MyPrepaidCenter.com Card issues

During this unprecedented time, I planned to use my prepaid card 5/1. When entering the information in an attempt to use it, I found it expired 4/20; a few hours before my attempted use. I would like to speak to someone to inquire about extending the expiration date. I understand it says on the card it must be used by the date on the card, but would really like to inquire about changing the date. I did not intend it to not be used by the end date but it's not like stores are open for business either.

Please contact me as to where or how I can communicate with a real person instead of going in circles with the automated system that takes you nowhere.

I had the same thing happen to me... Call this number and you will be able to talk to a person and get a new card [protected]. The new card will take up to30 days to arrive

I have received two emails today, 05-01-20 with my "Username" to use
and also did an update on my Password and have three cards to register
on line but your online register does not like the "Username" that they
sent me via email. My email is:

I have not been successful getting a live person except once and when

me.

I received a visa debit card, and attempted to make a purchase online(4/23/2020). I was given the card number, expiration date, and security code. I was not given a billing address. When I attempt to make a purchase I was told the billing address does not match my shipping address and subsequently declined. MyPrepaidCenter.com Virtual card locked

So I went to check my balance online today on my virtual MasterCard and couldn't remember my password. I requested a new password and got it, but when I went to sign in again it said my account had been locked and to contact customer service using the number on the back of the card. Since my card is virtual, I don't have the card and cannot look at the number, so I called the customer service number on the website and got nothing but a robot, with no resolutions at all! How do I unlock my card with all the money on it?! This is crazy.

My account was locked because I couldn't remember my password, and there is no way of getting thru to customer support, and I don't have my card number because it is a digital card. Help! All I need to do is reset my account, I reset my password but it says the account is still locked. Who do I contact to resolve this issue? I need the account back ASAP!

MyPrepaidCenter.com Stolen fee

I requested a plastic card expedited because it showed $0.00 fee. Once I selected the card be mailed I was taken to a screen showing that they charged me $3.00. I have a screen shot as proof that it said $0.00 fee. I tried calling but they have no customer service available it just redirects you to their website. I would not have requested the plastic card if I knew they were going to charge almost 17% of the balance to send it to me.

MyPrepaidCenter.com card services

I noticed a charge on my card for $400 that I did not make. The charge was posted [protected]. I tried to call the customer service number listed and got a bunch of automated messages and could not get to a live person. After going through all of the automated messages and back to the main menu several times. I finally got a "live" person that must have been on a cheap cell phone as I said "hello" at least 10 times before they could hear me. The call was constantly cutting out throughout the call and it was very hard to understand the person I was talking to. Enough about that. Onto the response I got when I wanted to dispute the charge. I was told I needed to wait 10 days for the charge to actually post and get out of the "pending" stage since it had only been a day since the charge was made. After the 10 days I could then call them again and file a dispute in which I was told that could take up to 10 more days. They shut off my card today obviously, but now here I am without my $400 that I just loaded onto the card on 4-8-2020 and I am looking at the better part of 3 weeks, probably more before I receive my new card and can use my money. The other problem I have with this is that they take 5% of every $100 you put on the card in the first place and now this is the customer service I receive for using them? I asked why they couldn't just put a stop on the $400 transaction since it was still pending and not let the money go in the first place. Their answer was, "that is not our process." Basically I just paid them $20 to put $400 on my card for me to use and I have to let somebody else take my money first and then see if I can get it back next month.
Not only do I not have my money to use now, but since they cancelled my card I no longer have an active account and can not look at any other past transactions. I have been using this service for 7 years and have paid them the 5% fee on several thousands of dollars and this is what I have to deal with on a fraudulent charge. First time I have had to call customer service and it has been an absolute horrible experience so far. When they are taking my money everything is good. But have an issue and it's "good luck, maybe you can use your money next month." Horrible!

MyPrepaidCenter.com unlock account to access virtual cards

Explaining the situation:
A month ago I redeemed two virtual card codes into my account.

Today I tried to access my account but the password wasn't correct.
Then I changed the password and tried accessing it with the password I had just changed.
After a few tries my account got locked.

Important information:
I can see you request information regarding the credit cards.
But I don't have any information about the virtual credit cards
The only information I have is the redemption codes I used to get them, the date I redeemed them and their values.

My request:
I want to unlock my account.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Rapid expiration of prepaid card

I received two (2) prepaid cards totaling $30.00 for purchasing Behr paint from Home Depot last fall. I saved them for buying more paint. Yesterday I learned they had expired! Short period for use. There is no one to contact at the "Center" (the phone system is more than opaque) regarding this poor system of reimbursement. I would like new cards or reactivation of the current ones. JR Logan

MyPrepaidCenter.com Prepaid card / locked out of website

I have been locked out of the site and there is no one to talk to on the help line . I have a $200 visible rebate that the family was really counting during these crazy self isolation times . With people in the house being out of work . Does anyone have an alt # where I can speak to a person ?

Tried to use card at appropriate location, didn't work, have tried to activate on phone and website multiple times and it's not working. Can't get a human on the phone. Not sure what action to take next.

MyPrepaidCenter.com visa card

Hello,

I have used prepaid Visa cards through my work benefits for a while with success. My recent card had a refund from a returned transaction after 3 months. When I logged into myprepaidcenter the card no longer shows up on my cards list. It does not expire until 11/20 and had a balance of ~6 dollars and should have another ~120 dollars due to the refund from the merchant (ETSY). I'm not sure why the card has disappeared from the list as it was visible only a few days ago. I called the customer support but cannot get hold of anyone as its completely automated with no option for live support. I really like using myprepaidcenter and prepaid VISA so please let me know if you can assist.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Prepaid Mastercard Not Activating.

I received a prepaid MasterCard from the Verizon FiOS referral program today, 3/3/2020. Attempted to activate it on MyPrepaidCenter.com and it said nothing but "unable to process."

I attempted to call the phone number on the card, but got nothing but for some reason my phone was telling me the number I have attempted to call is not available. I'm hoping to find another method of contact so I can resolve this issue and get this card activated.

MyPrepaidCenter.com Prepaid mastercard activation

I've been trying to activate a prepaid mastercard I received in the mail for two days and it says to keep trying back some other time. There is no person to actually talk too and it keeps looping me back on the customer service help number. The card is for $100 and was obtained through a Verizon Fios signup referral bonus program.

I just need someone to help activate my card.

MyPrepaidCenter.com prepaid card not working

Hello,
I activitated a virtual gift card this morning (02/15/20) issued through Sprint's Clean Slate program in the amount of $563. After I received the virtual card, I attempted to use this to pay a bill with TMobile, who told me the card didn't work. I had them try again and again it was declined. They advised that I should take it to a store have them try there, which I did. Again, no luck. So i added it to my Apple Wallet to see if that would work. They tried again and it declined. I came back home to see what the problem is and when trying to enter it on your website, it kept giving me an error. I tried calling someone but couldn't get a live person and the card is now telling me there is a $0 balance. But none of my attempts at using it were ever successful and now it's gone?! Please provide me with an email or phone number that will allow me to discuss this issue with a live person and not your very unhelpful automated phone service.

MyPrepaidCenter.com prepaid gift card (rebate)

Received a gift card as a rebate on a purchase. Unfortunately I missed the rather short duration and the card expired on me. I called the number on the back of the card to get a replacement and after getting the runaround for a solid hour, I finally was able to speak to a person. I was told that they issued a replacement card and was given a case number but now months later, I still do not have a replacement card. This is essentially theft and looking at the numerous other complaints on this site, it looks like it may be time for class action lawsuit against this company.

MyPrepaidCenter.com expired card replacement

My card expired on 12/19 and I am trying to get a new card issued. Per their website it says you can do this online or contact customer service. I've tried both options but there is NO instructions and limited information about replacing an EXPIRED CARD. I've called their customer service which is useless and I've tried searching online for help but only see complaints about this same issue. I've even emailed the parent company HAWK INCENTIVES a Blackhawk Business Network but they have not replied to my complaint.

I'm asking for someone from this company to call me and resolve this issue immediately.

MyPrepaidCenter.com locked out of account and customer service number is not worked

I have received the prepaid card from visible network and I have created the profile in myprepaidcenter.com. After few minutes of time I can not able to login and get the card information.

Tried couple of times and I am sure my login information's were correct, but system not allowing me to enter. after few times my account got locked.

Tried to reach customer service representative and I cannot get out of automated message. Looks there is no real customer service to resolve the issues.

Hello,

I have been trying to call their Mastercard customer service phone number at 1-888-371-2109 and they have made it IMPOSSIBLE to get to a live customer service personnel that I could talk to. I tried their other advertised number of 1-888-900-2347 and I hear 'This number is not in service'. I understand the company is trying to save cost by completely eliminating any human interaction but this is unacceptable, where you simply CANNOT talk to a live person. I have 3 separate virtual mastercards that I received as gifts. All I want to find out is if I can combine the cash amounts from those 3 cards into a single virtual mastercard?
