My internet al shamil for more of one months has problem in line and i made a complain no.6927137 and Etisalat said that the router are not working, i contact CISCO and they changed the router. i called Etisalat and they sent their techn. on Friday 16.09.2011 and they said the cables and line of Etisalat are ok - i contact agin CISCO and they cheked the router and configuration and they said the problem are fro the line since the DDL light is green - I made new complain no6932409 which till date i have the same problem.

this to inform you that 101 are replaying to me after more than half an hour which is not acceptable
