Nando's Chickenland Money paid but no service rendered

Greetings my Name is Lameck Mtemeri. I am in Australia and my Nandos Profile cellphone number is [protected]. On Wed 09 Aug 2023, I bought livers and full chicken via Nandos South online App and paid using my local Australian dollars. At first I paid A$25.88 and charged again A$28.91 using two different Australian bank accounts. Total A$51,79 equivalent to R630 but no delivery was done to Bonani Gwala of Montclair. I even phoned Montclair Durban Nandos but they said they never saw the funds yet on my accounts it was gone to your company. Please refund at least R630 to BONANI OCTAVIA GWALA CAPITEC BANK SAVINGS ACCOUNT [protected]. I sent proof of payments of total A$51.79 to [protected]@nandos.com

Very disappointed in Nandos' dismal customer service.

My order arrived over an hour after the promised time of delivery.

My food was iced cold & my drink was never delivered.

Nando's Chickenland Incorrect order

I bought the full chicken special of R199 with 2 sides at Parklands Tableview. Instead I received 7 piece which consist of a breast that was cut in 3, halve a wing, a leg that has little chicken by the roundpart, one thigh, one bone piece with hardly chicken. And no chicken skin on any piece. I phone them they said I need to come in they will give me a halve a chicken and chips when I got there the manage said he can only give me my piece they owe me this is not the first time I receive chicken that look so skimpy

Desired outcome: Iwe pay for decent food which we don't get.

Nando's Chickenland Nandos brooklyn

As a regular customer i am not happy with my order at all, i ordered 1/4 chicken leg extra hot with extra sauce and spice souce Rise but it was dry no relish on the rice also even got hair on the rice, this is not accepted as i ordered my favourite meal only to get dissapointed.

Nando's Chickenland I’m complaining about mafikeng nandos which sell rotten food

Yesterday I was at Mafikeng Nandos I bought meal of R225 .00 which was 3x quarter leg meal with rice actually we need quarterleg with pap but they say they don't have water, 1, 5 coke and kid's burger.
Where from Pretoria . we were their because of work. We were 4.
When we enter Koster one of our colleagues said he wants a toilet because he's tummy is not feeling well and he said he thinks that Nandos food was not good.
So now as I'm talking now I didn't sleep because of your food I'm having a running stomach ang it's so painful.
By the time when we eat that food smell that the rice was rotten and I tell my colleagues that this rice is smell bad but he said no it's a spice.
So all in all the food was rotten and now I'm sick
And it's a shame if a brand like Nandos sell rotten food.
So I want my money back now it's pass 2 I must be deep in my sleep but now I didn't because of your food

Nando's Chickenland Full chicken and 2 sides

The chicken was dry and had no sauce on. I ordered hot and received lemon and herb.

There was also no option for perinaise potatoes and was forced to take the wedges. Definitely not a pleasant meal.

First time ordering from this branch and I am very unhappy with the outcome. Moved to this area a month ago and have lost faith in Nando's after this meal, also it's not mid month or month end to atleast justify this.

Nando's Chickenland 1/4 chicken & festa fries grande meal

I have just ordered 3 x 1/4 chicken & Festa Fries Grande Meals and sadly I've regretted ordering it. The chips were hard and my mum whose got hardly any teeth was unable to eat it, even me and my dad having all our teeth could not digest it. The chicken tasted boiled.

It's really disappointing to pay so much per meal and to not be satisfied but to throw it away in a bin. It's okay to pay a price for good food and Nando's has always been my family's favourite until today. Even a begger would not even eat that meal.

I was served two fridged cold burgers this afternoon. I asked the waiter who was serving me that is my meal supposed to be cold and he said no it is supposed to be medium not cold, not hot, so he said to me that he'll call the chef or senior to explain. Nando's Chickenland Product and Services

Yesterday I bought full chicken with 3 sides for the value of R249 at Nandos Phillipnel after paying for my meal I drove to pick up point and when I stopped there the Guy that was supposed to give me my order told me to revert back from the window as they not done with my order after some minutes he came back with my orders & I told him why must I revert back cause I'm waiting for my orders he replied when you at the window if counts time waiting which I do not understand how does that had to do with me, I took my orders and left when I arrive home I found that I short 1 item and I paid for it. I would like to be reimbursed my money because I paid for it and I'm not happy cause driving to the shop it's also Petrol expense which I was expecting them to give me what I ordered.😠😡😠😡😠😡

Nando's Chickenland absa rewards vouchers

I received a Reward Voucher on my Cellphone from Absa:[protected] which expires on 13/02/2021. I went yesterday to a Parow Nando's branch to claim my Voucher, but was unsuccessful, the Voucher didn't want to work? Was very disappointed, because I didn't had cash on me and was hungry and looked forward to a R50 meal. I'm very dissatisfied! Had to leave Nando's, go home again to get Bank card and go to another eating establishment, to order à meal, as Nando's isn't close to my residence!

Nando's Chickenland Product

It was sunday on the 17th of january 2021 at nandos kuilsriver there was boxes of chicken that was taken to a car day light temperature was 30 degree celcius while I was on the drive through I saw a lady waiting for a car to come later on I saw a man taking those boxes and leaving with them even if it was taken from that nandos to another one still you guys you dont comply with rules and regulations of covid-19. I am very dissapointed in you how can you risk with our lives, those boxes of chicken. Am worried about this pandemic we are facing as country while your employer takes chicken in that heat stand with it.

However according to rules regulatiion of healthy and safety states that subject to the provisions of regulation 14. A person may not handle food

Nando's Chickenland Poor quality of food

We had purchased 3 burgers from nandos and the burgers came with portuguese rolld instead of the burgers buns that we had seen a picture of on the website.. This is false advertising!
Secondly the burgers were made so floppy, had less sauce (yet we idicated extra special on the online order) and it was tasting terrible! The piece of fillet inside the burger was so small... Worse than a kiddies meal!
I would never recommend anyone to buy a burger from nandos again as they have dropped their standards.

Nando's Chickenland Sub standard meal

Purchased a take away on 7/112020 from malvern queensburgh branch. Asked for extra sauce as per previous experience chicken is always dry. When I got home I discovered I was given dry dehydrated cold chicken. Immediately went online and posted a review. Guy by the name of aidan calls me today to say it's my responsibility to check my order before I leave. Such a rip off.Could not even cut into the hard chicken. What a waste of money. Guess all the complaints on social media regarding the malvern queensburgh branch is correct. Stay away people.

Nando's Chickenland Hygiene standards

I went to Nandos Faerie glen today 10.03.2020 @7pm.
I noticed that one of the staff members (Elizabeth is the name) ate while helping customers and ate at the back were our food are made (she ate nandos chicken) - As a food safety officer eating while producing food is not acceptable under any circumstances.

I hope something will be done about this mater and that you will send me the feedback on the action taken against her

Nando's Chickenland No service

We have given nandos in mokopane too many chances now. Everytime we hope something will get better... Then we try again... But no.

We always order and pay for delivery.
Then hours pass and nothing
Then we phone, and phone, and phone, and phone for about 10 times before someone answers. Then we get an answer "eh, delivery is on it's way.."
We wait again... Delivery stated it will be here at 20:00
We phone 10 times again at 20:45... And they say... Eh they are busy making it... But you can come and pick it up. My husband says no we paid for delivery. When my husband asks but the order said it will be here at 8 and now it's almost 9, we get a reply... Mmmmm... Ok we will send someone. Now its 9pm... Nandos is closing... And still I have not received my food! Never again will we order from nandos in mokopane! Thank you for no service! Gave you too many chances.

Nando's Chickenland 1 full chicken with x4 rolls (order no 337) 14 december 2019

I have place an order over the phone and The order arrived at 20hrs00, When the delivery Guy come and hand him the Bank Card, He swiped and the machine was not connecting for about 30min and I said to him you know what you rather come tomorrow as now its late . He said to me I rather call the Manager(Zanele) whom I did and we had talk with Zanele escalating to her that I have being her with the delivery Guy for now more than 30min and the device its not connecting .

She said to me she's at the shop till 22hrs00 when the delivery Guy come she need money nothing else. I said to her Sisi note that I can run away for R194.00 as I normally place order at Nandos. Its late now .

She hangs down the phone on me . To my surprise on Friday I was with my White Guy whom order the meal and the same issue happen and he contact the Store the same lady Zanele . She said no problem the delivery Guy must come back and he will come collect the money next day.

My issue here is why we are not treated the same as Customer's . Very disappointed at the Nandos Manager.

Nando's Chickenland online order

I placed an online order, when I went to collect it 20 minutes after placing my order, it was not ready. An sms was sent to confirm that my order will be ready by 14:30. I waited an extra 20 minutes after getting there. I only left the store at 15:00 after the staff packing was extremely carefree. Then when I got home I realised that the incorrect flavour was added to my order, I also requested extra sauce which was also not included. I am extremely disappointed with the service.

Nando's Chickenland veggie burger meal + side

To whom it may concern

I bought the item above @ the Isando branch.

First and foremost the cost of the veggie burger meal is the same as the chicken burger meal. This does not make any sense?

If you look @ other chicken takeaways ( KFC, McDonalds, Barcelo's etc.) the cost of their veggie burger meals are considerable lower than their chicken counterparts.

The extra side of chips that I ordered @ a cost of R18 is attached below. What a waste of money for a measly portion.

Nando's Chickenland product and service

Last week Friday, I order a burger and wedges. I received a burger and periodically chips.

Today i order a family meal with extra sauce and plain wedges. We received an extremely dry over cooked chicken, no sauce and no wedges. I called in to the Westville Mall Nandos in Durban and advised the lady on the phone of the problem. She said it was not her problem but rather the company that delivered the food. I dont understand how a delivery company is responsible for overcooking the chicken nor preparing the order in any way. She was not prepared to assist at all. Pathetic service and food. We wont be ordering nor eating at Nandos again. We will stick to Mochachos. Their food and service is consistently good. Perhaps learn from them.

Nando's Chickenland delivery order

I downloaded the nandos app.filled in all details.did order to faerie glen outlet.did order at 19h15 on 29 Nov19.sms received said delivery will be at 20h05.at 20h10 i phoned to query. Spoke to Mbali which was at Head office deliveries.asked me to hold on.then said branch is not answering. I said it was unacceptable.held on again.she returned to say she got through to the branch I must speak to them.i asked why must I resolve it I just want my food.she then said orders closed at 19h30 but actually at 19h15?she said i will receive the delivery. She let me hold on for another 10mins afterwhich I dropped the call.needless to say the delivery was not done!
