MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping Account suspended without any reason and I have worth 1000$ package in my suite

While searching for a package forwarder I came to know about this site, I checked their rates and I found good shipping rates, so I created an account on the website, I sent a package worth 1000$ to my suite and the next day I was contacting to their support as this was my first time with them I did not have much details how they were going to ship the package, their first response that I got from customer support was that they had cancelled my shipment and They closed my account, they said I will be contacted from their security team for the details and the closed the chat.
Next day I received an email:
([SD] Suite 7658-604 - Account Cancellation Notice: Due to information provided, your MyUS account has been closed and we cannot extend our services to you.
Packages remaining in the account can be returned to the senders, as long as they provide us with a pre-paid return label.)
I contacted again their support and they were unable to provide any reason for closing my account they sent me via chat the same email I had already received and they closed the chat without any further response
I already paid the shipping to their suite and now I have to pay the shipping for returning back my stuff.
This is the worst ever experience I have and their customer support is so rude.
I dont recommend them, stay away from them. I still dont know how much mone I will have to pay to get shipped back my package apart from what I paid for it to be shipped to their address and I dont know how much time it can take. This is a loss of time and money.

Desired outcome: I want my package to be shipped ASAP to the destination, or Myus should pay the return shipping if theya are not agree to ship my package abroad

Well, I have sent an email to the link you provided and lets see if you solve this issue, I am getting late for sending package that contained an urgent birthday gift, and you have suspended my account in a rude way, You have no idea how clients get affected by your actions. Clients choose you for good reasons not for being suspended their accounts like this that brings a lot of trouble that you dont imagine.

MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping Discarded my 215USD package

I am referring to MyUS, I do not know their address unfortunately

So I made two seperate orders from the SAME retailer on the SAME day with the SAME exact shipping address
unfortunately it seems the address I typed out did not have the suite number on it
One package reached my suite somehow
The other, they discarded (tracking number [protected] from fedex)

When I reached out, they refused to refund me or really do anything all
After fighting with them for a few days they offered me 1 year free subscription or a one time shipping discount
They really think dealing with them again is a good compensation?

their slogan is "unbox the possibilities", yes, including the possibility of them outright throwing away your package
Id like to emphasize that the other package DID reach my suite despite having the same exact address, this proves they could have somehow tracked the package to my suite, they did so already with my other package after all

But no, they decided its too much trouble and just threw it out

I have worked with them for 3 years now, with 1500$+ spent towards them. And they still treated me this way. They do not care about upholding high standards, they just want your money

I would like a refund to the 215USD package
If any more information is required please do let me know, thank you

MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping SCAM: Preventing package worth $hundreds from being shipped and no response from customer service

I have goods worth hundreds of dollars in a MyUS suite, however, the website is preventing me from shipping it to me. My account was placed on hold with no explanation, and I have contacted customer service 4 times, 3 times via the website, and 1 time via facebook, and have heard nothing for over a week. It would seem MyUS is a scam that asks people to send valuable goods to their suite and just keep them. Avoid at all costs.

MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping Fraudulent charges

I have been paying for premium subscription for a while with MyUS.com On 1st March 2021, they mischaracterized an item and said it had a loose lithium battery just so that they could charge me an extra $29.99 fee. The item is an empty charger that needs to be connected to electricity prior to being used to charge a battery. The item does NOT ship with a battery inside. I contacted their support several times but they arrogantly refused to correct their mistake and held all my items at ransom until I paid the additional $29.99 on top of 49.31 to secure the release of all the items. I was invoiced a total of $79.3 which I paid. In the correspondence attached, they lie that the charges were cancelled but this is just how they roll.. Lies and more lies. I was already billed and they billed me some more. I was not happy and therefore immediately cancelled my paypal subscription with them and I had pointed this out to them in one of our exchanges with support. I was done with this fraudulent practice. Later that day, they attempted to stealthily bill me an extra $66 for shipping but paypal blocked their attempt and that's when I tried to cancel my subscription with them but they disabled the option and said before I cancel my subscription I must pay them $66 first. I even contacted the seller of the item and he confirmed in an email message that the item wasn't shipped with a battery but myus.com refuse to consider that message. My disappointment with them is that they lied that I had a loose lithium battery which can explode. Why did they have to lie about it? Confronted with facts, why do they arrogantly refuse to acknowledge their mistake?
Unfortunately, this is not the first time they have done this, I have a couple of previous experiences where they did this and when I asked them to ship it to another forwarder, they refused and told me that the only option they have is to return it to the seller. They are very vindictive people. They have a very arrogant customer care service and that is why I tried to cancel my subscription.
But unfortunately, they have even blocked me from cancelling and now they just added another bill for forced subscription.
This company has very questionable business ethics. They have latched onto my funds like a leech. Luckily I did not give them access to my credit card.
My advice is use them at your own risk. Using their service comes with a lot more trouble than it is worth.
DO NOT get their premium subscription. You will be very sorry.

Fedex never delivered by package because MyUS gave them the wrong e-mail address for me. Further, Fedex contacted MyUS on Dec 1 for customs information and not only did they not provide the needed information, they also didn't contact me until 1 week later, which was too late and shipment was thus returned. It's impossible to contact customer service. You have to wait on chat for 2+ hours and no one answers the phone. When I finally managed to get hold of someone, they tried to blame me, and then said the matter needed to be referred to upper management and I would get a response within 1-2 business days. 2 months later and no resolution. Not a single e-mail has been received, other than emails charging me shipping fees. Last week, they attempted to ship the package back. I asked them to cancel the shipment right away and this was not done. I had to call Fedex and cancel it. The last customer service rep cancelled the chat when I asked her to resolve the issue.

Desired outcome: Refund all costs and return items to sellers

MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping Unauthorized credit card charges and overpriced shipping costs

I bought a Mountain Bike on a store named The Pros Closet in Colorado and they don't ship to Puerto Rico. So, I used MyUS services to get it shipped to me. I already pay $94 to ship the bike from Colorado to MyUS Suite in Florida. The problem is that MyUS is using an absurd dimensional method to calculate the weight of the package and inflated it from actual 42 lbs to 152 lbs. The normal cost to ship the bike from Florida to P.R. should be $168 by DHL Express (as MyUS calculator) but they are billing me $739.49 (invoice [protected]). I have shipped bikes from Europe and China for no more than $150 and express service. I have talk with Bike Shops owners and they told me the price is insane! Please help.

Desired outcome: Paying only $168 for the shipping as should be.

My account was put on hold for more than 10 days unabling me from shipping my items that I need desperately

When contacted customer service they said they don't have access to reason for putting my account on hold and they informed that they will escalate the matter and it will take 1-3 days to be resolved

Another 5 days passed and I had to raise a other complaint and now it's the 3rd day and no one have contacted me yet or solved my issue

I have seen the same issue happened to other members which is an indication that MyUs is unable to provide the service they claim to put provide their customers and cannot be trusted

Stay away from them

Hello & good day ! This was the last thing I was thinking to do ..but am out if options.. They've done this to me several times now, but I was in so much patient.. According to their rules they said maximum shipment is 4 lithium battery 🔋 per shipment .. okay since it's there rules I accepted.. several times I tried sending 3 smartphones their system keeps rejecting it .. but if I try two piece it works ..Any mind you these guys cut $1 each and every day for storage period.. but they are the ones allowing our package to exceed storage period so that we keep paying $1 .. All am asking let these people be strange with customers, If this is the way they keep treating us, then am afraid.. Look into all what am saying, investigate & prove me right .. thank you

Unfortunately, I had my worst experience lately!
All my following orders:

With total price of 300$ from Amazon

Many of my shipments are not directly shipped to me directly, hence a friend suggested to use: MyUS.com website to reship my orders from US to me.
Since my orders back in October2020, until today 21sr of January 2021, I haven't receive my shipment.

The reason behind that is, MyUS, provided Fedex a wrong phone number of me (MyUs insisted that its my mistake! ), a number different from my number in website profile (Although I send them a screen shot with my correct number in their website), regardless of that, I was following the tracking number, Once my shipment was cleared from costumes in my city, I have contacted Fedex mor than 20 times, hoping to Update my wrong phone number, but As Fedex, informed me the Change in phone number only allowed by the sender (MyUs), I have contacted them Bagging them to change it, to stop my shipment returne to the US!
All my time was wasted for their worst experience ever!

Even after my shipment returne, I called them to send it back to me, but the want to Charge me 5X my initial Shipment fees, +Premium fees+ Storage fees, Finding my self obligated to pay +450$!
Which is 1.5X my shipment price, as they refused my plenty emails to re-evaluate the fees.

Don't even consider them, try Ws1 or better to get your shipment from the website directly, even if you find yourself paying more, It doesn't worth the risk with MyUS!

I have been lured to use myUs from their great offer for this Christmas Holidays. A mid-level account membership for 1 month for free with its advantages.
It would be great if there weren't several tricks to make me end up pay for it by applying a delay that will push me to pay at least a month more by breaking into the 32nd day of membership, very clever MyUS.com

-I have waited 12 days for a return to be shipped. And I risk the return not to be refunded from the company I bought the pair of shoes from. This happened despite I have respected at the perfection of all the procedures.

-A Cordura bag arrived, it is the fifth item that came in and last one. All of a sudden a cordura bag weights 8.70 lbs! Ahaha Ridiculous. This has made my shipping rate jump of 20 dollars up! Basically the bag weights more than 10 items of clothing etc I bought... This is clearly an error. I told them and they told me that the weight is from the box included and it will be reweighed before shipping out (false) if I send a shipping request I pay that wrong weight (that is a clear scam situation).

-I have entrusted them with 480+ Dollars value of items, and they make you feel far from them and apply implicit pressure with less response as the questions problems become larger. Earlier response was clear on basic questions, now it's absent. And there is no reason for that to happen.
If it feels like they are trying to avoid responding and it will take the other 7 days, after that I will have to pay my first month membership because they are clearly on purpose slow... This is also a very unprofessional scammy practice.

-I have been sent catalogs and stickers as a gift from a shop and they valued them 1 dollar each.
When 2 weeks ago I edited some items that were simply wrongly evaluated (invoice as a proof, which they asked) I was then disabled from editing values all of a sudden which before I could do. Ok, maybe they don't trust me, I will proceed to make my rights count and send a restraining order on myUS with attorney approval if this is needed.

-Delay of 24 sometimes 24+ h for registration of item that have arrived. Most of the time I knew from shipping service internal to US territory that the items had arrived, not from MYUS, which just confirmed 1 day or 2 days after. Imagine if I had the necessity of something fast (?)... I understand around Christmas, it's really hell and with Pandemic too but aren't these services strongly automated?

-Settings menu are unclear also in the description and need some Polish, and I can say this even if I am not mother tongue US English speaker, even more due to that, I can speak, they need to be clearer and I have given them feedback. (fortunately to this they offered a prompt response).

-Items that are incoming cannot be deleted so if you make a double upload you might end up confusing them.

- At the shipping request form I tested to launch, I was also asked suddenly for a 5 dollars payment for consolidation as a fee while consolidation is advertised as free, anyway I can pay that if you were not actually attempting to collect money from me by delaying a return (making potentially the refund from it fail, I will ask this money from you) and also delaying the correct weighting of an item, and also not trying with that weight to actually cover the free membership month by earning with these scammy practices. I can pay anything that is transparent and correct, but then even checking out the "pre payed custom service" I also tested that and found out they ask for 200+ dollars on a 480 dollar total.
That is 50%! While we pay taxes of 22% not more. 100 dollars.
Why they are asking 200+ for prepared custom services fees and taxes?

Basically MyUS if u send them in something expensive will feel like trying in all the ways to earn from your more money than it was planned.
Extremely light items consolidation which is the core of the service becomes not any more something that makes you save but actually becomes something extremely heavy and this stuff is really heavy to swallow...

Do not use MyUS.

I reserve the right to change the plaintiff in case it was solved,
I asked them to talk with the facility manager in Sarasota, FL.

I have no time to waste. (I have also alerted you with every package what was coming in) I told you a ton of stuff and also make the return super easy with a prepared label sent to you. You are now starting to making everything difficult.

Not cool, feels like an old and non-transparent service.
I am a little disgusted.

Desired outcome: BEFORE Tuesday 12 January 2021: Correct the weight, proper pricing for shipment, insurance and succesful delivery with shipping in 2 days

This place literally disgusts my own self that i paid three months of premium membership fee for nothing and when the third month I actually ordered something from them after directing my two shopping packages shipped in my suite 6714-701 and two orders i did from shopping.myus.com. There isn't no clue of my account now, like literally this place wiped my account of sight i cant find my suite after adding this number into the website, my log details don't work anymore my email address says never existed even though i have their mails and receipts to them then the documented invoices of they withholding my parcel at their warehouse!
I've tried writing so many times to them in chat boxes no replies ever from them, then the live chat version is just a mockery of them making you wait for two hours minimum then the site either crashing or reconnecting to start again. I literally lost over $300 in packages withheld by this company at this ‘personal suite' they gave me with no control and then with the latest update of my two MyUS shopping orders i did through their service of paying them freight and product fee for delivery of the items over see the orders are in such a confusing states but email now clarified they cancelled those paid orders and after a week too now no refund so that's fraud as well they charged me whatever they were eyeing on and as i paid for no reason payment went thru, details were appropriate and products were loud and clearly specified to them. This place literally has left that two orders worth $600 in total cancelling of site with no refund with explanation of product not available. Thats a complete LIE! Thats this company maligning facts at my whole face when i can see all my 8 supplemental items from gnc and a printer of amazon in stock why can't they? Just because they lied of being authentic and ive now paid.
NEVER EVER TRUST MYUS AGAIN!
I literally make everyone aware of the fact this sorcery the company has been consistently making out of my account and PAID orders by withholding, disappearance and lost state all is what MYUS is the culprit of apart from withholding my money of two shopping orders MYUS is responsible for without a single feedback to explain this and why such situation became in a first they are not replying since a whole week after trying to get a response i am writing this now with a Caution for everyone to never trust them with their belongings

MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping For no reason put the account in hold with all my blackfriday shipments

More than a week and my account in hold for nothing with slow in response with customer service. Each time I should to wait for more than an hour to able chare with customer services. My case already escalated many times and follow up but no response. Each time they confirm that I will receive an update within 1-2 business days but nothing. There's no email to send my escalation. And I request to resend all my shipment out of my address and then close the account but they answered no they cannot until the account to be released.

Very poor management of their customer services complain system. And there's no clear procedures and escalation process.

I don't know what else can I do?

If you choose the lowest or the highest shipper, its not your idea that matters to MYUS.COM

They will simply change and if/when you complain, they will give credits.

This is actually cheating when charged for higher rated carrier and deliver via lower value carrier - well the shipper got no issues but the buyer will have to play DIE HARD 6.0 at the local collection facility

MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping Holding merchandise under false pretenses in order to charge fee

The initial service of this company was fine until it was not. It has turned out to be the most unethical, untrustworthy organization I have engaged for services. And it is not an employee issue, it is an upper management issue. My merchandise has been held by using a Federal Agency as an excuse. It made absolutely no sense, so I contacted the Agency and was confirmed that it was not true, and merchandise has been held on false grounds. So, I contacted customer service multiples times to inform this. In fact, the Agency can be contacted for clarification, but MyUs has refused to do so. I even addressed directly the CEO, Ramesh Bulusu and Customer Service Manager but still waiting for their response. Even worse, they have proceeded to charge a weekly fee even though they are the ones holding the merchandise on false grounds. AGAIN, contacted MyUS but not response other than being charged again and again. As you will observe, every time someone has posted something negative about MyUS in social media such a FB, they respond with the same automated response. But do not fool yourselves, once you respond to customer service, you never hear from them again. This is the worse of the worse, open and clear stealing from customers, and using a Federal Agency as a justification.

MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping Unauthorized credit card charges, unethical behavior

I ordered some makeup from Sephora and had to find a forwarding company since Sephora stopped their international shipping recently.
Upon receiving the package, MyUS.com notified me that there's a dangerous product that contained animal parts and had to be reviewed. After checking the photos they took (it's actually the first forwarding company I encountered that opens up your package without notification or authorization), I realized they were talking about the lip balm free sample Sephora gave me.

After a day, they shipped out the package, the price is double what they quoted. The next day, they emailed and said they are going to ship another package, just for the lip balm. I contacted them right away to tell them that I don't want the sample, and also the package shouldn't separated without telling me. However, they totally ignored my message and went ahead to ship the package out. As a result, I have to pay $15.98 just to get the free sample.

To avoid them making additional authorized charges, I changed my credit card cvs code on their site. However, one day later, there is an additional charge made to my credit card. I logged onto myUS.com, even though they said all payments can be seen under the history page, the new charge of $8.25 is nowhere to be found, and it was never authorized.

I'm very disappointed with the service and the hassle it has created. My account number is suite 6776-072. I demand an explanation and refund for any unauthorized charges myUS.com has made.

MyUS.com / Access USA Shipping Multiple - sent me someone else's order, charge fees for service not provided, no response to communication

There are multiple complaints as there is different kinds of challenges faced with Myus.com:
1) They sent someone elses product to me even though I notified them that they shouldn't and they charged me for the shipment. There has been no response to date about this.
2) They have started to charge $1 holding fees, but they are not holding anything for me, so far this has happened 7 times requiring me to stop the card as they can't keep charging.

1) MyUScom have sent me a package that is not even mine, for someone else and it is clearly labelled for another person (Suite number) so there is no error to do with a wrong address. I contacted them immediately and I told them not to send it to me (see email included as a photo, as well as through Facebook and Twitter) as it belonged to someone else and that this was an error. That was ten days ago. I sent it both in email format as well as through their Facebook message where I had communicated with them last time. I get a response a week ago with no answer to any of the points I raised about sending someone else's order all the way to South Africa. Then a week ago I get a message on the Facebook link to say they don't respond to challenges on that account. Did the same on Twitter but to date no response to the mails, which included the photographs of the package not addressed to me, as well as the suite number and the point that they have charged my card for this error, which was not mine but they cannot write and respond back through e-mail - the person whose package is coming is Charlene Morales (see image attached which includes the photo of the name and suite number, neither of which are mine). As noted there has been no response to date.

2) They have started to charge a $1 handling fee for item [protected] (which I let them know is not mine - see attached mail) and this is not mine and I have not asked them to hold anything. There have been seven charges to date and now I have no choice but to suspend the card as they do not respond to the online platform where I sent a message (The only way to contact them) about this.

What I find disappointing is that I am a returning customer and the ongoing challenges have got worse and there is no response about the issues from them, except the response attached here which has nothing to do with the issues noted.

I will also have to decline accepting the Fedex parcel when it arrives in Cape Town as it is not mine and will request that it is returned to sender at MyUs.com cost.

Please help.

The support for this site is very weak
Their online chat does not give the correct answer
And when I send an email, it takes a few days for them to respond
My products are in the account and I can not track them
And I cant send them.
I received an email with the following subject:

I am writing you today to inform you that due to some information provided, we can no longer provide you services.
The packages remaining in the Suite can only be returned to the merchants.
Please contact the sellers through Amazon or through the merchant websites and request a pre-paid return label. Once you have the labels, please reply with them attached to this e-mail and we can have the packages returned.
