On Dec 29th 2009 I purchased 4 tires from this company with the promise of a $100 cash rebate. Little did I know that I had two weeks to process the rebate form or I would lose my $100. At no time did the sales person at the store tell me that the rebate offer expired on Jan 15. My rebate was processedw within 30 days - a reasonalbe time frame.

This is bad business and deceptive. I will never patronize the company again. Furthermore, I will let every person I know not to shop at NTB or any of their other companies. It is impossible to talk to a person at the comapny headquateres. The number on the website is a third party customer service company that acts as an answering service to screen the many compliants they must receive.

NTB needs to know how much business they are losing by operating in such a deceptive manner!

I too am a victim of this company with no rebate received. Sent in paperwork for Rebate was told it was in process, last thing I ever heard. Called today and was told a letter was sent out, which I never received. Told me letter was sent out stating my purchase was invalid. Had I gotten the letter I would have call immediately. Customer service person said this was an error, but now the offer is closed so there is nothing he can do for me. Told him what a scam and now after finding all these other complaints I believe it is truly a scam to get out of paying the rebates. So, buyer beware of this company and there so called rebate offers.

I too bought 4 tires in May 2012 with the promise of the $100 rebate. The tires were Yokohama Geolander H/T-S exactly what was specified on the rebate form. Sent in all paperwork on time. Just checked and it said tire SKU # was invalid. Called rebate company and all they can say is the SKU is not valid. Called the NTB where I had tires installed. They say they have had several complaints about this rebate company and will not be using them again. They offered $100 in oil changes. So instead of the gift card I will have to use them for oil changes I do not need or want. I see complaints of the same nature going back over two years! I will not use them again. However, I will be getting the $100. I will try my credit card to see if they can dispute the charges. I am always wary of rebates and always double and triple check that what I am buying is correct but this was just a scam.

I think you should take these matters to the better business bureau and complain about what happen to you. If this doesn't work call your local Attorney General Office. So I was told I would get a rebate also from a oil change I have not found the Rebate Form yet, I was told I could go online. I'll let you know if I find it or get my rebate offer.

We are also waiting for our $100.00 rebate-that's BS, I have never waited so long. Bad Taste in my Mouth! They are franchised, I will find the owner and commit to gettting my rebate. I do not give up till I get what I deserve..

We purchased 4 tires through NTB in metro Atlanta after we discovered they had a $100.00 rebate. They have no problem taking your money! It's giving it back where they "are a little slow." Strike 1- We went online to see our rebate status. It was declared invalid. After calling, I was told that they received the rebate form as well as the proof of mailing, but they had no record of receiving the receipt. Amazing reply! What is so odd if that we even overnighted the package to ensure that it would arrive before the rebate deadline.

Strike 2- That same customer service gentleman, C., informed me that all I had to do to receive the rebate was to fax over the receipt and circle the tire installation and tires purchased for them to easily process the receipt. I even added my name and rebate claim form for easy cross-referencing. He told me to call back after 5 days to recheck the status. I got the fax successful transmission approval so I thought that we were good to go.

Strike 3- After 7 days, we tried again and found the same results- invalid. This time, R., of customer service, told me that they have no record of my fax from last week, but regardless, that was not the proper way to submit the claim. I was now told that I needed to include a cover sheet in addition to the receipt. The cover sheet was to include: name, address, phone, rebate tracking number, and promotional code. Having just received a successful fax transmission, I can't wait to see what NTB says about my rebate next week. I will keep you posted.

we too fell for it their rebates and their service Sucks with a capital S. Bought four tires for my daughters car . $100 rebate right. one year later my daughter is still calling and ###, they use every excuse to keep from sending anything, you did not send in the proper reciept. there is only one that can be sent in. she goes and gets a copy again sends it in same deal . I bought 6 tires for my dually, lifetime balance and rotation and an alignment program. they can never align it correctly and or they bounce me from store to store, typically i have had to spend anywhere from 8-11 hrs to get my vehicle serviced and incorrectly at that. They are a bunch of clowns that have no business in the tire and auto service business. I wish and I hope they go under quick, they sorry customer service will put them there for sure if people voice their complaints.

I was told I would receive a $75.00 Cabela's gift card with the purchase of 4 tires. I was to receive my rebate the end of August of 2010, it is December 9, 2010 and I am still waiting on it. I too believe that they are offering a scam to get you to buy their tires. I called this rebate company now 5 times and have been told each time to wait aa extra 30 days to receive it. We need to contact the state attorneys office and file a complaint against NTB.

I had plenty of time to "process" my rebate for $100 but even though I sent it in prior to the deadline and with the appropriate forms and receipts, I got a post card stating my purchase was not valid and my rebated denied
