Every 3 months you have been taking from my checking account the sum of 33.00, stating that they are phone authorize at 4:00am. It has been going on for years. This company has been making regular deductions from my checking account for several years. This is a screen copy of my current bank statement showing the withdrawal. I did not sign up for this "service" or authorize any deductions to my account. 11/12/2021

My Chase bank account has been charged $28.85 by NUF DBL INS [protected] TEL ID: [protected] approximately every two months for several years now. I have never authorized these withdrawals or signed for any transaction with National Union Fire Insurance Co. or AIG their parent company.
In addition I haven't lived in the contingent United States since October 2010 and have been a permanent resident of Belize C.A. since 2012.
The dates of these withdrawals are 5/16/19, 8/16/19, 11/18/19, 2/18/20, 5/18/20, 8/17/20, 11/16/2, 2/16/21.

This company has been deducting 17.85 out of my parents account since my father passed in 2008 and everything was switched over to my mother. In going thru my mothers accounts I found this charge. She know nothing about this supposed policy and has no paperwork for it. These charges started after my father died and the supposed policy is in his name. Like seriously? I called today and they will not refund any money but did cancel the account. They managed to suck out 2570.40 from a widow. Always be aware and check your statements regularly.

One of my credit cards has been charged monthly for $4.95 from this company. I never authorized that charges which have been going on for years. I assume that this was something that my husband was rooked into when he lost his job. The supposed account has NEVER been used and will never be used.
Attempts to reconcile this through my credit card have been unsuccessful.
This is TOTALLY ridiculous. We are on a fixed income and while $4.95 seems like a small amount...paying it for YEARS for NOTHING in return is getting old.
I am demanding that these charges be dropped. Another showed up today
