They are keeping my money for over 40 days and no signal to have my money back!
They are keeping my money for over 40 days. I got in touch several times but it seems they just dont care. I have already sent all proof of my funds, all documents asked by them, but it seems they are just playing with me. Do you know how much I lost without my finances ? There is no reason to suddenly get all these accounts closed and dont return it to their owners. I haven't seen this situation in all my life.
They aren't respectful as they don't reply within a reasonable period of time to their customers. They only get back to us when they want. After several emails, they returned to me only twice saying they won't give my money back as I did not follow the terms and conditions of my account. I cannot imagine who read all the small letters in the documents to open an account. And if I did something that it was not in the terms of use, at least they would need to let me know what I did. And why my documents were not accepted. They only tell me that it won't be possible to release my money and that I need to contact BaFin (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority). But what I did? Why all this people did that they are freezing all these accounts?

Terrible service and support
I lost my phone and got a new one, but when I tied to change my number N26 rebooted my app, now I lost the count of how many times I tried to upload my document and it does not accept. I am a metal card client, and my money is stuck

I would like to see my case quickly solved and, unfortunately, N26 is not helping at all. It has been almost a month after I sending all documents they asked me, but they keeping saying they can not help me to solve the problem.
The situation happened on 12nd March, after I spent 602 euros in a fake website (please, enter on it as soon as you can), who promised my deliver in 24h to 48h. No support or contacts are available in the website and the provider address also does not exist!
As soon as I realized that my money went to a strange account, I tried to contact them, but they DONT HAVE ANY TYPE OF AVAILABLE CHANNELS!
I asked for help at N26 customer service 20 minutes after buyuing it, and I still have not my money back. I would like to ask for further support, as I bought this computer to work and I still don’t have it (neither my money is back to account).

They froze my account on August 24, 2021 without giving me a reason for this account review because all the money that is deposited into my account come from a valid source. When I reached out for further explanation with their customer support all they could tell me was that they their is no information disclose at this time and that the fraud department will contact me be email with the next steps to take. This is going on the 10th day and still no email as to why or the next steps that I need to take. Every reply to to email is a generated with your will receive a email with the next steps to take. This is ridiculous because I have 3 kids to take care of and its has but me behind on my bills and in jeopardy of losing my job because I work from home and as of the 30th of August I have been without power because I can't access the money in checking or saving account.
Desired outcome: The unfreeze my account so that I transfer the money to another account and close out my account.

They do not execute transfers - funds missing
I signed up for N26, but within 14 days realized their service is not as advertised and asked to cancel.
I transfered funds back out of N26 account, they show my balance as zero, but they never sent the funds.
They cannot / will not provide any proof of execution. The only confirmation they offer says
"Please note that this document is merely a confirmation of your transaction request and does not constitute proof for the execution of the transaction. We will execute your order once we finish our mandatory verification process" - so no confirmation, no reference number etc.
Receiving bank has instant transfers and is in SEPA zone, so should reflect instantly.
Desired outcome: Provide proof of transfer, as it never reached my bank.

They put my account under review for no reason other then to screw with me i won 5k in disputes that were to remain permanent in my account but all the sudden they blocked me from using my account & i want my money i filed the correct paperwork to get the dispute rolling & i won my disputes now they put my account under review& cant say when ill get my money released

I got no notice that my acct was suspended. I instead found out when my card got declined. I go through account verification just to ve told theres SUSPICIOUS activity and they can't tell me. They also can't tell me how long te investigating will take.

I have an account with N26 since August 2017. Everything functioned without a problem until I was asked to submit documents for a verification of identity ( the second time in a short period). I loaded scans of the required documents ( late August) and this immediately blocked all access to any information on my account by smart phone or online. Despite requesting information I have received no explanations as to an eventual problem. I cannot use my card but only draw money from ATM's. I have been asked to supply various documents without explanation and twice I have been asked for a RIB for another bank account, proposing to transfer the amount left on the account but this has never resulted in any transfer. I have the impression that this banking service is dishonest, they provide no explanations and are extremely slow .

I would like to raise a complaint against Bank N26.
It's been about 3 weeks that I am unable to Transfer or process payments.
I've contacted customers service support several times in the last couple of weeks and received very weak updates, they just say that a ticket already exists for my case and its been investigated, they "will" contact me by email when same is resolved but no timeline telling me when can I expect the issue to be resolved or anything...
I even tweeted on the issue, they messaged me on tweet but yet no timeframe to have the issue resolved and I don't really know if same has been investigated. For the last 2 weeks I've been trying to use the card every now and again, but no luck...

holding onto my money and not allowing me any way to access it.
I can't login to verify my details it says my password is incorrect. It isn't but i thought to resolve it i would just reset it. It advised I would receive an email to reset it, but haven't received this and it won't let me request it again. My debit card no longer works so I can't access the account funds of £267 or get access on the app to transfer it out.
I received an email saying you N26 will be closing the account on the 16.9.19 but since this date you have sent a few emails telling me to verify my identity which I have no way of doing as I can't get on the app. Which is it?
I had a deposit of 265.44 go in on the 27.9.19 which should have been rejected and returned if the account is closed, then it could be reissued to me but it hasn't N26 are keeping hold of this without justification or explanation.
You have my money and I can't access it. I would appreciate it if this could be resolved, as I have no alternative but to go to the banking ombudsmen with my complaint tomorrow if you fail to do so.

They had a second identification check up while I'm living abroad and their system cant support my foreign passport online unless I go back to Germany to present it "again" to the local post office. All my funds are frozen and my only option is to close the account and transfer all my funds to my bank account abroad, but their system also don't recognize my other bank. I'm trying to contact their customer support every day without response, explanation, update or estimate to have this problem solved. I have bills to pay and there's no landline to call, they are only an online bank and completely dismissive to all my attempts to resolve this situation! I feel helpless! My worse experience with a bank! Get your funds out of this bank ASAP!

I received an e-mail ( robetowl48@gmail.com) asking me to submit documents for a verification of identity. I followed the procedure on my smart phone and on the N26 app. Since doing this my app is blocked, indicating that the procedure is on-going. I cannot get onto live chat. I cannot take money from an ATM or use the card. I have contacted N26 Support but, despite replies, nothing has been done to repair the situation. I am in a foreign country without money and the situation is urgent. I would like an explanation and to retreive use of my card

On Friday 2nd August, I got scamed by one of your clients by convincing me to transfer £2000 into their account as a payment for tax owed toHMRC.

This is Nnabuike Ani your faithful costumer I got I mail that my account will be closed down on my the 24th of the month which the reason of the bank doing that is best known to you. because I try to make a withdrawal from my account some days ago and it debited the money from my account without giving me the cash and later the funds returned back to my account. I contacted the bank and they told me that I have exceed my daily limit that is why it could, t giving me money that I should try the next day which I did and it was telling me the same thing. and I contacted my bank again but the agent I chat with told me that allow the card till 24hrs before using again.
which I was waiting for till yesterday I got a mail that I violated the terms and conditions agreement on my account. Therefore, that my account will be terminate my N26 account. that the termination is effective as of: 24.05.2019. that my account remains functional until the stated date. After termination, usage of the account, the app, as well as the card issued with it, is no longer possible.
Now I try to transfer my funds to another account but it was telling me to pair my new smartphone to the account which was not the phone I used in opening the account. So I tried to pair it be but it was asking me to add my token number on the MasterCard which I did and it was telling me that my card has been blocked. so I can´t even access my account of contact the costumer service through the mobile app then I went online to chat with N26 agent who told me that I will get the information showing that am the owner of the account and the optional account I want my remaining funds to be transferred to that the N26 bank will do the transfer. so here are the details of the account I want my remaining funds to be transferred to.

She stated that she will send the camera through post the following day, but right after I sent the money, she deleted her FB profile and blocked me on her phone.

Hi, I am a n26 card member, currently in new york. First 2 days with card, spending around shops, cafe and train fair etc. Was fine. Suddenly card got blocked and apparently account is under routine check. I spoke to x6 agents. Sent out x3 emails even tried contacting them on facebook but no valid reply to resolve my current situation. Help chat is no help. They told me to wait for an email to follow instructions. I had explain that it was an emergency and I had no access to any other form of funds as I have spent my cash. I also had to ask people around the city for help. I told them that its an emergency that I must have access to my money, even if its half or something out of my funds in my n26 banm but no lack of empathy nor desire to even help. Very bad experience that I wish it will never happen to anyone.

I am a student and got to know about N26 bank, when bank representatives came to our college (National College of Ireland, Dublin). I was asked to install the N26 application and apply Promo code to get 20 euros on completion of documents verification. It has been weeks since I have uploaded my documents and have not received 20 euros. Whenever I open the application, it has been saying that "still checking documents, which can take up to 2 business days". It is more than 2 days now and I have not got my account open along with 20 euros.
It will be good if you can provide help as soon as possible.
