]. And is sold by NatraScience, 2122 South 950 East, Provo, UT 84606, [protected].

First of all, I did not sign up for, or receive a free trial of Ultra AcaiBerry. I ordered it and paid over a hundred dollars for a three month supply. I haven't lost any weight and do not feel any noticable difference in my health. I should have demanded my money back, but figured, well another lesson learned. I will post additional comments if this company attempts to renew my order, which I left specific instructions for them not to, on a voice recorded message on November 14th, 2009.

I did not order this product, nor did I receive it in the mail and the company took the cash out of my account. Five days later they finally refunded me and now another 30 days has passed and they took it out of my account again in which I never even ordered, spoke to anyone, nor have a clue who "Natrascience" is. I also was part of this scam- here is what I just sent to them-
On April 7, 2009 I was charged $79.22 by your company and have left repeated messages without anyone calling me back. This evidently was for a product called Ultra Acai berry which I sent for on a 15 day trial. I never received any trial product, called to register a complaint and my phone calls were never returned.

This past Saturday, May 2, 2009 a package was delivered by the USPS which contained this product and now was charged $ 87.17.

It has taken me some time to find a e mail address for you because it wasn't listed on the product only the phone number which again I have called mumerous times to contact someone to clear this matter up.

I am wanting a complete refund of both the $ 79.22 + $87.17 which totals $166.39. I will gladly send back the product that I just received on May 2, 2009.

I will wait for your instructions for the return address and any return authorization number that I must have to send this product back. I note also that after doing a search that I am not the only one this has happen to and it appears that this is some sort of scam.

I hope to have this matter cleared up however if not I will peruse other means because I believe this constitues mail fraud. I have cc'd this note as you can see to: the USPS Post Master, US Attorney Genera, UT Attorney General, PA Attorney General, BBB and the bank which I deal with.
