The Narayana hospital, HSR layout branch 3rd sector, opp to HSR club located, has the office front reception staffs, and the counter staffs, who is facing patients and attenders are very negligence, so slow to responds, making unnecessary delay and make us to long time standing in queue. After standing longer time in the queue, informed that doctor us not available. Fedup with this staffs.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I am a dialysis patient in *narayana superspecility hospital, howrah*.i am taking dialysis here at six year ago . There is one and only one problm is biling department. Reception counter /opd biling counter so many people are in the line. Then how the dialysis patient bill make it. Dialysis patient have first priority to do the bill first. Bcz post dialysis patient iss too week and he can't stand at a long time in the Q line...
Plz accept my complain and do something for only dialysis patient .
