Nando's Chickenland service

We ordered drinks with my sisters at Florida Road on the 24th of November around 9h40. The shop was empty but 20 minutes later the drinks were not served to us. When we laid a complaint the Waitron told that she was still busy with other customers, of which they were Only 2 tables occupied in the shop with less than 10 people in total. Then because of the attitude we got we canceled the order and left. Yes, we received our money back but no apology or what'so ever.

Yes we would have understood if it's the food we were waiting for but it was drinks and if an explanation or an apology was rendered we would have not canceled the order but we only received an attitude from the staff. A manager was called he did not say a word to us. All he did was cancel the order and gave us our money back, which we found rude. Thank you

Nando's Chickenland food

Really disappointed in my food last night as I received it cold with no extra sauce as requested. When I asked if it could be rewarded I waited almost 20 minutes to get it back. Pathetic services. Highly disappointed as I am a frequent customer at Nandos. By the time I got my food back (after having to get up and go ask) my husband was done eating already

Nando's Chickenland poor poor service in umthatha nandos

I ordered chicken with my friend hungry as hell. The lady t8ld me it will take 8mins.
After waiting for 20mins with no food the lady told me she ran put of chicken and sorry for not telling me now its 35mins later there is still no chicken.
The restuarant had 4 tables when we arrived and they were not busy at all. Poor management and service here I'm not in the mood for food anymore because I'm so angry.
Th8s has spoiled my experience here, if I went to the restaurant I would have not waited for more than 20mins

Nando's Chickenland not picking up calls

I have been trying to call Nandos for the last 40 minutes so that I'd make an order but I can't get through. I'm not sure if the employees there put the phone aside so that calls can't go through or they genuinely have a problem with their phone perhaps. Really disappointing and annoying. This is not the first time I'm experiencing this, normally I just opted to buy somewhere else, a place where they value their customers and make sure they put them first. Can I get feedback as to why this happens and can it be fixed, it's really unfair on Customers. Maybe it's a telephone line connection issue but whatever it is, fix it, we want to buy food.

Nando's Chickenland product

Hi. 5 of us order the new festa fries with extra cheese sauce which worked us out R60 per person.

When we got to the office and opened the meals there was hardly any chips and a little bit of sauce and only 2 onion rings and 4 pieces of chicken.

Although it was delicious the portions were to little for the pirce charged. Its a big bowl but hardly any food in.

We are very disappointed!

The issue that I have experienced was: Dear Nandos
Wednesday 9th October 2019 Ordered half chicken with 2 sides the chicken wasn't probably cooked basically It was half raw and told the waiter about it he said we cant do anything n all. Whats this? The garlic bread was also not on point. Im a regular customer of nandos not only in riyadh saudi arabia but other country to.

Nando's Chickenland incorrect order

Not happy with the service we received because it's now twice that we have been given an incorrect order. Just today we ordered a full chicken and we specifically said they shouldn't cut it and they actually cut it. To our surprise the chicken pieces don't even make up a full chicken, so we not happy with the service because this is the 2nd we received such a bad service

Nando's Chickenland service

I'm normally a huge fan and prefer sit down meals at Nandos. However, today was the absolute worst I've experienced. We were told the wait time was 25-30 min I've waited for over an hour for food while Uber eats and walk-in customers got food before me. There were at least 4 tables with the same issue. Why are takeaways proritised over sit ins?! Unacceptable

Nando's Chickenland online delivery time (3 hours) & wrong drinks delivered

The order was place around 12:15 for 3x Quarter Chicken and sides. Two Cokes and a Sprite Zero.

The order arrived 3 hours later, Very Cold with 3 Sprite Zeros that were not even ordered.

Each time we tried calling, we were told the order is either 15 minutes away or a minute away but still took one more hour.

I have never experienced such bad service from anywhere my whole life.

The driver kept on saying our offices are far, I said to him if that is the case, Nandos should have cancelled our order and advised on a closer Nandos store.

If this is really how you treat customers, you will be left with no customers soon

Nando's Chickenland take away other basing source and the the chicken was tasteless

The issue that I have experienced was: *Can you kindly advise if the basing source has been changed?
* Hence the meal I purchased on Saturday the biasing source was weak and it had no taste.
* Because of this I had to prepare something else as the food was totally disgusting
* If the receipt has changed well this is totally unacceptable as we pay the same price and the quality is not up to standards as Nandos used to be before.
* The spicy rice had no taste compare to before.

It occurred on 14/09/2019

This meant that * I had to prepare something else at home for my family.

Keep the standard that Nandos had because when preparing the food.
Hence should this occur again that I will have no choice but to enquire if this happening in all the branches or just at this specific branch

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

Nando's Chickenland delivery service and food

I placed an order on the 21st Sep at 18:54pm, my order was set to arrive at 19:40. After several calls to the branch my order still had not arrived at 20:15. After several calls back and forth the food still did not arrive. It was over 2hrs when the order finally arrived. The branch manager did not appologise for the major delay. My food was ice cold and horrible

Nando's Chickenland order received and managers response

I called for collection order for pine pita. When i got to the store i checked that the order stickers was correct. Little did i know. The pita had little but no garnish. Few strips lettuce and no tomato or cucumber. Called the manager. He gives me a whatsapp nr to send the pic of the food. I sent it. He tells me he sees garnish on the food. If my orders get checked i always order the same meal. How could it be so different from all the other provinces. He could have atleast told me they wer out of garnish. Now i am left to sleep hungry.

Nando's Chickenland product and service

On the 07 September 2019, Saturday around 20.15pm my husband and I went to nandos, we ordered our meals and sat down, not even 5mins our meals was ready and delivered at our table, on arrival there wasn't no indication of which was hot and which was extra hot, when I asked the waiter she was confused, I showed her my slip and asked her to call the manager, the manager came and I told her what had occurred even out meals were very cold, so she promised to rectify this and took our meals away, once again they brought the meals and this time it was just warm, and dry, we had asked for extra basting sauce also, then we kept asking for manager and all the waiters just ignored us, then another manager came and we asked for a refund, I as a valid customer is very upset with the poor service nandos has provided us with as it is I was feeling so much for it,

Nando's Chickenland two full chickens meals

I'm very unhappy about the service i received on Saturday 31-08-2019. before ordering i saw there wasn't any seat but there was two gentleman sitting in other food quart with their nando's plates so i then also ordered my food and told cashier i'll be sitting at food quart next door cause Nando's was full and didn't have any seats available. After waiting a while already a waitress came up to me saying that she can't serve me in Nando's plates cause we not in their Nandos food quart, I then showed her there are two gentleman served in plates and she responded "oh ok then it's ok i'll bring your as well' she then returned with our food in two paper plates with our chicken on top of each other and also hanging out of our plates on to the table. i then asked her why she brought our food in this manner she replied '' my manager said he can't serve us with plates then everyone also wants to eat there". I asked her to call the manger and he approached the table saying the only reason why he served those two gentleman in plates was because they were elderly people and can't serve us in plates. we asked him if he expects us to eat like this? he didn't respond so we then told him to cancel the order. He just walked away cross and sent his waitress back with our money. He didn't try offering us to wait a few seconds and maybe get a table at there section or try to please us in anyway. No apologies was done nothing

I'm very unhappy about my service at nandos in waterfront cape town, south Africa... I've ordered to meals for myself and my son... Nandos sitting area was full.. So I told them its full we will be sitting on the side next door until there's a seat available... There was two gentleman who was also sitting next door at food quarter with nandos meals served In plate... I had a waitress that came to me saying I can't get my meals served in plates cause its not on there section... I then showed the waitress that there's two gentleman sitting with there food served in nandos plates... She was surprised and said sorry ok then I'll bring yours also... When she returned with out food... She came with our meals In two paper plates... Two half chickens on top of each other... I asked her does she expect us to eat our food serves in these small plates with my chicken hanging out on the table... I then asked her to call the manager... The managers comes to the table saying that's he doesn't serves his plates on this side of area only reason why he gave the other two gentleman food in there plates was because the gentleman were elderly people... The manager name was Shahied. He didn't offer trying to help or satisfying us maybe offering us a seat when the next one is available on there side and maybe tell us to just wait s extra 5minutes or something of the sort. Or no apology for the food hanging out of plate. We then told him to cancel the order completely. He just walked away and sent his waitress with our money back... No apologises nothing... Just rude unprofessional service. I have the name of the manager as well

Nando's Chickenland lettuce

I've orders classic wraps multiple times these last few months and every time the lettuce is brown and tastes disgusting. It ruins the whole wrap and puts me off. I'm unsure whether it's because of the season, but even then they should not be serving off food. I really love nandos for its spicy sauce and flavouring but it's been disappointing from the lettuce. My reason for this complaint is to hopefully get the issue resolved.

Nando's Chickenland bad service

I mentioned all the details please get back to me bhatt.[protected]@gmail.com i made 16 calls to restaurant for pickup order but they did not pick any call when i reach to the restaurant is very quiet and i ask for the manager why you not picking call his behaviour so rude date 25/08/2019 time 1930 .
I tried 1 call inside restaurant to make sure but the phone was keep ringing and the staff don't care .

Nando's Chickenland full portion chicken livers

I bought a few things from nandos
Firstly they did not have any medium products?
Had to take mild.
Then ordered a full portion chicken livers the box is nice and big —
Inside what a dissapointment — the box was not even half full with chicken livers - that could have been a starter livers?

Nando's Chickenland pita, wrap, quarter chicken, chicken bowl

Good day, Nando's Head Office Customer service

The pita had two small chicken strips buried in a lot of salad. Upon complaining about the amount of chicken, the waitress took it back and the manager returned, saying 'there was 5 pieces of strips in there'. It was clear that pieces were added and my family witnessed that.
The wrap had more salad at the bottom than pulled chicken.
My husband's comment was: 'What a rip-off!'
The patrons next to us ordered he quarter chicken, received a very small thigh and drumstick which they sent back because it was 'too small'. The gentleman said that it would not even be enough for his child.
As we were leaving, I glanced at other patrons' meals and I was shocked to see a bowl of rice with 5 small pieces of chicken (I renamed it the 'Rice bowl') instead of a 'Chicken' bowl.
I urge Nando's Head Office to experience this first hand by visiting and ordering those meals.
Last night was my last visit to Nando's GrandWest, it was not a pleasant meal/experience.

Nando's Chickenland 1/2 chicken

One hour ago, I wanted to order 2 1/2 chicken but there was only one at 8:30 pm, the only things I could order were chicken butterfly or one of the burgers (even the chicken wings were over). I had to order a sunset burger, much smaller than the 1/2 chicken I wanted ti orderd. this has never happened in any other nando's in which I had the pleasure of eating here in the UK

Nando's Chickenland hot tangy tomato and dry portuguese rolls

I am disappointed with the chicken and the Portuguese rolls I got from Nandos Eagles Landing. The tangy tomato had some chili on it as if they had prepared mild for someone. The rolls were not the usual wrapped Nandos rolls, but they were dry and old, we couldn't even eat them.
My meal was such a waste as some of my family members can't eat hot or mild stuff.
