MyTenerHelp.com took money from my account. I don’t know the reason of charge and I supposed they will not explain it to me. I wrote them a week ago and received reply only today. They told that I subscribed to some of their services. I know that I didn’t. I asked them to show order!
MyTenerHelp.com made unauthorized charges to my bank account. They made it very carefully. Every month they charged only $10. It is not a big sum to notice at once. But the total sum they took is $50! If to count how many people suffered from that scam… Be careful!
MyTenerHelp.com took money from my account too, However in your complaint, you stated that YOU WROTE TO THEM. What's their address? You should mentioned any CONTACT PERSON, TELEPHONE NUMBERS, STREET ADDRESSES on your complaint SO OTHER PEOPLE who are caught up in this SAME type of SCAM can ALSO write to them. They (also you) can do something about it: You can also contact: Better Business, Dept. of Consumer Affairs (for that state), the Attorney General's Office and the F.B.I. if your credit card # was used over state lines from your own State and of course but not least the I.R.S...I'm sure the I.R.S. would like to know WHERE THEY LAUNDERED all the money that they stole from everyone that got scam. If they are willing to SCAM you for YOUR MONEY, I'm sure they are NOT paying TAXES on the money they received. AFTER ALL...that why AL CAPONE was arrested...No one can get him for anything...but the Government FINALLY got him for TAX EVASION along with the help of the F.B.I. !
